MadeehaBatool23 got a reaction from AmirioTheMuzzy in How Is Istikhara Performed?
It is reported that Imam Sahib al Zaman (atf) has advised the believers to seek Istikhara as under :
    (i) keep in mind the task with the intention of doing it.
    (ii) recite Salawat 3 times.
(iii) hold a Tasbih at any place in your left hand anf from there with the right hand, start moving two beads at a time. If only one bead remains in the end do what you want to do and if two beads are left do not do it. Doing or not doing is optional not compulsory.

    I don't have a job :(
I was gonna apply for a job at the olympics, but everyone started scaring me and don't want to die if something horrible happens there, so I'm not applying for it any more.
Inshallah I'll find a job this summer, though. ^_^

He only had one daughter- Bibi Fatima (sa).
When Bibi Khadija got married to the Holy Prophet (pbuh) , she had 3 adopted daughters from her sister who had passed away and the Holy Prophet agreed to look after them as well. Some people have mistaken them for the Prophet's daughters.

Depends on how you define Sahaba.
If you mean every single person who ever met the prophet (saww), then all of them obviously can't be in Jannah, like Abu Bakr, Umar, Abu Sufyan, Muawiya, etc.
But if you mean the Prophet's (saww) real faithful companions such as Imam Ali (as), Salam Farsi, Ammar ib Yasir, etc. then yes they would be in Jannah.

"Know that for the salat, beside its form, there is a meaning, and apart from its exterior it has an interior; and as the exterior has its disciplines, neglecting which would render the outer form of the salat invalid or incomplete; likewise, its interior has cordial spiritual disciplines, neglecting which would render the spiritual salat invalid or incomplete; whereas observing them would inspire the salat with a heavenly spirit."

28-year old Somayyeh and her 4 year old daughter Ra'na from the village of Hemmat Abad. Victims of acid-pouring (by Somayyeh's husband, a drug addict and dealer). When he found out that Somayyeh wanted to separate from him, he poured acid on her although she was sleeping with their infant baby. Somayyeh was left blind in both eyes, and Ra'na blind in one. Doctors have stated that they would need 70 reconstructive surgeries.

Nearly 3 am and i am having a depression attack. Don't know why. Never thought I'd see this day.
There is so much suffering everywhere, so much sadness. I try to look for hapiness but it's mostly temporary. I have a perfect life but everything i see is broken and beyond repair. I see people die of hunger while i sit here infront of my pc after eating a meal for the 3rd time in the day. I see kids crave for a 50p toy or a 50p ounce of happiness while i am typing this from a 800 pound PC with nothing but sadness in my heart. I see people make fun about my God which riles me up but i am helpless. I see people enjoy fake happiness because they refuse to perceive reality. I get jealous of little kids playing in lunchtime at a primary school with no care in the world while i am sat here typing like a fool with a breakdown. Wiring something which doesn't even make sense but i want to try and say it anyways because it will just eat me like other things have in the past.
I am sad. Broken. shattered. With no reason. There is something wrong somewhere and i can't help it. I feel helpless when i see kids with fear in their eyes, when i see greed in people's eyes, when i see lives being destroyed. But i can't do anything. Maybe that's why i am broken. Maybe i don't want to do anything. Maybe my heart has died. Maybe i have i died. But there is so much sadness, that it will not let me die in peace.
I don't know why i am saying this here nor i know why would any one care. I hardly know any of you and you don't know me ( thankfully ) But i guess it's easier to say things when in anonymity and maybe i am trying to get this off my half dead heart.

Imam Hussain (as) - Those who worship God for the hope of gaining , they're not real worshippers ,they're merchants. Those who worship God out of fear ( of punishment ) , they're slaves. And those who worship God to be grateful towards their creator , they are the free people , and their worship is a real one. (Bihar al- Anwar, Vol. 78 , P. 117).
Beware that the need of people to you is among the blessings of God to you. So do not scare away the needy people when they come to you, as the God’s blessings will return and go elsewhere. (Bihar al- Anwar, Vol. 78, P. 121) Imam Hussain (as)A man came to Imam Hussain (Master of the martyrs) and said: I am a sinful man and can't avoid doing sin, please advise me. Imam (as) said: If you can do these five things, then commit sin as much you like. First of all: don’t eat the sustenance of God and commit sin as much you like. Second: go beyond the domain of God and commit sin as much you like. Third: seek a site where God can not observe you and commit sin as much you like. Fourth :if the Angel of death comes to you to take away your soul, expel him away from yourself and commit sin as much you like. Fifth: If the Angel of Hell was about to throw you into the hell-fire, stop him and commit sin as much you like. (Bihar al- Anwar, Vol. 78, P. 126)
