  1. I never dream except in rare occasions. My wife though, has 2-3 dreams a night! Never discussed or thought about controlling though. I will ask her when I see her. I had much joy reading this thread, greatly do to some of your funny dreams :P , but I have to ask: What proof do you have that regular dreaming is of any significance outside of personal psychological reflection? I am sincerely curious. Prophet Yusuf was able to interpret dreams, but I have not heard much discussion of what is a legitimate dream or if all dreams are legitimate for interpretation... etc
  2. I am a new follower of Ahlul Bait, I have heard a few lectures on Intercession and so forth. What do people mean when they say that? Madaad in Arabic is increase. So are they asking Ali to increase on them?
  3. Brother, I love a good laugh like the next guy, but I was only trying to keep away from you the sins which may fall on you by others watching this video. This video is not funny.
  4. You are misreading my post. I did no such thing. Also if you read my post again, both Al Mizan and Al Kashif say that Dabbah could be human or not.
  5. We are from God, and to God we will go back. ÅäÇ ááå æ ÃäÇ Åáíå ÑÇÌÚæä
  6. Hahaha thank you Brother for clarifying that. I put (Camel) because I remember reading that somewhere. I just looked at tafseer al Mizan and Al Kashif. The Dabbah could be Human or Animal! There is one hadith saying it is the Imam Ali, but it is a weak hadith so the Scholars drop it. Refer to Al Namel 82, that is where the Aya is. So the Camel is out the window! Hahaha :)
  7. As for Greek, this is a translation of Aramaic, which is the original, and Aramaic is a dead language. Meaning Christians today don't speak Aramaic generally, nor do they read the original texts in their original languages. I am sure you can see how this can be a barrier. As for Moses: "The next question is what script Moses would have used to write. It is true that he did not use the square script used today or in the first century CE. At the time of Moses a more pictographic script (similar to Egyptian Hieroglyphics) was used. You can see some examples of this "early Semitic/Hebrew" script on our site." Link = http://www.ancient-hebrew.org/1_faqs.html#abraham1 Jews are somewhat better off than Christians as far as Language to Scripture goes. But non of them are holding the tongue of their prophet, or messiah. Does this discredit those religions? not entirely. This is just an major advantage which Islam has :) Brother this video is Haram to watch. Moses is a prophet of God.
  8. Subhan Allah, do you not like to be blessed sister? Wðhat you are doing is worse backbiting! (Blackbiting "Namima" is talking about someone behind their back. ) You are lying about the others! God called it "Buhtan" and a great sin! http://www.aleppos.net/forum/archive/index.php/t-40326.html {Ýóãóä ÈóÏøóáóåõ ÈóÚúÏó ãóÇ ÓóãöÚóåõ ÝóÅöäøóãóÇ ÅöËúãõåõ Úóáóì ÇáøóÐöíäó íõÈóÏøöáõæäóåõ Åöäøó Çááøåó ÓóãöíÚñ Úóáöíãñ }ÇáÈÞÑÉ181 {íóÇ ÃóíøõåóÇ ÇáøóÐöíäó ÂãóäõæÇ ÅöÐóÇ ÊóäóÇÌóíúÊõãú ÝóáóÇ ÊóÊóäóÇÌóæúÇ ÈöÇáúÅöËúãö æóÇáúÚõÏúæóÇäö æóãóÚúÕöíóÊö ÇáÑøóÓõæáö æóÊóäóÇÌóæúÇ ÈöÇáúÈöÑøö æóÇáÊøóÞúæóì æóÇÊøóÞõæÇ Çááøóåó ÇáøóÐöí Åöáóíúåö ÊõÍúÔóÑõæäó }ÇáãÌÇÏáÉ9 = (íÇ ÃíåÇ ÇáÐíä ÕÏøóÞæÇ Çááå æÑÓæáå æÚãáæÇ ÈÔÑÚå, ÅÐÇ ÊÍÏËÊã ÝíãÇ Èíäßã ÓÑðÇ¡ ÝáÇ ÊÊÍÏËæÇ ÈãÇ Ýíå ÅËã ãä ÇáÞæá¡ Ãæ ÈãÇ åæ ÚÏæÇä Úáì ÛíÑßã, Ãæ ãÎÇáÝÉ áÃãÑ ÇáÑÓæá¡ æÊÍÏËæÇ ÈãÇ Ýíå ÎíÑ æØÇÚå æÅÍÓÇä¡ æÎÇÝæÇ Çááå ÈÇãÊËÇáßã ÃæÇãÑå æÇÌÊäÇÈßã äæÇåíå¡ ÝÅáíå æÍÏå ãÑÌÚßã ÈÌãíÚ ÃÚãÇáßã æÃÞæÇáßã ÇáÊí ÃÍÕÇåÇ Úáíßã, æÓíÌÇÒíßã ÈåÇ.)
  9. You have made a deduction, you have a right to do that, but I have not personally heard a valid source mention that specific reason for forbidding swine. Where did you hear the prophet or Ahlul Bait claim that was the reason for forbidding swine? Being that swine eats meat, for example, makes it forbidden to eat. The DNA match reinforces the idea, but in itself, God only knows if it is a reason to forbid swine. Al Salam
  10. Christians believe it is allowed to eat Pork. They are not breaking God's orders when they eat pork (in their thought). If he is an honest person with God, and a true believer, then he is committing something Good by eating Pork. There is no problem in any action, even killing can be a Good action. It all matters on the intention and the solidarity of belief. I respect a believing christian that eats pork, because he is a believer! We should be understanding enough to know that he wants to PLEASE God, not anger him. Our duty is to preach with wisdom, this means tackling the root of the problem. Eating Pork is a leaf in a branch.
  11. You need to be careful sister. Nowhere in our holy prophet's life (pbuh) did he ever mention that the order of the Quran should be the order in which it came down in. The Prophet (pbuh) used to take every newly revealed aya and tell the people of where it should be placed. This current Quran is the TRUE order of the Quran. Al Salam
  12. I am not an authoritative power, but I have come to a deduction. Since the language of the original Injeel and Torah are dead, this is similar to saying the people are dead. Just as Allah finished all the oppressive peoples (like Noah, Lot, Aad, Thamod...etc) he finished all the people & the language of the True Torah and Injeel because they deviated. If they did not deviate, then there would be no reason to end their culture. Allah is the All Knowing, may he clear up this matter for us all. Al Salam
  13. No this is not the dajjal. I thought the animal (Al Dabbah) is a messenger of God? Does not the Aya say (loosely): we will bring an animal (camel) talking to them from the earth that the people were lying about our signs?
  14. I love this software! I have had it for a few months now, and it is amazing Mashallah! I would also like to know where I can pay for this? I looked for the makers, maybe a site in the software itself, but it does not mention. I think I have an older version. If you know where I can buy this software please share with us! Al Salam
