  1. what are you? sunni? shia? wahhabi? sufi? khawarij?

  2. Wassalaam. Thank you :)

  3. Ah let's see what the salafis wahhabi do: 1. They destroyed the building on Siti Khadijah's tomb in Mualla, the building on Saidina Hamzah's tomb in Uhud and the buildings on sahabas' tombs in Baqi, happened in 1803 - 1924, as there is a hadith which says Rasulullah didn't allow buildings to be built on tombs. 2. They forbid the celebration of Maulidur Rasul and Israk Mikraj Day, because in their opinion, its a bidaah. 3. They forbid singing to the adhan. Ah, okay. I'm such a "fool". They really use main stream hadith books.
  4. Assalaamu'alaykum. Allah bless you :)

  5. (salam) So, I've seen a shia guy performing a namaz. I realized that he prostrated on a rock (or stone or clay... I'm not sure what is it). And it is said that the rock or stone or clay is from Karbala. So, my question is, what's special about that rock or stone or clay? And why is it to be from Karbala? Can it be from other places? Mind to share the history that relates that rock with your prostration and your whole namaz? Thank you. :) P/s: Sorry I asked too many questions. I'm just curious about it.
  6. (salam) First of all, I'm an ahlus sunnah. Some shias believe that sunni and wahhabi are the same. But trust me, we are not the same. There are only four sects in ahlus sunnah wal jama'ah; hanafi, maliki, shafi'i, hanbali. And wahhabi is NOT under ahlus sunnah wal jama'ah. Well, let's see what are the attitudes of salafus soleh: 1. Always asking people to do good things and to leave bad things (amar ma'ruf nahi mungkar). (Refer 3:110) 2. Always be gentle when performing da'wah and amar ma'ruf nahi mungkar. (Refer 16:125) 3. Be patient while performing da'wah. (Refer 31:17) 4. Doesn't want any arguments happen between the muslims. 5. Always giving advices to others as the religion itself is an advice. 6. Be with the muslim rulers in the religion. 7. Performing the salat (the wajib ones) as soon as possible and be khushu in salat. (Refer 23:1-2) 8. Being enthusiastic to perform qiamullail. 9. Be patient with life obstacles. (Refer 39:10) 10. Doesn't ask for musibah (disaster) to strike them. 11. Never stop relying on Allah when musibah strikes them. (Refer 42:30) 12. Doesn't kufr towards Allah's ni'mat. 13. Dresses up with good akhlaq. Do you find these in wahhabi?
  7. (wasalam) Don't debate with a salafis (the followers of wahhabi) because it's pointless. Only a little of them would accept our point of view. Forget about wahhabi. What important is SUNNIS and SHIAS should UNITE together!
  8. (wasalam) Can you read hebrew? If you can, find a Hebrew Bible and search for Song of Solomon 5:16 חִכּוֹ, מַמְתַקִּים, וְכֻלּוֹ, מַחֲמַדִּים; זֶה דוֹדִי וְזֶה רֵעִי, בְּנוֹת יְרוּשָׁלִָם. You can see that the word Muhammad is there. But the word is no longer Muhammad (supposed to be spelled מַחֲמַדִּ ); it has been changed to מַחֲמַדִּים which means lovely.
  9. I mean, the real sunnis do not punish other scholars for not being sunnis as well. The real sunnis can accept shia as their brothers because the sunnis and the shias have the same tawhid which is, laa ilaaha illallah muhammadur rasulullah.
  10. (salam) I'm an ahlus sunnah. And I don't consider wahhabi is under ahlus sunnah wal jama'ah. There are only four sects in ahlus sunnah wal jama'ah; hanafi, maliki, shafi'i and hanbali. Wahhabi is wahhabi. How come some of them can claim that they are sunnis?
  11. What do you mean you want to convert to shia Islam? Sects are sects. Whether you're a sunni or a shia, you're still considered as a muslim. Sectarianism happened because of different understandings. If you believe that Abu Bakr (ra), Umar (ra) and Uthman (ra) are good people, you're still a muslim. If you believe the other way, you're still a muslim. Trust me brother, you are still a muslim as long as your tawhid is laa ilaaha illallah muhammadur rasulullah. You don't have to "convert" your sect. Just have to believe which is right and which is wrong. And if it's hard for you to believe in it, just be a simple muslim. Get back to al-Qur'an and hadith. Forget about those argument between those three caliphs, Ali (ra), Yazid, Muawiyah and so forth. What important is the ibadah. P/s: I'm an ahlus sunnah.
  12. Because I often hear some sunnis stating that shias are bad people. I've had enough with those sunnis who think that they know everything about shias. So, I am here to ask the shias themselves about their opinions. It's pretty sad to see those sunnis talking bad about shias. I'm an ahlus sunnah and one of the ahlus sunnah wal jama'ah's aqeedahs is we don't punish others for being in different scholars.
  13. Well, your opinion is yours and mine is mine. But just wanna know, why are those three considered as apostates? Their tahwid was still laa ilaaha illallah, muhammadur rasulullah.
  14. Peace. So, I found a few Bible quotes mentioning the name Keturah (קְטוּרָה). Abraham again took a wife, and her name [was] Keturah. (Genesis 25:1) And the sons of Midian [were] Ephah, Epher, Hanoch, Abidah, and Eldaah. All these [were] the children of Keturah. (Genesis 25:4) Now the sons born to Keturah, Abraham's concubine, [were] Zimran, Jokshan, Medan, Midian, Ishbak, and Shuah. (1 Chronicles 1:32) The sons of Midian [were] Ephah, Epher, Hanoch, Abida, and Eldaah. All these were the children of Keturah. (1 Chronicles 1:33) So, my question is, who is Keturah and mind to share a little bit of her biography?
  15. I'm sorry but Ali (ra) was still young at that time right? He was only 33.
  16. Salaam. I'm an ahlus sunnah. May I know what are shia opinions about Abu Bakr, Umar and Uthman? Thank you. :)
  17. Salaam. I'm an ahlus sunnah. Even though I'm an ahlus sunnah, I can accept shia. I'd really love to see ahlus sunnah wal jama'ah and shia unite together. We shouldn't fight each other. Let ahlus sunnah wal jama'ah be with their understanding and let shia be with their understanding. We should accept each others' understandings. Because we are not enemies, but we are BROTHERS. We don't have to fight. It's fine to have different understandings. We have the same tawhid which is laa ilaaha illallah, muhammadur rasulullah. Our real enemy is Iblis, Satan and those Kafirun. Let us unite together and defeat those Kafirun.
