  1. LOL.. you really made me laugh.. If he (khomini) made it permissible, it is because he enjoyed it and practiced this shameful act.
  2. Do you know that Khomeini allowed Muta with infants and children? It is in his book, but unfortuantely the chapter regarding marriage is not translated into english. However, if you can read arabic, I advise you to go to http://www.leader.ir/langs/ar/ the website of Khamenai, you can find on the right under Library a book called Tahrir Al Waseela. In the Marriage chapter it is written there. They did not even have the decency to remove it.
  3. (bismillah) (salam) Dear brothers, Sheikh Imran Hosien predicted the Arab revolutions as well as other events that already took place, and some events to come. This is a very interesting video talking about Iran and Imam Mahdi. I know that Shias might not like it, or it might be hard to digest. However, it would be best if you keep it at the back of your mind.. you do not want to be taken for a ride If Imam Khomeini chose a child aged 0-5 years, to be brought up as the Imam in 1979 (when Khomeini came to power) Now in 2012, the child will be 33-38 years old. If the Imam emerges in a couple of years time, he will be in his 40s. I do not want you to attack this Sheihk, but rather think about this possibility... let me know what you think.. but please reply to the point raised. Thanks
  4. (bismillah) (salam) Imagine someone killed the Prophet's (SAAAS) daughter. He will have Allah's (SWT) curse in the Dunya and Akhira. This is a Shia clerk who explains the real reason behind the broken rib story. Narrated 'Aisha (ra): The Prophet (SAAAS) called his daughter Fatima (as) during his illness in which he died, and told her a secret whereupon she wept. Then he called her again and told her a secret whereupon she laughed. When I asked her about that, she replied, "The Prophet (SAAAS) spoke to me in secret and informed me that he would die in the course of the illness during which he died, so I wept. He again spoke to me in secret and informed me that I would be the first of his family to follow him (after his death) and on that I laughed." (Sahih Bukhari, Book 57, Number 62)
  5. So why are Imam Hasan's (as) sons not infallible, or not treated the same way. Isn't he one of Ahl Kisa? Who also gave birth to Children from Imam Ali (as) and Fatema (as) lineage. I don't think Shia Hadith are Sahih regarding this matter, as they themselves are confused and were confused many times regarding their Imams. I don't rely on Shia hadiths as the majority (90% or more) fabricated Hadiths.
  6. LOL.. who are you going to launch the attack on? The Arabs huh? What a Mahdi
  7. (salam) Dear Brother, your reply is by far the best as you seem to understand what I have said. I will reply your proposed points. 1) The right translation for Oly Alamr is 'those who have power invested in them'. Meaning those who have received the legitimacy. And at the beginning of the verse, the speech is directed towards the Believers [O you who have believed...]. 2) I agree that the way to reach power is important [And those who have responded to their lord and established prayer and whose affair is [determined by] consultation among themselves, and from what We have provided them, they spend.] 42:38. As for what happened in Saqifah, the Muhajeroon were overtaken by surprise to know that the Ansar were meeting to choose a Khalipha, and they rushed to the Saqifah, it was not a conspiracy to steal the position. I know Imam Ali (as) was not there, I think it was a strategic mistake of the Sahaba, but as I said before, they were taken by surprise and they agreed to give bayat to Abu Bakr (ra). 3) We believe that people are infallible, including Imams. And we are supposed to obey the leaders as long as they follow the Quran and Sunnah. That is why Allah (SWT) said: [... And if you disagree over anything, refer it to Allah and the Messenger, ...] 4:59 . The speech is directed to [you]? As I said before, it is towards the believers. And Allah (SWT) assumed that a disagreement will occur, and still said to refer to Allah (SWT) and the Prophet (SAAAS) only, because if 'those who have power invested in them' are infallible, we should then refer to them directly. However it is not mentioned in the verse. 4) Also, you have said that why Allah (SWT) would want us to follow someone who is subject to Rijs. I reply here that Shia's assumed the infallibility just by the Purification verse 33:33, however this verse is subjected towards Ahl Al Kisa only (The Prophet (SAAAS), Imam Ali (as), Fatema (as), and Hasan (as) and Hussien (as)). Assume that I accept the infallibility of those, how do you expect me to assume that 9 other Imams are also purified in the same way, and knowing that they are from Hussien's (as) lineage? At this point, there is verse nor no Sahih Hadith that justifes the infallibility of 9 other Imams. 5) Because we are only supposed to follow the leaders and obey them when they are following the Holy Quran and the Sunnah. Other than that, we should not. 6) And if we differ on anything, it is very clear that is it an unlimited statement, not just the Oly Alamr. And assuming we differ on them, we should follow the Quran in [... and whose affair is [determined by] consultation among themselves...] 42:38 7+8+9) I think your translation of Oly is wrong. I have checked it in an Arabic Dictionary (ãÚÌã) and it is rougly translated to THOSE, and I can give an example of Oly from the Quran, and check how the word is translated. It is mentioned several times. [so when the [time of] promise came for the first of them, We sent against you servants of Ours - those of great military might, and they probed [even] into the homes, and it was a promise fulfilled.] 17:5 And Allah (SWT) knows best. (wasalam)
  8. What you're saying does not make sense. Then it means that all of his sons are infallible and infallability keeps on going on, so now we'll have a 10,000s of living infallibles.
