If your conscience tells you it was Ameer ul Momineen (as) then it was his majesty.
As far as dark complexion, a lots of our Aimah (as) are dark complexion, some well known are Imam Ali Zainulabideen (as), Imam Muhammad Taqi (as), Imam Ali Naqi (as). It's mostly the racism of Iranians, Azeris, Turks etc. who made the public image of Ahlulbayt (as) as very white Caucasian complexions. In reality most of Aimah and Awliah are brown or wheatish brown complexion.

I would rather rent some china which could be washed and reused.
Don't goto any extremes; a nice, decent, honorable, and simple wedding doesn't mean it has to look like a local soup kitchen either.
There is a distinction between simple grace than looking like a beggar getting married on the side of the road.

    Addicted To Shia Chat If
    5. Those who are living with you, hate SC because you are constantly on it.
    4. Your spouse knows the names (or pseudonyms) of all of your Shia Chat friends.
    3. You suddenly start doing random things because you learned something new on Shia Chat. Most of those things are religious in nature.
    2. People look at you in weird way because you abruptly start laughing or crying (they don't know you are still replying your worst or best adversary on SC - in your head).
    1. You fall in love with someone because he/she is a very good Shia Chatter - Shia.
    0. You say "lol" every time you find something funny or if you want to hide your sarcasm.
-1. You remember your Shia chat friends in your Salat-ul-Layl.
-2. First thing you do after Fajr salat is log into the Shia Chat and check who dared to oppose you (or who else liked your post).
-3. You secretly love that Admins look the other way when you are doing "Sahaba Bashing"
-4. You apparently dread all the anti-muta and pro-muta threads but read every word of all of those threads.
-5. Some of you think, you will find your future spouse through Shia Chat (ok I admit this one is lame)
    other lame ones:
-6. if you are a brother, you secretly envy brother alimomamad40.
-7. if you are a sister, you wish you could post your real picture without being ridiculed by all self righteous shia chatters.
-8. if you are "none" -lol, you write "Not Telling" in front of the gender box on your profile.
Feel free to add in more - (my imagination "ghas charnay gai hay" is eating grass out in the pastures - lol)

Don't fool yourself with abstinence, it does not work for young men in our current world, be it in West or elsewhere. The
Go for a girl friend in strictly halal relationship and see if you could find yourself some muslim girl for muta turning it onto a permanent marriage. Better yet, talk to your parents to get you engaged-nikah, even if she does not live with you. As you both get emotionally involved, you can get together eventually. Tell your parents it's either you being exposed to sins or this.
Lots of young kids confuse need for 'romance or belonging or companionship' with need for sex. Once you find a spouse, even long distance, you will be immune to sexual thoughts.
Definitely do not roam around without a halal partner, you are way exposed to sins and tricks of iblees.
I know many friends who married in 21 years of age and are going to Med. schools and stuff, so early marriage is not a show stopper for studies.

It appears you don't read any of the posts above. Prophet's favorite wife was not Aisha, she was a trouble maker wife for whom Allah sent Aya Ghazab to denounce her.
Prophet's favorite is Hazrat Khadijah (as).
Notice how the top four women of the world are:
    Fatima wife of Ali (as)
Khadijah wife of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh)
    Maryam mother of Jesus (as)
    Asia wife of Firaoun
How come Sunnis make Aisha one of the best women of world. THINK THINK THINK
Also Fatima Zahra (as) passed away four months after the death of Prophet, where is her grave? Why the two usurpers of khilafat namely Abu Bakr and Umer buried next to prophet, which is not a honor by the way. It was not the prophet who asked these two to be buried next to himself, neither they themselves buried their own bodies, it was the other Muslims who buried them next to the prophet.

    1. In my area men do it with Christian women to save themselves from masturbation, fornication, and other sexual perversions of western society.
    2. Sisters meanwhile suffer in their bigotry, self righteousness, and lack of will to their submission to the commands of Allah and sit there and getting old in their lonely lives. No body knows what they do at home to fulfill their sexual or companionship needs.
    3. Then there are some young couples who are doing it for six months or so to know each other before marrying permanently.
All in all, #1 and #3 are living in peace and bliss knowing they are living in accordance with the commands of Allah. #2 are sitting there criticizing biting their nails in despair and deprivation.
As far as side debate on conditions, there are not many conditions as long as you know what the conditions are for permanent nikah. There is no difference, zilch, nothing, zero, nada between the two except that one is with no time stipulation, other has time limit to it when the contract expires.

