  1. Already sent a letter to my local MP & PM regarding his uncle. Another has been sent to both again... shall await their replies
  2. Gold & Silver for Iran for weight-lifting (+105kg), but couldn't smash the last world record from Sydney. Also like watching the gymnastics ;)
  3. I knew the an sung egg friend rice was but an MI6 paid-up dog. After when she came to the UK and spoke at the BBC's Reith Lectures with the former head of MI6. And she proclaimed the BBC world service kept her sane under house arrest. Now Burma is an open door to the west to exploit it, it has now a democratic face. What a lot of BS.
  4. No that is untrue. 1) The IAEA inspectors are monitoring Iran’s nuclear facilities with camera’s, 7/7, 24/24. 2) Under Iran’s Basic Safeguard Inspections with the IAEA, the inspectors can visit Iran’s nuclear facilities whenever they want. 3) Iran does indeed refuse the inspectors access to its conventional missile sites. But Iran is under no obligation whatsoever to grant the inspectors access to these non-nuclear related sites. 4) From 2003 to 2005 Iran voluntarily suspended its uranium related activities as a confidence-building measure. But when it became clear the US/EU wanted to permanently deny Iran its right to enrich uranium, Iran resumed these activities. As a NPT-member state, Iran has every right to enrich uranium for civilian purposes. It’s under no obligation whatsoever to quit these activities. 5) In the past, Iran proposed additional, non-NPT related measures to ensure its enrichment program remains peaceful. So computer says NO... And regarding Parchan, it is a military base? Would the USA let anyone into its JTF base in Qatar? Diago Garcia? etc etc.
  5. These filthy salafi wahabi animals. They are turning Islam into another sunday only religion while funding the murder of shia & defaming the noble prophets family. We need a clean out of these folk.
  6. The problem with Iran has been, specifically with the whole suxnet fiasco was running their damn IT infrastructure on Windows XP. They should have used an alternate OS such as Linux or a custom build OS considering they are pretty good at it. Nice to see this android tablet. Maybe worth exporting to neighbouring countries instead of buying kauffir made products by apple or samsung who are more than happy to support sanctions.
  7. Qatar seems to be a den of spies & thieves. A couple of years ago, a friend spotted one of the talibans main leaders there. Probably fund raising with his salafi boy-friends.
  8. I hope Iran sends Riyadh a nice little care package on the front of a shabab-IV... something nuclear.
  9. 10 AK-47's to Hezbollah... I hope this is true otherwise inshallah I'll do it myself
  10. Couple of things, 3% dehydration can decrease muscle strength upto 12%. And dehydration isn't ideal for strength training as water is an important for repair. In addition, post workout, it's important to have an intake of protein, and the ideal source is whey protein shakes and hold of eating for an hour or so. Therefore, one could workout just before iftar then breakfast with a date, protein shake, & water and wait. Also fasting decreases the levels of insulin-like growth like-factor 1 (IGF-1), which is important in anabolism (bulking up) but is linked to several cancers including prostate. Fasting effectively detoxifies the body and one should notice weight-loss especially body fat.
  11. Thank you sister. Yeah my Ramadan ethic hasn't been as good as last couple of years, need to improve.
  12. The bomber was Caucasian with a US passport... Mossad did not indicate it was a target unlike others.... http://www.nytimes.com/2012/07/20/world/europe/explosion-on-bulgaria-tour-bus-kills-at-least-five-israelis.html?_r=1&pagewanted=all And in context with this article http://www.dailystar.com.lb/News/Local-News/2012/Jul-07/179679-israel-plans-to-be-brutal-in-next-lebanon-war.ashx#axzz1ztSkhZZO which was published on the 7th of July, no surprise this occur with ongoing events in Syria.
  13. Israel can eat a proverbial **** . Lebanon should divert the river away from this filthy state. Or use it to dump toxic chemicals just before it hits zionist occupied lands
