I remember watching an Iranian film called Sandstorm, Original title: Toofan-e shen, 1997, 2h 10m. Wish I could watch it again. I have a sneaking suspicion that new movies called Sandstorm are designed to get people to watch those instead, and they are not the same at all. Sandstorm was a religious and political thriller, a miracle event in our lifetime.

If you know someone who acts like he doesn't love Allah, will Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى) love that person?

Allah always loves his creatures although " someone who acts like he doesn't love Allah" it means that they have forgotten Allah & judgment day so therefore Allah has forgotten them ie Allah has not ignorance but he will leave this person on his own without having mercy on him in judgment day.

Sahifa Sajjadia 34 When he was afflicted or saw someone afflicted with the Disgrace of Sin
ددُعَاؤُهُ إِذَا ابْتُلِيَ أَوْ رَأَى مُبْتَلًى بِفَضِيحَةٍ بِذَنْبٍ -
Honestly, Some people do not have any idea, how much He (عزّ وجلّ) loves his creation because they might have seen less good people. Some might act like they don't care Allah (عزّ وجلّ) because people have taken away what he deemed was his but he blames Allah (عزّ وجلّ) for that although Allah (عزّ وجلّ) would grant him much more than that if he be patient. In every case, there is a hope for the person to turn to Allah (عزّ وجلّ), if he finds someone who inspires him not to let his hope in Allah (عزّ وجلّ) diminish.

The Holy Qur'an 57:22-23 teaches us not to be in despair over not getting what we want, and also not to be overjoyed at what Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى) has given us. We should continue to be moderate in our behavior, and accept what we get and be satisfied with it.