Shia don't love Ali more than Muhammad (pbuh). Here Allah introduces Ahlulbayt (as) which does not include prophet's wives.
    فَمَنْ حَاجَّكَ فِيهِ مِنْ بَعْدِ مَا جَاءَكَ مِنَ الْعِلْمِ فَقُلْ تَعَالَوْا نَدْعُ أَبْنَاءَنَا وَأَبْنَاءَكُمْ وَنِسَاءَنَا وَنِسَاءَكُمْ وَأَنْفُسَنَا وَأَنْفُسَكُمْ ثُمَّ نَبْتَهِلْ فَنَجْعَلْ لَعْنَتَ اللَّهِ عَلَى الْكَاذِبِينَ {61}
[ 3:61] But whoever disputes with you in this matter after what has come to you of knowledge, then say: Come let us call our sons and your sons and our women and your women and our near people and your near people, then let us be earnest in prayer, and pray for the curse of Allah on the liars.
Here Allah orders us to love Prophet's Ahlulbayt namely Ali and Fatima and their children till eternity.
    ذَٰلِكَ الَّذِي يُبَشِّرُ اللَّهُ عِبَادَهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ ۗ قُلْ لَا أَسْأَلُكُمْ عَلَيْهِ أَجْرًا إِلَّا الْمَوَدَّةَ فِي الْقُرْبَىٰ ۗ وَمَنْ يَقْتَرِفْ حَسَنَةً نَزِدْ لَهُ فِيهَا حُسْنًا ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ غَفُورٌ شَكُورٌ {23}
[ 42:23] That is of which Allah gives the good news to His servants, (to) those who believe and do good deeds. Say: I do not ask of you any reward for it but love for my near relatives; and whoever earns good, We give him more of good therein; surely Allah is Forgiving, Grateful.
Here's what Aisha, Umer, Abubakr, Muawiah, and the rest did to Ahlulbayt (as)
    1. Umer and Abubakr stole the khilafat from Imam Ali.
    2. Umer and Abubakr tried burning the house of Ali, and in doing so killed Fatima Zahra (as).
    3. Aisha waged war on imam Ali.
    4. Muawiah waged war on Imam Hassan.
    5. Yazid killed Imam Hussain.
Is there any other shameless nation out there besides our Sunni brothers who would LOVE these enemies of Pophet's Ahlulbayt with such fervor and still call themselves Muslims?

Shia read the next two ayyat after 2:255 for the pattern of Quranic Duas to be completed.
The best dua of Quran is Sura Al Hamd, which teaches the pattern of dua, that is the recognition and praise of the Lord and then the recognition of those who have been Blessed, and then rejection of those who have been Rejected.
This is why, Duas which came to us through RasoolAllah (pbuh) and Aimah, also follow the pattern of Al Hamd, that is first praises to Allah, then praise to Prophet and Ahlulbait, then rejection or Laanat on the enemies, and then the dua continues.
Comparing it with the pattern of Al Hamd, the 2:255 is praise of Lord, 2:256 mentions Prophet and Aimah (urwatul WUSQA), 2:257 mentions those who are Dhualleeen (the one on whom Allah's wrath is).
According to Hadith of Prophet (s) came to us through Ahlulbait, 2:256 - rope of Allah are Prophet and the 12 Aimah (as). 2:257 - we all know who the Ashab un Naar are...

Allah(swt) sends Laa'n (rejection) more than 20 times in Al-Quran.
Yazeed Ibn Muawiah (Laan) had all 20 Laan qualities that are mentioned in Al-Quran.
Hence in the Sunnah of Allah(swt) and Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) , it is wajib (not optional) to send Laan on Yazeed, Muawiah, Umer Ibn Saad Ibn Abi Waqas, Shimr, and the first one who usurped the rights of Prophet's family, and the second one, and the third one, and the fourth one.

Waiting for HIM got a reaction from Muslim2010 in Why Wasent Kumayl At Karbala?
Hazrat Muhammad Hanfia (ra), half brother of Imam Hussain (as) was not in Karbala either.
Nor was the husband of Sayedda Zainab (may our souls be sacrificed for her), Hazrat Abdullah Ibn Jaffar Tayyar in Karbala.
Nor was the famous Sahabi of Prophet (pbuh), named Jabir Ibn Abdullah Ansari in Karbala.
The companions of Karbala were the best of the best of humanity who were hand picked by Imam Hussain (as). Nobody knows what was the strategy of Allah(swt) and his appointed Imam to preserve Islam at that moment.
Same question you could ask that while dozens of small kids of Banu Hashim were martyred in Karbala, 4th Imam Ali ZainulAbideen and 5th Imam Muhammad Al Baqir (as) were not martyred while they were present in Karbala.
You have to understand Karbala from a very different view to understand the reasons for things likes these. Just remember this whole thing was, from start to end, the immaculate strategy of Imam Hussain (as) to expose faux Islam (munafiqeen) and beat Iblees once and for all.

