Asnna jan I'm an Afghan living in the US too. I was proudly born in Kabul, Afghanistan. But U.S. citizenship has MANY benefits. We can leave the country anytime we please. We can bring our relatives from back home. We can vote and have the power to make changes. Insha'Allah I'm trying to get my green card now and I've lived in the states for 22 years. Before that I was ignorant and not well aware of the rules of Islam. Alhamdulilah I was born a Shia Muslim but NOBODY ever taught me about my religion. I would HIGHLY recommend you go there. Imam Syed Nabi Raza Abidi is a VERY knowledgable Alim. He studied in the Howza in Qum for 15 years. He holds at least 2 degrees I believe.
