Mashallah I'm very happy to read the comments above, this is my Sheikh Alhamdulillah.
I disagree that he is aggressive, he is very calm and collective, he only speaks with references and intellect, he's not making up excuses and hiding behind taqqiyah but he is digging up the haqq and inviting people to read for themselves, whether Bakri or Shi'a, read the books for yourself and use aql wa hikmah Inshallah.

What I like most about Bakri sect is that Aisha spared us the investigative work, all we do is quote her from their books and only a lunatic will defend her.
The Bakris are more like Shi'a than they know, since most of them don't know or follow their books.
Jazakallah khayr wa Allah yahdeekum Ya Bakriyyah

What he did was not Qiyas, it was temtheel (role-playing)... What Shaytan did when he said "you made me from fire and him from clay" because fire is better than water/clay, that was Qiyas (analogy).
We said "Aisha did this, can your mother do it?" This is role-playing, temtheel, not qiyas because we're not making an analogy like Shaytan did in the fire/clay Qiyas.
Imam al-Qasim? Who is he, give us his bloodline please. You said he is the father-in-law of Imam al-Baqir (as)?
Brother please use 'aql and logic from now on, this is getting silly.
Let me see if I got your aqeedah straight...
Your Umm al-Mumineen thinks my prophet is bewitched... you agree with it

Your Umm al-Mumineen taught people about breast-feeding bearded men who are strangers (SaHeeH Muslim).... you agree with it
Your Umm al-Mumineen said the Prophet (sawaws) forgot verses of the Qur'an which a stranger reminded him of whilst praying in the mosque...

Your Umm al-Mumineen lied that the Prophet (Sawaws) died in her lap...
Your Umm al-Mumineen fed the Prophet (sawaws) "medicine" against his will and didn't obey him when he commanded her to drink the same "medicine"... so she forced and then disobeyed...
Your Umm al-Mumineen had an entire Surah revealed against her (Surah at-Tahrim) which says she could be replaced by better wives, and that she needs to repent (Qur'an doesn't confirm her repentance) due to her heart going astray...
Your Umm al-Mumineen was jealous of Prophet's wives and family, including little children...
Your Umm al-Mumineen narrated sexually explicit ahadith about our Prophet (sawaws) saying he rushed late to Salat with semen on his clothes...
Your Umm al-Mumineen dropped a big rock into the tray offered by Umm Salama for Prophet (sawaws) and his companions whilst they were eating...
Your Umm al-Mumineen mesmerized her royal body-guards--the tribe of Azd during the Battle of Jamal (Tarikh Tabari) that they smeared camel dung of their mother on their faces and said "the fragrance of this dung smells more beautiful than the musk"... I wonder what they would've done or said if they smeared her own dung on their faces.
You are so mesmerized by her that you refuse to see the evil behind her and even worse you attribute that to our Prophet (sawaws)!!!

    Surah Sad (38), verses 82-83:
[iblis (Satan)] said: "By Your Might, then I will surely mislead them all, "Except Your chosen slaves amongst them (faithful, obedient, true believers of Islamic Monotheism)."
Shaytan says he cannot have power over the chosen slaves, if a Prophet is not a chosen slave then who is?
Magic and bewitching is evil, it is from Shaytan, therefore it cannot affect a righteous servant in any way: tabligh, dawah, wahi, akhlaq, etc... NO WAY AT ALL CAN SHAYTAN GET TO THE PROPHETS OR RIGHTEOUS SERVANTS!
And yet Aisha says he was bewitched! That Shaytan had some sort of control or access to the Prophet (SAWAWS)! Somehow, someway ?! This is ridiculous and kufr.
'Aisha was Umm al-Mumineen, so what?
If I'm a Mumin, my mother is Umm al-Mumin
If my mother is a Kafir, my mother is still Umm al-Mumin
Her being kuffar/zalimun/munafiqeen doesn't change the fact that she gave birth to a Mumin.
Bring Ayat of the Qur'an saying that Aisha is a Mumin herself, I don't care what her children are.
    Surah ale-Imran (3), verse 10:
Indeed, those who disbelieve - never will their wealth or their children avail them against Allah at all. And it is they who are fuel for the Fire.
    Surah ale-Imran (3), verse 116:
Indeed, those who disbelieve - never will their wealth or their children avail them against Allah at all, and those are the companions of the Fire; they will abide therein eternally.

