  1. If someone believes that Imam Ali (عليه السلام) were not a true follower of the prophet Muhammad (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) then he might have understanding that Shia of Ali are not the Shia of the prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم). For us Imam Ali (عليه السلام) is the Soul / Nafs of the prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) so we are Shia of the prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) and his pure progeny ie 12 Imams, by following Imam Ali (عليه السلام) and imams after him.
  2. Is it not your claim that sunni forms 80 % (or more ) of ummah and 20 % are shia?
  3. Who is this scholar and what is the authenticity of his opinion?
  4. Miracles and the Principle of Causality: Christian and Shi’a Perspectives Abstract The issue of miracles has always been a controversial one, both in theology, philosophy, and science. Most of the philosophers' and scientists' objections against miracles are founded on their claim of miracles being contrary to nature or breaking the laws of nature and the principle of causality. In this paper, I will briefly mention these objections and quote responses and explanations from both the Christian and Shi'a perspectives, and I will conclude that miracles are not against the principle of causality. Introduction In proving the necessity of religion, it is established that reason and experience do not suffice human beings in achieving happiness in this world and in the Hereafter. Therefore, revelation is needed. However, how can the reliability of the claim of a Prophet be proven? The Prophet must prove his claim by showing his link to God, and this is where the importance of miracles and their theological value becomes clear. Based on this from an Islamic perspective, a miracle can be defined as "An act contrary to the (normal) course of nature, depending upon the power of God. It has two characteristics: a) it cannot be taught and learnt, and b) it cannot be overpowered by another factor."1 In the case of Prophets, a miracle is accompanied by a claim of prophethood.2 According to Islam, the Qur'an is the most important and eternal miracle of the Prophet Muhammad, and the main proof on which the truthfulness of his claim of Prophethood is based. Miracles and the Principle of Causality: Christian and Shi’a Perspectives | Miracles and the Principle of Causality: Christian and Shi’a Perspectives | Al-Islam.org A nice article about the subject of miracles, the following conclusion can be drawn from it: Conclusion For both Christian and Shi'a theologians, there is no contradiction between miracles and the principle of causality. The perspectives are summed up as follows: God is the Creator of the Universe whohas set up the rules and manages the Universe. This is the pure monotheism in which we believe. Based on some of these rules, phenomena may sometimes be caused by factors - either natural or supernatural - that our experience cannot explain. Through miracles, which are accompanied by the decisive will of God and cannot be overpowered, God reminds us of His absolute power. Shi'a scholars emphasize that miracles also show His support to the Prophets for people to trust their claim of Prophethood. He therefore accomplishes His promise and duty to provide us with guidance towards eternal happiness. The majority of the scholars of both religions state that the efforts of some people to explain miracles in a way to make them fit the principles of modern sciences are unacceptable. Interestingly, both Augustine and Allamah Tabatabai suggest that miracles may be the effects of speeded up natural processes, and this can be a subject of further study in the field of comparative theology.
  5. 1- I do think your supposition is incorrect. 2- The following link is useful to get your doubts cleared about any such supposition: wasalam
  6. The mater about this verse can also be seen at the given link (also discussed in another thread) : From thread whose link is given above: "Thus it is well proven that Blessings are sent to the prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) and his progeny and they are follower of the right course (ٱلْمُهْتَدُونَ) and they are to be followed. Thus the verses and discussion (mentioned in OP & above posts) is considered as the proof of well defined hadith Thaqlyn of prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) for following the Quran and Ahl albayt (عليه السلام)".
  7. The Meaning of Salawat P1: Salawat is the plural form of Salat which simply means ‘to call` (Du`a). The reality of calling is that the person who calls tries to attract the attention of the one who is called upon. This type of attracting attention, if it comes from a higher source it is called Rahmat (blessing) and if it comes from a lower it is called Du`a (pray). P2: It is an established fact in Islamic Irfan that the existence of Prophet Muhammad ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم).w) is the first existent came from Allah. In other words, his existence is on the peak of the cone of the creation. That means the blessing of existence which contains all other blessings comes to the prophet first and then goes to others. The prayer of people to Allah does not reach Him unless through His Messenger, as the blessings of Allah does not reach His creatures unless through His Messenger. Therefore, the Salawat of Allah to the Prophet since it comes from Allah the Omnipotent, He is sending the constant blessings to His Messenger and hence, the Prophet becomes ‘Rahmatun-lelalamin` (blessing for the universe). As, the Salawat of people to the Prophet is to pray to God to send His blessings to them through the Prophet who is Rahmatun-Lelalamin. Salawat of the Angels: As the Imam ((عليه السلام).) stated in the above Hadith, the Salawat of the angels is ‘Tazkeiah`. Tazkeiah means to exonerate and immaculate. What does it mean? Each one of the angels is the resemblance of one of the beautiful attributes of God. No angel can ever resemble all Divine beautiful attributes. Whereas, the Prophet, being the most perfect man, held all of the Divine beautiful attributes. This is why his statue is higher than the angels. To this end, the angels are constantly exonerating and immaculating the Prophet in the sense that he is free from their efficiency. This is the meaning of prostration of the angels before Adam. That means the angels are the servants of the Prophet and his Ahlul-Bait. The Virtues of Salawat 1. The most valuable deeds in your Scale 2. An atonement for the sins “Whoever, can not make an atonement for his sins, then he should repeatedly send Salawat on the Prophet and his Ahlul-Bait, for it destroys the sins thoroughly.” 