  1. (salam) So you are basing your obediance to God in this case on whether you like the person or not? Did Imam Hassan a.s like muawiyah (la) when he signed the peace treaty with him? Why didn't he say "why would I want to sign a treaty with someone who I don't like and is an enemy of mine"? I'll tell you why, it's because piety is thinking of what Allah (Swt) wants from you, not what your ego wants - and surely Allah's guidelines are the best to abide by. Yes it is your choice in the end (you are given free-will), however don't abuse that gift and expect to not get punished. So dear brother I would advise you to re-consider breaking ties with your father; no matter how much you dislike him or how unjust he is, because even if you are muslim and he's not; you still have certain responsibilities towards him. In regards to divorce; I'm sure you've heard that it's the halal act that Allah (Swt) hates the most. Due to this I wouldn't be so keen on encouraging it without consulting your mar'jaa first with all the details about the current conditions that your family is in. Remember that Allah (Swt) determines the path that your siblings take, not who they grow up with, take for example the believer from the family of Pharoah (la). I think you need actual justifiable reasons to encourage it, as opposed to the ones you stated. Like I said consult your mar'jaa because he knows more than you and I. Wasalam.
  2. JazakAllah for your efforts brother, it is much appreciated. (wasalam)
  3. @ Yoda1 In whose house was that face on the curtain? Seems like some negative presence was there :excl:
  4. @ Gepetto_Zapata I'll give you the benefit of the doubt by assuming you don't know what your own signature (Shab Az3ar) means.
  5. How would you like it if your wife spoke about your mother in such a way? It's not about meeting her or not, if she is a God fearing woman then I advise you to refrain from such remarks brother.
  6. Absolutely not. It is undisputed that the second in command after Imam Jafar as Saddiq (as) is Imam Musa Bin Jafar Al-Kathim (as), history and events verify this. By the way, since when did Imam Mahdi (as) reappear? Where are you getting this false information from?
  7. He is judging based on and in accordance to God's criteria of morality, so in reality if you think about it; It's Allah The All-Just who is judging, not the man.
  8. He has the right to tell girls with no dignity to cover up, especially in an Islamic state such as Iran. Its strange how you say he needs to get a life when he's only enjoining the good, but you remain speechless in regards to those cheap girls who walk around with their bodies on display.
  9. W.Salam This is hilarious
  10. I'm sure that's exaggeration, there's no need for backbiting brother; even if it is a joke.
  11. (wasalam) Alhamdulillah we are well, Insha'Allah everybody's well on your side too. Masha'Allah, these are good possible interpretations brother, and they make sense - Iv'e never thought of them in this way. Hamdulillah yes it has helped! :) Thank you for your help brother. (salam)
  12. ^ I see... Quite difficult to read I must say...
