Salam. Olive Garden and most restaurants have vegetarian options. Before you go to the restaurant, search their website and look at their menu for options you can eat. Some restaurants have a symbol for vegetarian next to every vegetarian item on their menu. If nothing else, they will offer salads and you can order side dishes (green beans, french fries, etc.) that have no meat. I have relatives that will order a specific meal and say "No chicken" or "No meat" and the kitchen will make that meal without the meat.