3. A key to the grant of supplication There are many Hadiths stating that in order to have your supplication granted start your supplication with Salawat and end it with Salawat. Because, Salawat is an absolutely granted supplication and Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى) is more merciful than to accept the beginning of your supplication and the end of it , but does not grant the one in the middle. 4. Remembering the Prophet is equal to remembering Allah “Whoever remembers God will receive 10 rewards, and whoever remembers the Prophet will receive 10 rewards, for Allah has joined His Messenger to Himself.” According to a Hadith from Imam Ridha’ ((عليه السلام).) Salawat is equal to Tasbih, Tahlil and Takbir. 5. The best Word (Dhikr) in the Holy Mosque Someone came to Imam Sadiq ((عليه السلام).) and said to him that he visited the Holy Mosque in Mecca. During his rituals he could not remember any other supplication except Salawat. The Imam replied you had remembered the best supplication. 6. Salawat, a treatment to amnesia It is practically proven that Salawat will treat the forgetfulness. 7. Daily Prayers is invalid without Salawat All of the Maraje` agree that Salawat in Tashahod is compulsory and on the condition it is not mentioned intentionally then the Prayers is invalid. Also, Shafe` and Hanbali hold the same opinion for the second Tashahod. Salawat in the universe The entire universe is asking for blessings for the Prophet. ‘Allah and His Angels are sending blessings to the Prophet`. This is why the Prophet is ‘the blessings for the universe`. Following this natural process the believers are recommended to send the blessings onto the Prophet. As a matter of fact, all of the Islamic rules are harmonious with the natural laws. That`s why Islam is called the religion of nature (Fetrat). The universe is constantly asking the blessings for the ‘blessing of the world` and therefore the believers are also recommended to follow this natural law. https://www.al-islam.org/articles/meaning-salawaat-mansour-leghaei The following link may also be seen for further information on this matter: https://duas.org/salwaat.htm wasalam
  8. 12. Khutba Al bayan - Sermon of Imam Ali (عليه السلام) Part 1: Hazrat Abdullah ibn Mas'ud (he is not a well-known companion but only a narrator) said: "When 'Ali ascended to the Caliphate, he came to Basra and sat on the pulpit of the Jama Masjid in the city and gave such a sermon that the minds of the people became faint and their bodies trembled. began to rise. Ibn Mas'ud says that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) had secretly revealed to 'Ali the secret between him and the Lord of the Worlds. That is why the light that was in the face of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) was transferred to the face of Ali ibn Abi Talib. The disease in which the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) died. In this, he also bequeathed to Amir al-Mu'minin ((عليه السلام).) and made a will to recite khutbat-ul-bayan as a sermon in front of the people. In which there is knowledge of the whole past and the future until the Day of Resurrection. Then Ali was patient with the atrocities of the Ummah after the death of the Prophet and stayed on it. Even the scale of his life was shattered and the stage came to follow the will of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) in connection with this sermon. So Amir al-Mu'minin got up and went to the pulpit. This was the last sermon of your life. He first praised Allah, then mentioned the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) and then said, "O people! I and my Habib Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) are like this :Had it not been for a verse in the Book of God, I would have told you what is in the heavens and the earth and what is at the bottom of it. Therefore, none of his things are hidden from me, and none of his words are hidden from me, and (remember) that it has not been revealed to me. Rather, this is the knowledge that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) taught me. He has secretly told me a thousand problems and in every problem there are a thousand chapters and in each chapter there are a thousand types. So ask me before you lose me. Ask me besides the throne, I will tell you. And had it not been for the fear that your speaker would say that 'Ali ibn Abi Talib is a magician, as it was said about my son Umm, he would have revealed the secrets of your dreams and the secrets of the treasures. And I tell you what is in the bottom of the earth. And this is your sermon which you said and its name is Khatbat al-Bayan. First of all, he mentioned in detail the attributes of The Lord of Knowledge. Then he mentioned the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) in a very comprehensive and blessed manner, and then said: "O people, the pattern that was there is going away and death has become a researcher and fear and pity has increased." And the coach's time is approaching and there is nothing left but a short break from my age, so ask me before you lose me. After this, you have described 100 of your important virtues with Anna (I). They are not being mentioned because