    (salam)
    Ayatullah Khamene'ee:
If smoking 1- cause serious problems or 2- bothers the others is not allowed.
    Ayatullah Sistani:
If smoking is harmful for anyone, it's Haraam, either for now or it harms him/her in future.
    Ayatullaj Makarem:
As It's harmful for body it's absolutely Harram.

Peace be on the beloved friend of Allah,

Peace be on the beloved friend of Allah,
Peace be on the choicest confidant of Allah, sincerely attached precisely like his father!
Peace be on Hussain, who gave his life in the way of Allah, a martyr, underwent untold hardships
Peace be on the hostage surrounded by the-tightening circle of sorrow and grief, killed by a horde of savages.
O my Allah I give witness that beyond a shadow of doubt he is Thy favorite and choicest confidant, who enjoys Thy confidence and favor, precisely like his father!
Thou looked upto him and elected him in Thy cause, picked and chose him for the good fortune, selected for him the best purified parents,
appointed him guardian, leader, and defender of rights,a true representative (inheritor and progenitor) of guardians, leaders and defenders of rights,
gave him much and more from the inheritance of the Prophets,
, put him forward as a decisive argument, along with the other successors (of the Holy Prophet-the twelve lmams) to the mankind
He met with deadly dangers, acted justly and fairly, made use of everything belonging to him to pay full attention to give sincere advice, took pains
made every effort and put his heart, mind, soul and life at the disposal of Thy mission to liberate the people from the yoke of ignorance ،
and evil of bewilderment, but an evildoer, deceived with empty hopes of mean and worthless worldly gains, had pressed heavily on him,
and sold out his share (eternal bliss) for the meanest and lowest bargain, betrayed his "day of judgment" for a vulgar return, took pride in insolence, fell into the fathom- well of silly stupid follies,
provoked Thee and Thy Prophet to anger,
did as the harsh discordant, the hypocrite, the heavily burdened bearers of sin,
condemned to Hellfire, advised to him, however, he (the Holy lmam), steadily, rightly and justly coped With them, till, in Thy obedience, gave his life after which his family was set adrift.
O my Allah, therefore, condemn them to hell as a denunciation and conviction; and crack-down on them with a painful Punishment.

if someone couldn't say prayer in standing:
1- can say it while leaning on something
2-if can't stand and lean, can sit in front of qiblah
3-if can't sit for prayer, can lay down on his/her right side
4- if can't lay down on right side, can do on left side
5- if can't do that, can lay down on back...

in laying down on right or left side, the face (i.e in front of body like the stomach) must be toward qiblah,
and in laying down on your back, the feet must be toward qiblah.

they are based on Ahadith or the Medical books written by the pillars of this field and of course the wisdom and other sciences.
Though it's not just reading a hadith and doing what it says, it's a combination of many other sciences such as astrology, chemistry, philosophy, etc
so the raw Ahadith are from the books like Wasaelu shia, Behar, Resalatu Zahabia which is all by Imam  Reza about medicine, and the medical books are like the books of Jalinus, Avicenna such as Qanoon, etc

    Salam Alaikum to all members,
We have started sharing topics about Islamic Medicine in a Telegram Channel, people asked for Whatssap, so we started same group with same info on whatsapp, and then for a better reference we started our website which I'll mention the address below.
basically Islamic medicine has a wide and very detailed field concerning human's diseases, physically and spiritually and that's how it defers from Herbal/traditional medicine.
if you study this field, you'll realize that today's common medicine is like a new born baby in front of an old scholar!
(I have proofs for my claim in case somebody needs more info)
so far the great scholars in Islamic medicine have cure for ALL diseases you can imagine since their source of information is Ahlul Bayt.
there are so many things and details to say, but briefly I can say that diseases such as Hepatitis, schizophrenia, diabetes, etc which has NO proper cure in Classic medicine have got cured in this field and I know people with diabetes who was told to cut his leg, or a lady suffering from schizophrenia or a middle age man suffering from Hepatitis C were cured perfectly by following some simple prescription of Islamic medicine Experts.
There are beautiful medical advice and teachings of Ahlul Bayt in this field which we may have not heard or if seen, never pondered on them.
in nut shell, you can join our channel or group and enjoy learning these topics
P.S the purpose of doing these projects is just introducing the beautiful teachings of Ahlul bayt in the field of medicine to others

imaan=faith got a reaction from Ali Hamieh in Hawza - What Do You Do After Finishing Study?
    salam Alaikum
well first of all it's important to know that howza studying has not end!
first level is 6 years, then you study 2 years for level 2, then another 2 years for level 3 , then you'll enter in level 4 which is the last and most important level which is called "kharej".
in the last level we had many scholars that they used to study this level for 14 or more years.
it's the level that if you finish you'll become a Mujtahid, so that you can stop following a marja' and you can act according to your knowledge...
these are not so important, the important thing is that how you use you knowledge for spreading the message of Ahlul bayt (a.s)
All these sciences and efforts is to keep the way of Anbia' and messengers alive and you can be a reference for Islamic rules .
our holy prophet (s.a) said : the scholars are the heritors of the prophets.
so this is the main goal, you study and serve the Ummah by your knowledge as you're the soldier of the main commander who will be appeared soon, inshallah.