  9. It seems that you did not understand what the Sheikh was trying to say. If you look at the verse like this: "O you who have believed, obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those in authority among you..." It clearly says that we should obey the above (highlighted in red above). Then: "... if you disagree over anything, refer it to Allah and the Messenger, ..." We can understand that if we disagree, differ, conflict, argue, quarrel... ÊäÇÒÚÊã However, IF we disagree, differ, conflict, argue, quarrel with those in authority among us We should refer it to Allah and the Messenger My point is: IF Imam Ali was infallible and this verse is meant to address him and the rest of the Imams. Why did not it say refer it to Allah and the Messenger and those in authority among us ???? To acknowledge that we should always get back to the Imams for accurate and divine information.
  10. (bismillah) (salam) Åä ÇáÍãÏ ááå äÍãÏå æäÓÊÚíäå æäÓÊÛÝÑå¡ æäÚæÐ ÈÇááå ãä ÔÑæÑ ÃäÝÓäÇ æãä ÓíÆÇÊ ÃÚãÇáäÇ¡ ãä íåÏå Çááå ÝáÇ ãÖá áå æãä íÖáá ÝáÇ åÇÏí áå æÃÔåÏ Ãä áÇ Åáå ÅáÇ Çááå æÍÏå áÇ ÔÑíß áå æÃÔåÏ Ãä ãÍãÏ ÚÈÏå æÑÓæáå¡ Õáì Çááå Úáíå æÚáì Âáå æÕÍÈå ÃÌãÚíä¡ æÓáã ÊÓáíãÇ ßËíÑÇð When Shia try to explain the concept of infallibility they relate it directly to the second half of this verse: "And abide in your houses and do not display yourselves as [was] the display of the former times of ignorance. And establish prayer and give zakah and obey Allah and His Messenger. Allah intends only to remove from you the impurity [of sin], O people of the [Prophet's] household, and to purify you with [extensive] purification." 33:33 Then they link it to this SAHIH hadith - Hadith Al Kisa: Narrated by 'Aisha (ra): “ that God's Apostle (may peace be upon him) went out one morning wearing a striped cloak of the black camel's hair that there came Hasan b. 'Ali. He wrapped him under it, then came Husain and he wrapped him under it along with the other one (Hasan). Then came Fatima and he took her under it, then came 'Ali and he also took him under it and then said: God only desires to take away any uncleanliness from you, O people of the household, and purify you (thorough purifying)" ” IF, we assume that this verse meant to make them infallible. It clearly indicates that only those AhlulBayt members mentioned in the HADITH are infallible. Right? Question: How did Shia scholars link infallibility to 12 imams? While 9 of the 12 were not present in the Kisa and the verse did not target them. P.S. Please do not reply with the Hadith of the 12 Amirs or Khaliphs from Qurayesh, as it clearly did not mention infallability or knowledge of those leaders.