Never will their wealth or their children avail them against Allah at all. Those are the companions of the Fire; they will abide therein eternally
    Surah al-Mumtahana (60), verse 3:
Your ties of kindred and your children will avail you naught upon the Day of Resurrection. He will part you. Allah is Seer of what ye do.
So why do you keep contradicting the Qur'an?
    Surah at-Tahrim (66), verse 4-5:
If you two (wives of the Prophet SAW, namely 'Aishah and Hafsah) turn in repentance to Allah, (it will be better for you), your hearts are indeed so inclined (to oppose what the Prophet SAW likes), but if you help one another against him (Muhammad SAW), then verily, Allah is his Maula (Lord, or Master, or Protector, etc.), and Jibrael (Gabriel), and the righteous among the believers (Imam 'Ali and Ahlul-Bayt AS), and furthermore, the angels are his helpers. It may be if he divorced you that his Lord will give him instead of you, wives better than you, Muslims (who submit to Allah), believers, obedient to Allah, turning to Allah in repentance, worshipping Allah sincerely, fasting or emigrants (for Allah's sake), previously married and virgins
There is a lot of evidence against mothers in general and also against Aisha specifically!
If you cannot bring an Ayat to support your accusation (and you cannot), then by making this claim you are doing kufr and are Zalimun. But due to your ignorance, I pray Allah forgives you. Please akhi pay attention to what I'm about to tell you...
You are defending the Imaan of 'Aisha and by so doing you are calling your Prophet a bewitched man!
Bewitched: to cast a spell on and gain a magical control over (someone): "he was bewitched".
You're saying Allah SWT can lose His Prophets to magic?
You would rather defend Aisha than defend Muhammad (Sawaws)?
Show me a single Ayat where any Prophet of Allah was ever bewitched!
    Surah Yunus (10), verse 77:
Musa (Moses) said: "Say you (this) about the truth when it has come to you? Is this magic? But the magicians will never be successful."
    Surah Taha (20), verse 69:
"And throw that which is in your right hand! It will swallow up that which they have made. That which they have made is only a magician's trick, and the magician will never be successful, no matter whatever amount (of skill) he may attain."
    Surah ale-Imran (3), verse 68:
Lo! those of mankind who have the best claim to Abraham are those who followed him, and this Prophet and those who believe (with him); and Allah is the Protecting Guardian of the believers.
    Surah al-Baqarah (2), verse 257:
Allah is the Wali (Protector or Guardian) of those who believe. He brings them out from darkness into light. But as for those who disbelieve, their Auliya (supporters and helpers) are Taghut [false deities and false leaders, etc.], they bring them out from light into darkness. Those are the dwellers of the Fire, and they will abide therein forever.
    Surah al-Ma'eeda (5), verse 67:
O Messenger (Muhammad SAW)! Proclaim (the Message) which has been sent down to you from your Lord. And if you do not, then you have not conveyed His Message. Allah will protect you from mankind. Verily, Allah guides not the people who disbelieve
    Surah al-'Araf (7), verse 196:

By the star when it goes down, (or vanishes). Your companion (Muhammad SAW) has neither gone astray nor has erred. Nor does he speak of (his own) desire. It is only an Inspiration that is inspired. He has been taught (this Quran) by one mighty in power.

    or
    2) Why did they ask a woman to teach them ghusl janabah when there were plenty of men, or were the sahabah ignorant
    or
    3) Why not consult 'Ali (as) when he was Bab Medinat al-'Ilm of Rasoolallah (sawaws)

Except you don't have proof and I do:
Prophet (sawaws) cannot accept Zakat, we can.
Why? Because Allah said Zakat was forbidden for the Prophets (sawaws) and their families, but allowed it for us.
Prophet (sawaws) maybe didn't do Muta' but we can.
Why? Because Allah allowed Mut'a and it was never forbidden.
You can do what Allah allowed, you cannot do what Allah forbade.
If you cannot do what the Prophet (sawaws) did not do, then log off of your computer.
Please take a course in logic, you are using the same fallacies in the other thread as well.