they are not directly connected to our subject. Moreover, some sentences are interpretable and some are interpretable, which has no scope here at all. In one hundred and one (101) virtue, he said, "I am the father of the Mahdi who will stay in the last days." On hearing this, Malik Ashtar stood up and said, "O Amir al-Mu'minin! When will it stay in your children? He replied: "When falsehood and falsehood are paramount, and when truth and truth are lost, and when what is to come, and when the backs are heavy, and things come close to one another, and when expression is forbidden."And the nose of the master shall be rubbed, and when the one who steps forward, and when the one who is killed is destroyed, and when the rivers are dry, and when the tribes become rebellious, and when the hardships increase, and when the age is reduced, and the number (of the temptations) is terrorized, and the desires are frightening, and when the wolves are gathered together, and when the waves come together. And when the one who performs Hajj becomes weak and weak, and when the enemies are in line against one another, and when there is a difference of opinion between the People of Arabia, and the demand becomes intense, and those who are afraid retreat, and when loans are asked and tears flow from their eyes, and the less intelligent is deceived and the happy one perishes. And when those who rebel rebel and those who are obeyed become weak, and the ray becomes dark, and the hearing becomes deaf, and chastity departs, and when justice and justice become a sign, and when satan is imposed, and when sins become great, and women reign, and when severe and difficult accidents occur, and when poisoning begins. And when the one who jumps into the crowd, and the desires become different, and the calls become old, and the doubts continue, and the claims continue, and the transgressor exceeds his limits, and the one who is angry becomes angry, and when the war is swift, and the one who believes in the religion becomes a sharp tongue, and the wilderness is covered with dust. The rulers start crying out and the persecutor should throw arrows of torture and the one who pours mud pours mud, and the earth will be struck by an earthquake and the duty (God) is suspended and the trust is lost and treachery is revealed and the protector (powers) become afraid. Let anger and anger become intense, and death scares the people, and they stand up, and the (true) friends sit down, and the rich people may perish, and the people of the society may turn away from the truth, and the matters become obscure, and laziness and impropriety should become common, and perfection should be prevented, and the wicked and the wicked should try to dominate each other in the draw. A successful man should be stopped and a good person should be prevented from reaching the people, and when the one who eats a lot of food shows speed, and when the impatient and timid man bends his head and the timid starts running too fast, and when the darkness begins to fall apart, and when the bad-tempered man distorts his face and the night-fearing man is stopped, and the wise man is brought close to the cow. The calves started running slowly (young children start interfering in important matters) and that thing (these things can also be burq and dangerous weapons that are dropped from the ship or come from the air) fall from the top, which is surprising, and light up the afiq (afiq is a valley in Jordan) and remove the remover and the seeker should search and the attempter should try. And let the one who grieves and the one who grieves becomes angry, and when the one who is angry starts bleeding, and the one who is angry sends a message, and the one who increases it, and those who are scattered may be more scattered, and those who grieve, and the one who grieves is caught up in sorrow, and the one who breaks down is broken, and the one who is angry is displeased and repentant. Find a small part and try and try and swear that Najam Saqib (some people have taken it to be the star Saturn) and the Qur'an should be adorned and the dir (some researchers have read it dabran is the fourth floor of the moon's twenty-eight floors) should become red. And while the conditions are in Tasdis (these are astrological terms, conditions are two stars of Aries and Tasdis is the first of the moon's destinations) and Zahrakan (the poison is the moon) is in the state of Tarbeya and Saturn will be in the state of Suham (Saturn). To understand these terms of astrology, turn to books of this knowledge. Be in the box and they are every That which returns to another thing disappears, and the plains between Basra and Makkah shall be stopped, and the destinies shall be established, and ten (signs) shall be complete, and the scattered people shall be gathered together from different places, and shall appear (these are turks, who are descendants of Kantora). Let those who fall into ourselves and prevail over them, those who are exalted and declare free women to be worthy, and become masters of the islands, and invent hayla and makroo, and spoil Khurasan, and turn the housemates back from the house, and destroy the forts, and reveal the hidden things, and cut off the branches, and conquer Iraq, and enmity. Be quick to do because of the blood that has been shed (it is worth noting here that the United States attacked Afghanistan at a very fast pace after the 9/11 attacks). So wait for sahib-uz-zaman's departure at this time. Then you went to the highest tower of the pulpit. Then he said, "There is a sigh in the mouth of the lips for saying this and for the puffiness of the teeth." Then there's ah. The narrator narrates that he looked to the right and left, and he saw the Arabs and their chiefs and the nobles of Kufa and the elder tribes who were sitting in front of you. He looked at them , and they were suffocated as if birds were sitting on their heads . Then you took a cold breath and gave a sad scream and expressed