  11. (bismillah) (salam) Åä ÇáÍãÏ ááå äÍãÏå æäÓÊÚíäå æäÓÊÛÝÑå¡ æäÚæÐ ÈÇááå ãä ÔÑæÑ ÃäÝÓäÇ æãä ÓíÆÇÊ ÃÚãÇáäÇ¡ ãä íåÏå Çááå ÝáÇ ãÖá áå æãä íÖáá ÝáÇ åÇÏí áå æÃÔåÏ Ãä áÇ Åáå ÅáÇ Çááå æÍÏå áÇ ÔÑíß áå æÃÔåÏ Ãä ãÍãÏ ÚÈÏå æÑÓæáå¡ Õáì Çááå Úáíå æÚáì Âáå æÕÍÈå ÃÌãÚíä¡ æÓáã ÊÓáíãÇ ßËíÑÇð I would like to start by saying that Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim are NOT 100% authentic. This is a dangerous claim made by some ignorant Sunnis. According to Sunnis, the Shia hadith literature is filled with fabricated hadiths and this is the reason why they are not used in intellectual debates. Unlike the Sunni literature, which is considered a vast branch of Islamic sciences. The Sunni hadith science is always backed by `Ilm ar-rijal (Science of Narrators) in which the hadith narrators are personally studied and scholars can reach a decsion to claim that a Hadith is Sahih or not, according to the credibility of the narrators. As well as Shia use continuously Sunni hadiths to try back their case, such as the Ghadeer Hadith and others. Unfortunately the hadiths are misinterpreted and sometimes cut in half. So now, I will show you the refutation to the claim that Imam Ali and other Ahlulbayt members were infallible from the Holy Quran, and by using a verse Shia use commonly to defend their case. "O you who have believed, obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those in authority among you. And if you disagree over anything, refer it to Allah and the Messenger, if you should believe in Allah and the Last Day. That is the best [way] and best in result." 4:59 Sheikh Adnan Ibrahim will explain it to you in just 2 minutes. Please watch. There is English subtitles. How do you answer back to this point ??
  12. (bismillah) (salam) I have heard before that the belief in the Mahdi, and especially his occultation, has been adapted by Zoroastrains. As they have influenced Shia beliefs during the Safavids Era. Please watch this video in order to hear Syed Ammar Nakshwani's opinion. What do you think ?? (salam)

  15. (bismillah) (salam) I have noticed the huge amount of respect that Shia have to Khomeini. While researching some of the stuff he wrote in his famous books, I found a couple of paragraphs which a normal person with common sense would stop and think... I will not mention them all now.. But this one really caught my attention. As he claims, this story took place in the beginning of creation.. which he witnessed :donno: ?? What is narrated about Gabriel in the beginning of creation when Allah had asked him (Gabriel) several times "Who am I and who are You!?". And every time he answered: " You are you and I am I". Then Allah burns him for being too proud and sends him away from the nearest heavens until the saviour of souls appeared in the world of lights and ghosts. The Mawla of the two universes and the Imam of the Thaqalayn, our Mawla Ali bin abi Talib alaihi salam . Then Ali taught Gabriel to say in the answer: "You are the Great King and I am the humble slave" and when he said it he was saved from the fires of Hell. Al fawa'ed al radawiyah" page 151 It is funny, yet sad to see such a story written in a book of a famous "scholar". I don't know where did he get this story from, knowing for sure it was not mentioned in the Holy Quran and authentic Hadiths. Interestingly how he mentioned that the saviour of souls appeared before even the creation of Adam (as). So how can anybody still have faith and respect for such a leader who makes such claims? And this is not the only one.. there are a lot more. Unfortunately the majority of Shia see the garnished picture of Khomeini. I am not asking any questions here, but asking people who consider this guy a "scholar" to read more about him, his "studies", and most importantly, his history and how did he become the leader of the Revolution. It is not surprising what he also did during the First Gulf War, while he was blessing the soldiers and touching their foreheads and telling them: "today (if you die) you will have dinner with Imam Ali and Hussien" (salam)
  16. (bismillah) (salam) Çááåã Õáí Úáì ÓíÏäÇ ãÍãÏ ÎÇÊã ÇáÃäÈíÇÁ æÇáãÑÓáíä¡ æÚáì Âáå ÇáØÇåÑíä¡ æÚáì ÃÕÍÇÈå ÇáãäÊÌÈíä This topic will discuss the Tawassul which making Dua' to Allah (SWT) through the Prophet (SAW) or Fatema (ra) or one of the 12 Imams (ra). I have brought solid evidence from the Quran which refutes all these claims that Tawassul is better than making Dua directly to Allah (SWT) or the Dua would be heard faster when made through an Imam as one Shia scholar mentioned. He causes the night to enter the day, and He causes the day to enter the night and has subjected the sun and the moon - each running [its course] for a specified term. That is Allah , your Lord; to Him belongs sovereignty. And those whom you invoke other than Him do not possess [as much