Read my whole thread, you aren't escaping that easily. Either bring a counter argument or humbly admit you're wrong for the sake of progressing Haqq and 'Aql.
As for Sunnah and Mustahhab and Wajib, etc...
Zakat is for the poor, for Muslims who need the help, right? Did the Prophet (sawaws) ever receive Zakat? No, it's forbidden for Prophets (sawaws) and Ahl al-Bayt (as). So you're saying it's Sunnah not to receive Zakat so we cannot receive Zakat? Don't be ridiculous.
Prophet (sawaws) was married and was able to satisfy & control his natural desires through permanent marriage. If he didn't perform Muta'a it doesn't mean we cannot perform Muta'a.
It is sunnah to sleep on the floor, but you most likely own a mattress, or at least millions of Muslims do, and it isn't haraam.
The Prophet (sawaws) didn't own any material wealth and extravagent items, not even fancy cloth curtains or anything luxurious, but it's not haraam and plenty of Muslims do own such things.
It is wajib for a Muslim man to leave a will before his death, but you claim the Prophet (sawaws) didn't leave a will, so should we also not leave a will? (We Shi'a disagree, he did leave a will according to us, because he isn't a hypocrit or negligent, naudhubilah)
In short, there are many things which are allowed to us, but that he may not have done, and things which are disallowed for us which were allowed for him (marrying more than 4 wives for instance).
So you clearly have zero ground on this point, and you didn't even address the other points, which I'm almost certain you cannot do from Qur'an and Hadith, so why are you still arguing?

    Qur'an, Surah at-Tahrim, Chapter 66, Ayat 5:
It may be, if he divorced you, that Allah will give him in exchange wives better than you,- Muslims, who believe, who are devout, who turn to Allah in repentance, who worship (in humility), who travel (for Faith) and fast,- previously married or virgins.
There is no doubt that this Surah was revealed in connection with 'Aisha & Hafsa's conspiracy.
This ayat shows that there are women better than Aisha and it implies Aisha is not even a Muslim, nor a believer, nor devout, nor repentant...
Also, in light of the following Bakri Hadith, it shows that 'Aisha either was a liar, didn't understand the Qur'an, or some other possibility which is most likely as heinous as the aforementioned.
SaHeeH Bukhari, Book #60 - Prophetic Commentary on the Quran, Hadith #352:
Narrated Yusuf bin Mahak: Marwan had been appointed as the governor of Hijaz by muawiya. He delivered a sermon and mentioned Yazid bin muawiya so that the people might take the oath of allegiance to him as the successor of his father (muawiya). Then 'Abdur Rahman bin Abu Bakr told him something whereupon Marwan ordered that he be arrested. But 'Abdur-Rahman entered 'Aisha's house and they could not arrest him. Marwan said, "It is he ('AbdurRahman) about whom Allah revealed this Verse:-- 'And the one who says to his parents: 'Fie on you! Do you hold out the promise to me..?'" On that, 'Aisha said from behind a screen, "Allah did not reveal anything from the Qur'an about us except what was connected with the declaration of my innocence (of the slander)."
So according to SaHeeH Bukhari, hadith #352 in the book of Tafsir, 'Aisha claims that Allah SWT never revealed any ayats of the Qur'an regarding her ("us") except the declaration of her innocence of slander (which was not Surah at-Tahrim)

This is the first lesson in the principles of logic.
When you study logic and common sense they will teach you this.
    Now again.
Qur'an says only the Zalimun say Prophet was bewitched
Hadith says Aisha says Prophet was bewitched.
Therefore, Aisha is amongst the Zalimun.