sadness and remained silent for a while. In the meantime, Sweeda bin Nufal, who was among the chieftains of Khawarij. He stood up like a ridiculer and said, "O Amir al-Mu'minin, are you present before the things you have mentioned, and do you know what you have reported?" The narrator says that the Imam turned to him and looked at him with anger, on which Suwaid ibn Nufal gave a loud scream because of the punishment that had been sent down on him and died at the same time and the people picked him up and took him out of the mosque in such a condition that his body was broken into pieces. Then he said, "Do those who insult or insult a person like me object?" Is it worthy of a man like me to state what he does not know and claim what he does not have the right to? By Allah, those who do falsehood will perish, and I swear by God that if I will, I will not leave alive the disbelievers of God on earth, the hypocrites of the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) and the hypocrites of the Messenger of Allaah. You don't know. On this occasion, Sa'sa ibn Sohan, Maitham, Ibrahim ibn Malik Ashtar and Amr bin Salih stood up and said, "Tell us what is going to happen at the end of amir al-mu'minin's time." Because your statement is the cause of the life of our hearts and the cause of increasing our faith, he said, "I will surely fulfill your happiness." The narrator narrates that then he stood up and delivered a sermon in which the glory of Paradise and the fire of hell were revealed. Then he said, "O people, I heard from my brother, the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), that he said: "There will be a hundred (100) characteristics in my ummah, which have not been gathered in any other nation." Let us explain to us what is going to happen in the length and breadth of time in such a way that both the ignorant and the ignorant.Take it. The narrator narrates that he narrated the praise of Allah and then mentioned the Messenger of Allah and said, "Whatever will happen after my death and what will happen until the departure of Sahib-ul-Zaman, who stayed with my son Husayn, so that you may be aware of the truth of this statement." They asked, "Amir al-Mu'minin! When will it happen? He said, "When death occurs in the fiqh and the Ummah of Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) wastes the prayers and people follow their desires." And when the trusts are lost and the treachery increases and people start drinking different types of intoxicating drinks (qahuat) and abusing the parents, and due to disputes, prayers are lifted from the mosques and there are food seats. When the evils increase and the good decreases, and the heavens begin to be squeezed, the year will be like months, months like weeks, weeks as a day and days as an hour. It will rain without weather at that time. And the son shall keep in his heart the heart of his parents, and the faces of the people of that time shall be beautiful, and the conscience shall be dead. Whoever sees them will love them, and whoever deals with them will wrong him; their faces will be of men and of devils. They will be bitterer than patience, more smelly than the dead, more impure than a dog, smarter than a fox, more cunning than a fox, and more clingy to the evils that they will commit, and if you talk to them, they will lie to you. If you make them trustworthy, they will betray them, and if you turn away from them, they will hide behind your backs, and if you have wealth, they will be jealous. If you hate them, they will be hostile, and if you praise them, they will abuse you. They will be accustomed to hearing lies and eating haraam. They will use adultery, alcohol, instruments and instruments as legitimate. The faqih will be humiliated and despised in their eyes, and the believer will be weak and low, and the world will be low for them and the hypocrite will be exalted to them, and the wrongdoer will be honorable to them, and the weak man will be worthy of death, and the one with power will be their master. And they will not disbelieve in the dead and the unbelievers. According to them, wealth and trust will be booty and zakat will be a fine. The man will obey his wife and disobey his parents and try to kill his brother. The voices of the hypocrites will be raised and people will love rioting, singing and fornication. People will do business with haraam and interest. And the scholars will be reprimanded. There will be a lot of bloodshed among themselves. Their judges will accept bribes and the woman will marry a woman and be willing to do the same way as she is willing for her husband. And everywhere there will be a rule of boys, and the youth will make singing and drinking lawful, and men will rule over men, women will rule over women, and women will ride on zens. At that time, the woman will be imposed on her husband in everything and people will go for Hajj with three intentions. For the rich, the middle class for commerce and the poor for begging, and the rulings (shari'ah) will be invalidated and suspended, and Islam will be degraded and the rule of the wicked will appear and oppression will be embedded in every part of the world. At that time the trader will lie in his trade and the goldsmith in his work and every profession will lie in his profession. Profits will be reduced at this time. Desires will be in vain. There will be differences in ideologies and corruption will increase and goodness will decrease. At that time people's consciences will be black. The people will be ruled by a cruel and oppressive king. Their conversations will be bitter and their hearts will smell more than the dead. So when this happens, the scholarsthey will stop. Hearts will become irregular. Sins will be abundant. The Quran will become obsolete and mosques will be damaged. Aspirations will be long and deeds will be short, and walls should be built for the great accidents that come down in the cities (it is not far-fetched that these walls mean