Rohani got a reaction from AmirioTheMuzzy in Jizya
If the muslims go fight all the wars to protect their subjects and the non Muslims do not need to. And both sides pay taxes not jizya and Islamic taxes for Muslims no just jizya as a government needs money to protect its subjects don't u think it is a good thing to have a tax. A personally think alot of people need to think in a wider lense that things have wider benefits and security for the community when people come attacking things in Islam it is because they loom at limited individual benefits and try to find some individual harm this is very faulty as with laws made for a community one should first look for the purpose the the community.

Rohani reacted to Zaidism in What is the difference between a married man doing Mutah and adultery?
The contractual bond, however, it is important to note that not everything which is Halal is okay to do, in the end you can enter a Halal avenue and fall into problematic areas.

You consider it outside pure unless your have knowledge of wet contact with the najis and then transfer to the outside of the phone.

Rohani got a reaction from Ashvazdanghe in Najasat
Hand sanatizer is not najis according to sayyid sistani unless you know there is a najasat in it.

Rohani got a reaction from notme in If sperm is najis are we made from najasa?
The question we should ponder on is how najis is our hearts? If even a dog has a purer heart than us we are in trouble! We better start cleaning before we leave the room and the door is locked.

Rohani got a reaction from 3wliya_maryam in Azhar was not Prophet Ibrahim's(as) father?
He was not his father. The word used for him abati is metaphorical. Walid is a biological father. Abati can be used metaphorically.

Rohani got a reaction from AmirioTheMuzzy in Is any crime deserving of eternal (infinite/ everlasting) hellfire?
Wa alaykom salaam if a person causes another to be deprived of paradise they deny them infinite reward. What shall be the accoutability for someone who has taking infinity from someone ?

Rohani got a reaction from Hameedeh in Waswas during prayer and wudhu
Wa alaykom salaam
Ultimately seek refuge in Allah
Ignore the thoughts and try to redirect them, dont feed into them. If your having excessive doubts you must ignore them as listening to the doubts is worshipping shaytan. Also intention is a feeling and dose not need to be spoken in the mind it can be. So as long as you decided to do wudho or prayer in a clean intention your safe just ignore the waswas after it. And if there is a real corruption of your intention oppose it. Some times maybe there will be waswas on the deed after you intended right soif so and your on excessive doubts then ignore them. Also after wudho is finished u can use the rule of Faragh and assume it was correct and tajawoz in prayer after each part if you doubt. Remeber if u feed those doubts and give up or loss your mind following them you have lost!

Insha Allah yes to defeat them. Insha Allah they will vanish soon from you and remember to implore Allah for help whole your practising ignoring them.

Rohani got a reaction from ShiaofAli12 in Extreme Doubts in Salah
Salaam alaykom
So certian rules may help you
Tajawoz when one doubts after they enterd another part if they did the previous part. They are to ignore the doubt.
Second if your shaks al kather (excessive doubter) just ignore the doubt. By following the excessive doubt one is worshipping shaytan. So reform by ignoring it in the pleasure of Allah.
If your not excessive doubts you can still use tajawoz rule and but also apply the rules for doubt mentioned In fiqh books for normal random doubts. Such as dou ting between 3rd and 4th rakaat

Rohani got a reaction from OrthodoxTruth in Circumcision Needed for Tawaf?
No, it does not mean that for Islamic rulings Qur'an and hadith are two of the major sources that can say if something is mandatory or not. This is also proven from Qur'an by the directions toward following the commands through the Prophet and ulul amr minkum (ie maktabi Ahlul Bayt)

Rohani got a reaction from OrthodoxTruth in I am leaving Shiaism
you have to realize your not the measure of theological perspectives nor tafseer of those hadith and verses, return to Ahlul bayt to find the answers to those questions, study al kafi for example.
Casting doubts becaouse you seen some followers and making big claim of many years of study in hawza or to interpret the religion and reject from what you think while knowing ahlul bayt are correct is a big fallacy. How can you believe in something yet reject that thing becaouse of what it says.
If its becaouse you think it lacks tawheed then return to those teachings on tawheed, I tell you that tawheed is beuatiful in shiaism. If it's some minor issues and you can believe that the imams are really appointed by Allah then why reject the whole thing due to some other issues ? Perhaps in time you understand things in more enhanced ways, after all what shall be sought is following the Ahlul bayt becaouse they are the proof of God to us and teach us correct religion. Some answers may take time to find the reality of them. But I dont know what specific problem you have weather it's a real issue that has a real solution or just your thoughts on people

Rohani got a reaction from AmirioTheMuzzy in Is it haram to research Sihr.
The Prophet sulayman (عليه السلام) and Prophet musa (عليه السلام) did not practise magic. They came with miracles from Allah. And some evil ones placed books of magic under sulayman throne to cause people to think he practised magic after him.

Rohani got a reaction from AmirioTheMuzzy in Dogs sniffing luggage (USA)
If you know for sure wetness has transferd from its nose or saliva or anything else that is part of it. Then you must wash it later to make it pure again. Just that area though. Otherwise if you don’t know then it is treated as pure

Rohani got a reaction from Muslim2010 in A Website claims Shias are linked to Jews!!!
What is said is The story about Abdullah ibn Saba is fabricated by sayf ibn Umar. Therefore in this view we can say it is possible that Abdullah ibn Saba didnt even exist or atleast the report and story is false . If we say he did exist (although the entire story of sayf ibn Umar is thrown out already) we can say he was very insignificant and to hold such sway is very impossible for some insignificant person who is hardly even known or mentioned
-
Rohani got a reaction from Ashvazdanghe in Why is autopsy haram?
The body of a believer has a sanctity. So some maraja will allow it under certain circumstances like if the autopsy was going to save another persons life (such as an essential criminal investigation).