as] the membrane of a date seed. - If you invoke them, they do not hear your supplication; and if they heard, they would not respond to you. And on the Day of Resurrection they will deny your association. And none can inform you like [one] Acquainted [with all matters]. Quran 35:13-14 And they worship other than Allah that which neither harms them nor benefits them, and they say, "These are our intercessors with Allah " Say, "Do you inform Allah of something He does not know in the heavens or on the earth?" Exalted is He and high above what they associate with Him Quran 10:18 And when My servants ask you, [O Muhammad], concerning Me - indeed I am near. I respond to the invocation of the supplicant when he calls upon Me. So let them respond to Me [by obedience] and believe in Me that they may be [rightly] guided. Quran 2:186 In addition, I am sure that most of you people have watched the Arrivals Series, which tries to uncover the world of today and links it to Islam. I have watched it and noticed that the film maker tries to show Shiism as it is the way. The film maker used a lot of Sheikh Imran Hosein speeches and sermons to justify his cause, but unfortunately, he has excluded the most important one of all. You can watch it here (if you are interested). Those who disbelieve and avert [people] from the way of Allah - He will waste their deeds. - And those who believe and do righteous deeds and believe in what has been sent down upon Muhammad - and it is the truth from their Lord - He will remove from them their misdeeds and amend their condition. - That is because those who disbelieve follow falsehood, and those who believe follow the truth from their Lord. Thus does Allah present to the people their comparisons. Quran 47:1-3 Thank you very much, and Hope that in the Holy Month of Ramadhan, Muslims will get closer. (salam)
  17. (salam) Me, a Sunni, DO NOT recite this in the prayer, and I don't think anybody does. They were people who were afraid of Allah (SWT) and made sure to seek his pleasure all the time. (bismillah) "Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah ; and those with him are forceful against the disbelievers, merciful among themselves. You see them bowing and prostrating [in prayer], seeking bounty from Allah and [His] pleasure. Their mark is on their faces from the trace of prostration. That is their description in the Torah. And their description in the Gospel is as a plant which produces its offshoots and strengthens them so they grow firm and stand upon their stalks, delighting the sowers - so that Allah may enrage by them the disbelievers. Allah has promised those who believe and do righteous deeds among them forgiveness and a great reward." The Holy Quran 48:29 Imam Ali (ßÑã Çááå æÌåå) talking to his Shia: "I have seen the companions of the Prophet but I do not find anyone resembling them. They began the day with dust on the hair and face (in hardship of life) and passed the night in prostration and standing in prayers. Sometimes they put down their foreheads and sometimes their cheeks. With the recollection of their resurrection it seemed as though they stood on live coal. It seemed that in between their eyes there were signs like knees of goats, resulting from long prostrations. When Allah was mentioned their eyes flowed freely till their shirt collars were drenched. They trembled for fear of punishment and hope of rewards as the tree trembles on the day of a stormy wind." Nahjul Balagha, Sermon 96
  18. (bismillah) (salam) Both Sunni and Shia agree that Imam Hussien (ra) was martyred in the land of Kerbala. But Shia accept that the date of his death was the 10 Muharram (Ashura), and have turned a day which is recommended for fasting to a sad and mass mourning day. I have read a 40 page article which scientifically and according to Shia hadith, PROVES that the date of Ashura is IMPOSSIBLE to be the REAL date of his (ra) martyrdom. But in fact it occurred some day in the month of Safar. If you are a truth seeker and have the patience, I advise you to read this article, and then let YOUR logic and common sense make a decision and not your prejudice. Ten you can think of the motives behind changing the date!! It is also mentioned in the article. Let me know what do you think AFTER you read it. I suggest you read the article from the beginning because it shows how this research was conducted and it tells the story of Kerbala step by step with giving proof from Shia books. Please download the article by going to this link - When Was Hazrat Husayn Martyred - A Scientific Approach (salam)
