  1. Salaam, I hope and pray everyone is well Insha Allah. Lately my thoughts have been centred around defining myself and explaining what is left of myself after I die. I wish to gain a better understanding of who I am. Death is a very important part of that because it is true separator of what we think to be ourselves and who we truly are. A human being is define as three, mind, body and soul. We know we are not the body because simply it is but something that fades away. We know that we are soul because that is what will last longest. But what of the mind. The mind a baffling entity. It conjures up so many options at your disposal for whatever task. But is the mind really us? Recently I watched a lecture on 'The end of negative suffering' by Br. Khalil Jaffer in regards to this topic and he says that we not the mind but the being behind the thinker within us. So my question is that besides the body will the mind also die when we leave this world?
  2. I would think 4 tb drives would be out faster than that. I think a 2 tb drive is already out so we'll see what happens. It would be better if the 4 tb drive was an ssd rather than the normal mechanical drive.
  3. Thanks for the advice, it has helped.
  4. Salaam, I need some advice. I do not wish to go into too many details but would generally like to know if it's alright to speak to more than one person at a time in regards to marriage. It's something I've thinking about for sometime. I've talked to some people individually over a long period of time about marriage that never resulted in anything. What are your thoughts in regard to this?