Your only arguments against muta'a are as follows:
    1) Prophet (sawaws) didn't do it
    2) It was allowed temporarily and then forbidden
Argument #1 is absolutely ridiculous, if you desire to continue to uphold that contention then I shall respond thoroughly destroying your falty logic, although I do hope that your mind is logical enough to withdraw naturally.
Argument #2 is based only on conflicting narrations. When there are conflicting narrations then we have a command from Allah SWT how to resolve the problem:
    Qur'an, Chapter 4, Verse 59:
believers, obey Allah and obey the messenger and those in authority among you. should you dispute about anything refer it to Allah and the messenger, if you believe in Allah and the last day. that is better and the best interpretation.
So let's refer the issue of muta'a back to the Qur'an insha'Allah to see who is correct...
    Qur'an, Chapter 4, Verse 24:
and (forbidden to you) are married women, except those whom your right hand owns. such Allah has written for you. lawful to you beyond all that, is that you can seek using your wealth in marriage and not fornication. so whatever you have enjoyed from them give them their obligated wage. and there is no fault in you in what ever you mutually agree after the obligation. Allah is the knower, the wise.
When we refer it to the Qur'an, we see that it is allowed.
Is there any ayat which abrogated this ayat? If not, then fear Allah. Allah is far Exalted than to forget to leave ayats out of the Qur'an and confuse His creation, naudhubilah.
And lastly, I'd like to add, show me where in the Qur'an (or authentic agreed upon Hadith) that says there is a minimum time for marriage?
    To summarize:
The Bakris have no Ayat of the Qur'an abrogating the permissibility of Muta'a
The Bakris have no Ayat or Hadith specifying the minimum time for marriage
The Bakris do Muta'a still to this day, under a different name -- Al-Misyar, or the traveller's marriage... Do you have any Ayat to support you for that besides the Ayat of istimta'tum (4:24)?

Here is where many Bakris get hooked up when travelling:
"This facebook group is for ONLY serious men and women any age looking marriage misyar."
    http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=18870164628
It is also reprehensible, without any exceptions, to contract a temporary marriage with a virgin, by reason of the words of the Imam Ja'far: 'It is reprehensible, because it is a stain upon her family.' If a contract should nevertheless be concluded, it is not permissible for the man to consummate the marriage, unless the marriage took place with the permission of her father-a condition almost impossible to imagine in Muslim society. 'A virgin may not be married temporarily without her father's permission' (the Imam al-Rida). -- Wasail, XIV, 459, hadith 10. & 458, hadith 5.

Dawud Miqdad al-Amriki got a reaction from arshiraza in Facebook
I use Facebook only to stay in touch with my family and to discuss religion and keep updated on current world affairs.
I don't see anything wrong with it, it's a social networking. People can use it for good or bad, the individual should control themselves and not use it for bad.
Girls shouldn't be putting photos up, that defeats the whole purpose of Hijab, and guys as well shouldn't be putting photos up, because it's makrooh to begin with, but if we do then inshallah we keep it proper and not feeding our Nafs.
People need to stop blaming everything and start recognizing they are at fault themselves.
"Oh, Coca-Cola made me overweight", last I checked, Coca-Cola doesn't force anyone to drink it.
"Oh Cigarettes are hurting my deen", Nobody forced you to smoke, stop blaming cigarettes and just don't smoke them?
"Facebook makes me do haraam" Okay, plenty of people use it without doing haraam, so you need to fix yourself.
Seriously, self purification, it involves knowing Qur'an and Ahl al-Bayt (as). THAQALAYN. Once you know them, you're protected insha'Allah. Knowing them is the difficult part. Start learning and cling to wisdom.