  19. (salam) Brother, I wish that you would be more accurate in quoting, and also to keep in mind the entire context of each hadith, not just copy and paste what supports your argument. I shall reply to ALL of the evidence you have provided to me. The FIRST Hadith: It is clear that the Prophet (SAW) was giving the speech, and WE do not deny his divine knowledge, he is the Prophet of Allah ÓÈÍÇäå æÊÚÇáì. My question was about the Imams. And even in this Hadith, if you read it entirely, he (SAW) mentioned events which are to occur, not dates of deaths of people. The SECOND Hadith: This Hadith also shows the Prophet's knowledge, not the Imams. The THIRD Hadith: This is the full hadith, Narrated 'Aisha: The Prophet in his fatal illness, called his daughter Fatima and told her a secret because of which she started weeping. Then he called her and told her another secret, and she started laughing. When I asked her about that, she replied, The Prophet told me that he would die in his fatal illness, and so I wept, but then he secretly told me that from amongst his family, I would be the first to join him, and so I laughed." Saheeh Bukhari, Volume 4, Book 56, Number 820 This Hadith clearly shows that the Prophet (SAW) knew when would he die and also knew when would Fatema (ra) die. While Fatema (ra) DID NOT KNOW when would she die UNTIL AFTER her father (SAW) told her. So this is actually an argument against you :D because Shia also claim that Fatema (ra) had divine knowledge, but we wont go through this now because you will say this is from Sahih Bukhari! The Quranic Verse: (bismillah) And among those around you of the bedouins are hypocrites, and [also] from the people of Madinah. They have become accustomed to hypocrisy. You, [O Muhammad], do not know them, [but] We know them. We will punish them twice [in this world]; then they will be returned to a great punishment. 9:101 It clearly shows that by WE it means Allah (SWT) is speaking and saying that HE (SWT) knows them and will punish them. It has nothing to do with the Imams. As for the LAST Hadith, it contradicts all the other Hadiths that shows that THEY actually know everything and especially when they will die. There are chapters in the Al-Kafi called "The Imams (a.s.) do have the knowledge of what was and will be, and that nothing is unknown to them (a.s.)" and "The Imams (a.s.) know when they will die and they die voluntarily". I am sorry, but your arguments did NOT help answer my questions, but deviated from the subject. I suggest you read my question again, if you are willing to answer. I asked about the deaths of the Imams and how it contradicts with the Shia Hadiths. (wasalam)
  20. I think most of you have watched the Arrivals Series. This series showed a lot of Sheikh Imran Hussien speeches and sermons but it didn't show you his speech when he claims that Imam Mahdi will be Sunni not Shia. Here is the link of the video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=akxy-xnagHM

  21. I am sorry to tell you that Hashem did not show this speech of Shiekh Imran Hussien, because it is in favor of the Sunni and claims that Imam Mahdi will be in fact Sunni not Shia
  22. SALAM all.. The majority of the Twelver Shia agree on the authenticity of these hadiths, which claim that the Imams have divine knowledge of the PAST and the FUTURE, and they know when will they DIE and they DIE VOLUNTARILY. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Muhammad ibn Isma‘il from his paternal uncle Hamzah ibn Bazi‘ from Ali as-Sa’I from abu al-Hassan, the first, Musa (a.s.) who has said the folloowing. "The totality of our knowledge is of three aspects. Knowledge of the past, future and that coming into being. The knowledge of the past is that which is interpreted. The knowledge of the future is that which is written and the knowledge of that which come into being is the kind that is thrown into the hearts and is heard by the ears and this is best aspect of our knowledge and there is no prophet after our Holy Prophet (s.a.)." Al-Kafi, H 687, Ch. 50, h 1 Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Salamah ibn-al-Khattab from Sulayman ibn Sama‘a and ‘Abdallah ibn Muhammad from ‘Abdallah ibn al-Qasim al-Batal from abu Basir from abu ‘Abdallah (a.s.) who has said the following. "Whoever of the Imams that would not know what would happen to him and to what events he would proceed such a person is not a possessor of Divine authority over His creature." H 670, Ch. 47, h 1 There are much more hadiths saying the same things.. Let me know if anybody is interested and I will post them and give the references. But after I read them and thought about it, I realised the following: If these hadiths are true, how come 9 of the 12 infallible Imams who possess divine knowledge died by food poisoning?? Its either: 1. They KNEW that there was poison in their food, but sill they decided to eat it, and eventually died, by there wish! 2. They did NOT KNOW about the poison, and died normally. Hence they do not have Divine Knowledge as the 2nd Hadith claims. I would like to hear what do you think. Salam