radar systems). Because today in the era of air and heavenly attacks, the utility of the walls of the past or city shelters is zero). At that time, if any of them prays day and night, nothing will be written in the Book of Deeds, nor will his prayer be accepted. Because he will be standing in prayer and thinking in his heart how to oppress people and how to deceive Muslims. Their diet will be of fat birds and tihua varieties, and their clothing will be of harir and silk. They will consider interest and money to be lawful. They will contradict the true testimonies, they will act in their deeds. Their ages will be shorter and the chaghuls will benefit from them. They will make halal haraam. Their actions will be based on disbelievers and will be different. They will teach each other the lesson of falsehood and will not forsake evil deeds; their good people will be afraid of their evil deeds. People will dishonor each other in their deeds other than the mention of God. Instead of helping each other, they will turn away, if they see a righteous person, they will return it, and if they see a sinner, they will welcome him. They will honor him who does evil to them. There will be plenty of non-lawful brothers, and fathers will be happy to see the deeds of their children, neither forbid them nor forbid them. A man will see his wife in a state of misery, neither forbid her nor withhold her, but will spend the wealth she has received, until if the woman goes around in the length and breadth, he will not harm her. And if people say anything about this woman, they will not listen, then this is the God whose words and excuses will not be accepted. His food and marriage are forbidden, and it is obligatory in The Law of Islam to kill him and humiliate him among the people, and on the Day of Resurrection he will be thrown into Hell. The people of that time will abuse their parents openly. And the elders of the nation will be humiliated, and the people will be exalted, and the unconsciousness and nervousness will increase. Brotherhood will become rare. Halal money will be reduced. People will go back to the worst. At that time, the reign of the devils will be visited and the sultans will jump on the weak man and the people in the same way that the leopard jumps on its prey. The rich will waste their wealth and the poor will sell their hereafter in exchange for the world. Woe to the poor that the time will make him suffer from loss and humiliation, he will be weak and despised in his family. And these poor people will desire things which are not lawful, so when this happens, they will be subjected to such temptations that they will not have the power to compete with them. Be aware that the beginning of fitnah is hijri and ruqti ("Hijr" is a suburb of Bahrain. Hijri will be a resident there and Ruqti refers to a person who has bursa disease or any disease in which there are scars on the skin) and its end is Sufyani and Shami÷ and you are divided into seven classes. Therefore, the first class is of those who live strictly (according to the second version, the first class is the promotion of piety) and this is until the year 70 AH. And the second class belongs to those who are merciful and merciful until the year 230 AH. And the third class is of those who turn away and cut off contacts, this is until 550 AH. And the fourth class is of sig natures and hasids until the year 700 AH. And the five classes belong to the arrogant and the slanderers until the year 820 AH. And the sixth class is of corruption and murder, and of those who make peace with the enemies, and the appearance of the khains. This is until the year 940, and the seventh class is the hell. Thus, the deceivers, the war-mongers, the hypocrites, the deceivers, the hypocrites, the fugitives, and those who are hostile to each other. This class is of those who build grand houses for blood and blood, the fans of food forbidden, those arrested in difficult matters, the lusters, the destruction of cities and houses, and the destruction of buildings and palaces. In this class, the cursed (Sufyan will come out of the Valley of Yabis in Syria) will appear, at that time the curtains will be revealed and the conditions will remain the same until our Qaim Mahdi (Peace be upon him) is revealed. https://babeilam.blogspot.com/2010/11/blog-post_4210.html Chapter of Knowledge: Khutbah al-Bayan (Part I) (babeilam.blogspot.com) ........................(Continued)
  9. May Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى) accepts your efforts and keep on the path of the prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) and his purified progeny. wasalam
  10. Although I have not received any answer for the question i have sent in the post, but the use of interrogative tone has also added the rightful thought process for yourself. The post clarifying your earlier questions have been responded by the brothers as i have already mentioned. And the results we have seen in this thread as mentioned in your last post: Thus it can be certainly mentioned that the latest version of the religion of creator of worlds ie Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى) is Islam and it should be followed as mentioned in the verses of qruan and that has been clarified by the sayings of the prophet saw and imams.
  11. Brother do you really think that OP is not a troll? The guy started asking quran explanation, went to get Hinduism initially , and then going to Zoroastrianism. After that he may continue any X, then Y and Z ....and so on. You and brother Ashvazdanghe, Abu hadi &Rejector have made many necessary clarifications in the light of verses of quran and hadith of the prophet and imams. These serve as eye opener for the one whom Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى) grants his guidance. This is what we have learnt from our experience at SC. Wasalam