imaan=faith got a reaction from learical in A Debate With Abuhanifa
It is narrated that in the time of Imam Abu Hanifa two shias were passing near a big gathering of people. The two people asked: what are these people doing here?
They replied: it's time for Imam Abu Hanifa's class. The narrator (one of the two shias) says: my friend (Fadhl ibn Hasan) who was a learned man told me: “I want to attend this majlis and then discuss with their Imam”.
I told him: he's a great scholar, you can't debate with him. He replied: I believe in the right belief which can't be defeated. We entered the majlis and sat there and at the right time Fadhl stood up and told Abu Hanifa: O' sheikh, I have a brother who is a Shia and anytime I try to convince him that Abu Bakr after the holy prophet was the greatest person in Islam and rightfully the caliph, he disagrees and says Ali ibn Abi talib is the right successor. Now you teach me an answer so that I can convince him.
Abu Hanifa replied : tell your brother that the best reason is that the holy prophet in the time of wars used to keep Abu Bakr and Omar next to himself and send Ali to the battlefield and this shows that they were the favorite people for the holy prophet since He had planned for them (Abu bakr and Omar) to become his successors, and because he didn’t like Ali as much, he used to send him to the battlefield so that he would be killed and this is the best reason for Abu Bakr and Omar to be better than him.
Fadhl replied: Yes sheikh, I’ve already told my brother this reason but he replied from Quran: “Allah has preferred the mujahideen over those who remain [behind] with a great reward “ according to this verse since Ali was the Mujahid (the one who fights) he is preferred over Abu Bakr and Omar who remained behind.
Abu Hanifa replied: Any better reason than the issue that Abu Bakr and Omar are buried next to the holy prophet’s grave, while Ali’s grave is in Iraq?
Fadhl replied: I’ve told him the same, but he replied to me that they have been buried without holy prophet’s permission because in Quran God says that: “O’ believers do not enter the houses of the Prophet except when you are permitted” (33:53) and we know the holy prophet is buried in his house and Abu Bakr and Omar are buried in his house too, but without his permission and they usurped the place of their grave.
Abu Hanifa who was now annoyed thought a bit and then replied: tell your stupid brother that they’ve not been buried without permission, since Aisha and Hafsa, the daughters of those two great people and the wives of holy prophet were owed their Mahr (dowry) by holy prophet and therefore they buried their fathers as their expected dowry.
Fadhl replied: I’ve already said this, and my brother replied from Quran that: “O Prophet, indeed We have made lawful to you your wives to whom you have given their dowries” (33:50) according to this verse, the holy prophet had paid the dowry of his wives to them and when he passed away, he was not owing any of his wives.
Abu Hanifa replied: Tell your brother, although his wives were not owed their dowries, they had a right in the holy prophet’s inheritance, so what was left from him after his demise was his house and according to jurisprudence, they had right to inherit from that house, and since Aisha and Hafsa were his heritor, they buried their fathers using their heritage from that house. So there was no usurping in between.
Fadl replied: Yes I also said this, but he replied: You sunnis say “Prophets are not inherited” and you quote from the holy prophet that: “we prophets are not inherited and anything remains from us is sadaqah (charity)” so according to yourselves, Aisha and Hafsa cannot inherit. For the same reason you banned Lady Fatimah from her Fadak land and said prophets are not inherited, Aisha and Hafsa also have no right in the inheritance. A daughter has no right to inherit, but his wives have this right?!  Plus assuming they had the right to inherit, the rule is that if the dead person has a child, the quota of his wives is one eighth, here the holy prophet had only one room, which if we divide it in to eight parts, one part of that is for all his wives who were 9 in number. So the quota of Aisha and Hafsa is less than a foot! So how could Abu Bakr and Omar fit in a few centimeter space?!
Abu Hanifa got angry and shouted: kick this man out, he is a Shia and has no shia brother!!!

Abu Hanifa got angry and shouted: kick this man out, he is a Shia and has no shia brother!!!

imaan=faith got a reaction from AbdusSibtayn in A Debate With Abuhanifa
In debates, source is not an issue, the reasons they've used is important which is from Quran, but still here I mention some sources:
    1.Ihtijaj- sheikh Tabrasi, vol.2, page 149
2.Al-fosoul al mukhtarah- sharif Murtaza, page 74
    3.Kanzul fawaed, page 135
The reason he mentioned from his brother's side, it's a common way of starting a debate indirectly, but still in fiqh we call it Tawriah, you mean yourself as your brother or your logic can be your brother!