The scholar friends I know do not even enter the restaurants where alcohol is served. So I guess it depends on how much taqwa one has. The orders written by At. Seestani in his code for Muslims in west says about not eating on the same table only.
But I totally agree on my ulema friends stance, that is not even go where the alcohol is served.

    It depends...
On informal settings (coworkers and friends) I tell people that I eat halal only and order vegetarian only. In fact they already know.
On formal first meetings, I just order vegetarian without making any fuss about it.
It gets tricky if they order alcohol since it is haram to eat on the same table where alcohol is served. In this case, I just prefer to drink water and just avoid eating anything. But this one, I may have slipped some times and may have munched on salad etc, may Allah forgive our mistakes.
For salads too, I mention categorically to not add anything in it. I also do not have them put any dressing on salad, most have gelatin in it. I have them put cheese and olive oils or vinegar etc.
You just need to be vigilant and you will be fine.

    Salam,
Sorry to barge into sister's zone but hey you can always benefit from male wisdom here.
Not in vogue, but I remember my grand mother used to use henna on her hair during the hot summer months and then wash it away in few hours. Henna is a natural conditioner besides having so many other benefits. When we, the always questioning platoon of kids used to ask what she was doing, she used to say she was preventing her hair from being cotton candy, and we always wished that we get to see that cotton candy one day :)
    Hope this helps!!

Yes Abu Bakr was promised the Jannah... Really.. Which Jannah, the same one, which Prophet (pbuh) said many times that Hasan and Hussain (as) are it's leader and Fatima Zahra (as) is the owner of it.
So you think this Abu Bakr of yours who hated and tortured Fatima, Hasan and Hussain (as) will go to the same Jannah.
And don't get me even started on the daughter of Abu Bakr namely Ayesha whose hatred for Fatima (as) and Hasan and Hussain (Salam on both of these Aimah) was well known during all her wretched life.
Tell you what, I pray and you pray that may Allah (swt) end you up where Abu Bakr will go, and end me up where Fatima (as) and Hasnian (as) are. InshAAllah and Ameen. :)

That's where the rotten bodybags were transferred from the PIA plane to trucks and hurled in some pot hole in a Wahabi graveyard.

Waiting for HIM got a reaction from Ishaq-e-Ali in 8 Shia Killed By Pakistan State Sponsored Takfiris
Yes I know exactly what happened.

Shia and Sunni Muslims were passing by in a big gathering to commemorate the killing of the Ahlulbayt of the Prophet.

Some basterdized Suadi dogs had collected bunch of rocks and glass bottles on the roof of a place of Wahabi worship place they like to call it Masjid-e-Zarrar.

So the sons of haram started pelting rocks and bottles at the Shia and Sunni Muslims underneath as they went by peacefully. Once not provoked by this violence, the leader of the Satan worshipers asked his cronies to start shooting, resulting in the death of 8 Shia Muslims. Police and Punjabi army as usual was sitting idle while this was happening.

You know how else I know. Two of my cousins and my 70 yrs old uncle are in hospital right now with Wahabi inflicted injuries.

    Need more...

It appears she was lying to you all along about her homosexuality and about her threesomes. Basically she was trying her best to make you reject her. But you kept on sticking to her till she mustered up the courage to tell you the truth that she was already married.

My suggestion based on my observations in life, run the other way as fast as you can.  She made some really bad choices in her life (if indeed she did; and if she didn't and was just lying to reject you, it was still a lie in an extremely disgusting taste), and its not like BAD and GOOD are not totally hidden now or ever. Even the most atheist of girls and boys I've met here know the basic human morality. Threesomes and homos.. even a monkey knows its wrong.

Allah showed you that Aya' because he wanted to teach you one really critical thing in Shia Islam. Hoob FillAh (Love for the sake of Allah) and Bughz FillAh (Hatred for the sake of Allah).

You became attached to a person because you thought she was a good Muslima. You did not love the personality, you loved the character. Allah taught you to love the character (the Muslima) and not the person (the girl).

You also learned to find a wife who is a good Muslima rather than a pretty face. Because 'pretty face' marriages always ... I repeat always.... end up in worst of experiences.

Take the above two lessons of life as a precious gift of Allah swt for you.
Pray two raka' of salat of Shukr (Thankfulness) that HE saved you from the "beautiful flower grown on the heap of trash".