  12. Brother, Before i go for any further reply in this thread, the simple question arise here that Why do we take and use the latest version of all software and applications? though those are similar to the older versions? Why this is really necessary to use latest and updated versions of software and applications? Regards

  14. I present following facts to assess & conclude the discussion made in this thread extended to 5 pages: 1. Verses of Quran Sr No. Posted by Sunnis Posted by Shia (without repetition) No. of verses of quran 0 27 Thus the understanding of the verses of quran by Shia presented in the thread dominantly proves that the principle of Shia imams mentioned in quran. 2. Hadith of prophets and imams Sr No. Posted by Sunnis Posted by Shia (without repetition) No. of hadith 3 25 Similarly through the hadith of the prophet, the understating of Shia has been confidently presented in the thread to dominantly prove the concept of Shia Imams from progeny of the prophet inline with the hadith thaqlyn. 3. Claims without evidence Sr No. By Sunnis By Shia No. of claims without Evidences of verses of Quran and hadith Endless claims 0 The endless claims of sunni have been made that are not justified by the verses of quran and hadith in the thread as No evidence was presented by them to substantiate their claims. Shia have well proven their concepts of Imams with the verses of quran and requisite hadith. (s. no. 1 & 2) Conclusion Shia have presented their views inline with verses of quran and hadith and these are well established and well proven principles regarding the Shia twelve Imams. Sunnis views presented are just base less conjectures and false claims without any evidence and these are against the defined verses of quran and hadith. 17:71) Remember) the day when We will call every people with their Imam; then whoever is given his book in his right hand, these shall read their book; and they shall not be dealt with a whit unjustly. وَمَن كَانَ فِي هَذِهِ أَعْمَى فَهُوَ فِي الآخِرَةِ أَعْمَى وَأَضَلُّ سَبِيلاً 17:72) And whoever is blind here (in this world), shall also be blind in the Hereafter and more astray from the Way. اللھم صلی علی محمد و آل محمد و عجل فرجھم wasalam @Cool @Ashvazdanghe @ShiaMan14
  15. 1- As per history of Islam 11 earlier Imams from the progeny of the prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) were killed and martyred by the oppressors of the ummah and tyrant rulers. Thus Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى) has kept back his last sign keeping away from our eyes in occultation period. The same is true for the prophet Esa (عليه السلام) that is alive and away from our eyes. When Imam Mahdi is permitted by Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى) to appear to our eyes he will come out and the prophet Esa as will also come and he will say prayer behind imam Mahdi (عليه السلام). Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى) is the ultimate authority that permits guidance for the nation or a person and even the prophet has assigned responsibility to deliver the message only. Likewise the Imam Mahdi has been kept away from our eyes for this test and trial period of the ummah so that the believers and who do not believe in the right guidance from Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى) as defined in the hadiths can be segregated. 2- Even the prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) is in ghayb for 1400 years and he cannot be seen by our eyes and the guidance function has not stopped as it is mentioned in quran and sunnah. Do you deny the guidance function by the prophet? Thus the angels cannot be seen as they are in ghayb yet they perform their assigned tasks. The property of not being seen does not affect their tasks completion. Do you deny the functions by angels? The same aspect is true for leader /12th imam and he cannot be seen for more than 1200 years but guidance function has not been ceased as he is performing his duties like angels perform his duties and cannot be seen. This is complete in conformance to the concept defined in the verses of quran. 3- It is our belief that here is no end or cessation of the guidance by Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى), the prophet, quran and imams. There are many evidence well defined in the verses of quran and hadith of the prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم), as quoted the given link: https://www.shiachat.com/forum/topic/235077613-guidance-functions-including-guidance-from-12th-imam-al-mahdi/ 4- The physical disappearance from our eyes for 12th Imam Al-Mahdi (عليه السلام) is agreed because he is in occultation but the guidance from unseen as per the verses of quran is continuously present. As mentioned / detailed in above post by verses of Quran and hadith of the prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) that the guidance functions by Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى) through the prophets, quran and imams is intact: ذَٰلِكَ الْكِتَابُ لَا رَيْبَ ۛ فِيهِ ۛ هُدًى لِّلْمُتَّقِينَ الَّذِينَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِالْغَيْبِ وَيُقِيمُونَ الصَّلَاةَ وَمِمَّا رَزَقْنَاهُمْ يُنفِقُونَ وَالَّذِينَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِمَا أُنزِلَ إِلَيْكَ وَمَا أُنزِلَ مِن قَبْلِكَ وَبِالْآخِرَةِ هُمْ يُوقِنُونَ أُولَٰئِكَ عَلَىٰ هُدًى مِّن رَّبِّهِمْ ۖ وَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْمُفْلِحُونَ This Book, there is no doubt in it, is a guide to those who guard (against evil). Those who believe in the unseen and keep up prayer and spend out of what We have given them. And who believe in that which has been revealed to you and that which was revealed before you and they are sure of the hereafter. These are on a right course from their Lord and these it is that shall be successful. (2:2 - 5) The ghayb unseen does not include 12th imam but all the prophets, imams, ahl albayt, companions of the prophets who have passed and are hidden from our eyes, the angels, and Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى) all are in ghayb. Are all of these with their functions denied by sunnis as they cannot be seen? 5- If you consider that the guidance from sources including Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى), the prophet, quran and imams (including from 12th Imam) has been ceased, ended or damaged / disturbed etc as we cannot see those then please provide the textural evidence of your claim from the verse of quran and hadith of the prophet mentioning clearly that the : Guidance from Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى), the prophet, quran and Imams (including 12th imams) has been ceased, ended or damaged. This is necessary to verify your claims for guidance about 12th imam for which there is no textural; presented yet evidence (as required above). 6- There is no verse of quran mentioning the end or discontinuation or damage of the guidance function quoted so far from your side. Thus it stands as a dominant proof the guidance of imams including 12th Imam is continued though in occultation,. You are spreading just false assumptions and mere conjectures without any evidence from the verses of quran for 12th imam guidance being non existence. The principle of discontinuation or damage of the guidance functions of imams is not proven by the quran which is the book of guidance & wisdom and there is no proof more than its verses. wasalam
  16. 1- Authentic Sunni traditions confirm that there have been some companions who used to oppose the Prophet's order and quarrel with him in several occasions: a) There was the issue of the captives of the battle "Badr" that the Prophet ordered their freedom for payment of the ransom money (Fidyah), and these companions went against it. b) There was the battle of "Tabook" that the Prophet ordered to slaughter the camels, to save their lives, and the same people went against it. c) There was the treaty of "Hudabiyyah" that the Prophet wanted to make peace with people of Mecca, and the very same companions went against it and they even cast doubt about the prophethood of Muhammad ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)&HF). d) There was the battle of "Hunain" where they accused the Prophet of injustice in distributing the war booty. e) There was the appointment of "Usamah Ibn Zayd" who was assigned as the leader of Islamic army by the Prophet, and these companions disobeyed the order to follow him. f) There was a tragic Thursday when the Messenger of Allah wanted to state his will, and the very same companions accused him of talking non-sense and prevented him to do so. And there are many more of such reports which can be even found in Sahih al-Bukhari for the actions of this group of companions What the prophet has prophesied for the companions who disobey the prophet? Volume 8, Book 76, Number 578: Narrated 'Abdullah: The Prophet said, "I am your predecessor at the Lake-Fount." 'Abdullah added: The Prophet said, "Iam your predecessor at the Lake-Fount, and some of you will be brought in front of me till I will see them and then they will be taken away from me and I will say, 'O Lord, my companions!' It will besaid, 'You do not know what they did after you had left.' Volume 8, Book 76, Number 584: Narrated Anas: The Prophet said, "Some of my companions will come to me at my Lake Fount, and after I recognize them, they will then be taken away from me, whereupon I will say, 'My companions!' Then it will be said, 'You do not know what they innovated (new things) in the religion after you." Volume 8, Book 76, Number 585: Narrated Abu Hazim from Sahl bin Sa'd: The Prophet said, "I am your predecessor (forerunner) at the Lake-Fount, and whoever will pass by there, he will drink from it and whoever will drink from it, he will never be thirsty. There will come to me some people whom I will recognize, and they will recognize me, but a barrier will be placed between me and them." Abu Hazim added: An-Nu'man bin Abi 'Aiyash, on hearing me, said. "Did you hear this from Sahl?" I said, "Yes." He said, " I bear witness that I heard Abu Said Al-Khudri saying the same, adding that the Prophet said: 'I will say: They are of me (i.e. my followers). It will be said, 'You do not know what they innovated (new things) in the religion after you left'. I will say, 'Far removed, far removed (from mercy), those who changed (their religion) after me." Abu Huraira narrated that the Prophet said, "On the Day of Resurrection a group of companions will come to me, but will be driven away from the Lake-Fount, and I will say, 'O Lord (those are) my companions!' It will be said,'You have no knowledge as to what they innovated after you left; they turned apostate as renegades (reverted from Islam)." Volume 8, Book 76, Number 587: Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet said, "While I was sleeping, a group (of my followers were brought close to me), and when I recognized them, a man (an angel) came out from amongst (us) me and them, he said (to them), 'Come along.' I asked, 'Where?' He said, 'To the (Hell) Fire, by Allah' I asked, 'what is wrong with them' He said, 'They turned apostate as renegades after you left.' Then behold! (Another) group (of my followers) were brought close to me, and when I recognized them, a man (an angel) came out from (me and them) he said (to them); Come along.' I asked, "Where?' He said, 'To the (Hell) Fire, by Allah.' I asked, What is wrong with them?' He said, 'They turned apostate as renegades after you left. So I did not see anyone of them escaping except a few who were like camels without a shepherd." …………Many more Should we follow the purified Ahl alabayt as. As per hadith thaqlyn of the prophet s.aw or we should come to follow those companions that do not have any authenticity for going himself to paradise? Shia take refuge of Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى) and they follow the purified progeny of the prophet that are 12 imams from his purified progeny they are truthful, sadiqeen and reference standard of truth.
  17. 1- The views of scholars are not hujjah upon us we only take the words of the prophet and imams coming by hadith. Moreover, these words need to verified with the verses of quran and those do not meet the defined verses of quran are not taken for action. 2- Just the presence of weak hadith by category does not mean other hadith inline with the verses of quran are not present in our collection oh hadith, we do not take very thing inside our books like sunni take all the content the Siaha Sitta as authentic. That’s the difference usually sunni fail to recognize. 3- Our imams are not people chosen leaders or caliphs they are purified imams from the progeny of the prophet, they are to be obeyed as per hadith thaqlyn and they are never separated from quran. The example of our imams and their benefits to islam is quoted as under: Battle of khyber: The Muslim army suffered this degradation for three days. Everyday, it had become a routine for the Muslim army to go to the battlefield, attack and suffer defeat and then return to their camps dejected. One day Abu Bakr took a contingent and attacked Khaybar but he returned defeated. In the same way, Umar launched an attack twice but both the times returned completely unsuccessful.1 حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ، عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ، عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏"‏ لأُعْطِيَنَّ الرَّايَةَ غَدًا رَجُلاً يَفْتَحُ اللَّهُ عَلَى يَدَيْهِ ‏"‏ قَالَ فَبَاتَ النَّاسُ يَدُوكُونَ لَيْلَتَهُمْ أَيُّهُمْ يُعْطَاهَا فَلَمَّا أَصْبَحَ النَّاسُ، غَدَوْا عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم كُلُّهُمْ يَرْجُو أَنْ يُعْطَاهَا فَقَالَ ‏"‏ أَيْنَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ‏"‏‏.‏ فَقَالُوا يَشْتَكِي عَيْنَيْهِ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ‏.‏ قَالَ ‏"‏ فَأَرْسِلُوا إِلَيْهِ فَأْتُونِي بِهِ ‏"‏‏.‏ فَلَمَّا جَاءَ بَصَقَ فِي عَيْنَيْهِ، وَدَعَا لَهُ، فَبَرَأَ حَتَّى كَأَنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ بِهِ وَجَعٌ، فَأَعْطَاهُ الرَّايَةَ‏.‏ فَقَالَ عَلِيٌّ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أُقَاتِلُهُمْ حَتَّى يَكُونُوا مِثْلَنَا فَقَالَ ‏"‏ انْفُذْ عَلَى رِسْلِكَ حَتَّى تَنْزِلَ بِسَاحَتِهِمْ، ثُمَّ ادْعُهُمْ إِلَى الإِسْلاَمِ، وَأَخْبِرْهُمْ بِمَا يَجِبُ عَلَيْهِمْ مِنْ حَقِّ اللَّهِ فِيهِ، فَوَاللَّهِ لأَنْ يَهْدِيَ اللَّهُ بِكَ رَجُلاً وَاحِدًا خَيْرٌ لَكَ مِنْ أَنْ يَكُونَ لَكَ حُمْرُ النَّعَمِ ‏"‏‏.‏ Narrated Sahl bin Sa`d: Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "Tomorrow I will give the flag to a man with whose leadership Allah will grant (the Muslim) victory." So the people kept on thinking the whole night as to who would be given the flag. The next morning the people went to Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) and every one of them hoped that he would be given the flag. The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Where is `Ali bin Abi Talib?" The people replied, "He is suffering from eye trouble, O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)." He said, "Send for him and bring him to me." So when `Ali came, the Prophet (ﷺ) spat in his eyes and invoked good on him, and be became alright as if he had no ailment. The Prophet (ﷺ) then gave him the flag. `Ali said, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! Shall I fight them (i.e. enemy) till they become like us?" The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Proceed to them steadily till you approach near to them and then invite them to Islam and inform them of their duties towards Allah which Islam prescribes for them, for by Allah, if one man is guided on the right path (i.e. converted to Islam) through you, it would be better for you than (a great number of) red camels." Sahih al-Bukhari 3701 - Companions of the Prophet - كتاب فضائل أصحاب النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم - Sunnah.com - Sayings and Teachings of Prophet Muhammad (صلى الله عليه و سلم) The conquest of Khyber is a landmark in the history of Islam as it is the beginning of the Islamic State and Empire. The Indian historian, M. Shibli, says in his biography of the Prophet: At Khyber, the nascent Islamic State acquired new subjects and new territories. It was the beginning, not only of the Islamic State but also of its expansion. If the conquest of Khyber is the beginning of the Islamic State, then Ali ibn Abi Talib, its conqueror, is its principal architect. Before the conquest of Khyber, the Muslims were destitutes or semi-destitutes. Khyber suddenly made them rich. Imam Bukhari has quoted Abdullah bin Umar bin al-Khattab as saying: “We were hungry at all times until the conquest of Khyber.” And the same authority has quoted Ayesha, the wife of the Prophet, as saying: “It was not until the conquest of Khyber that I could eat dates to my heart's content.” The Muhajireen in Medina had no means of making a living and therefore had no steady income. They had barely managed to survive until the conquest of Khyber. Once Khyber was conquered, there was a sudden change in their https://www.al-islam.org/restatement-history-islam-and-muslims-sayyid-ali-asghar-razwy/conquest-khyber#results-conquest-khyber In short, in this battle also, Ali ((عليه السلام).) offered such incomparable services to Islam that were not offered by anyone else. Yet, the opponents of Ali ((عليه السلام).) refrain from confessing to the bravery of Ali ((عليه السلام).). While they are bent to make Abu Bakr and Umar the bravest ones of the companions and the most brave ones of men, as apparent from the writings of Suyuti. O God! There is indeed something like justice! Abu Bakr and Umar had no connection with valor and bravery. In such a condition, neither Abu Bakr nor Umar could be called the bravest ones. They did not perform any feat during the lifetime of the Prophet, which can make them eligible to be called the bravest ones. Leave alone being the bravest ones, how can a person like Ali ((عليه السلام).), who never fled from the battlefield and continued to often rout the enemies of Islam, should be considered inferior to those who always bolted from battles and did not even scratch the enemy of Islam. We have got endless benefits from first imam that we are Muslims. Battle of Khaybar | Misbah-uz-Zulam, Roots of the Karbala’ Tragedy | Al-Islam.org ...........(continued)
