This book of ours directly addresses three of the most notorious Yāsirī allegations against Umm al-Mūminīn ‘Āishah: the claim that she murdered the Prophet, the claim that she was an adulteress and (3) the claim that she was divorced by Amīr al-Mūminīn, ‘alaihi al-salām, on behalf of the Prophet, ṣallallāhu ‘alaihi wa ālihi. We must stress here that this research work is NOT a defence of ‘Āishah per se – as Yāsirīs are wont to falsely claim - nor is it a demonstration of “love” for her. Rather, it is a defence of the Twelve Imāms of the Ahl al-Bayt, ‘alaihim al-salām, from certain slanders that the Yāsirī leader and his followers wrongly attribute to them.   3. 9775 - عبد الرزاق عن معمر عن الزهري قال كان عمر بن الخطاب لايترك أحدا من العجم يدخل المدينة فكتب المغيرة بن شعبة إلى عمر أن عندي غلاما نجارا نقاشا حدادا فيه منافع لأهل المدينة فإن رأيت أن تأذن لي أن أرسل به فعلت فأذن له وكان قد جعل عليه كل يوم درهمين وكان يدعي أبا لؤلؤة وكان مجوسيا في أصله فلبث ما شاء الله ثم إنه أتى عمر يشكو إليه كثرة خراجه فقال له عمر ما تحسن من الأعمال قال نجار نقاش حداد فقال عمر ما خراجك بكبير في كنه ما تحسن من الأعمال قال فمضى وهو يتذمز ثم مر بعمر وهو قاعد فقال ألم أحدث أنك تقول لو شئت أن أصنع رحى تطحن بالريح فعلت فقال أبو لؤلؤة لأصنعن رحى يتحدث بها الناس قال ومضى أبو لؤلؤة فقال عمر أما العبد فقد أوعدني آنفا فلما أزمع بالذي أزمع به أخذ خنجرا فاشتمل عليه ثم قعد لعمر في زاوية من زوايا المسجد وكان عمر يخرج بالسحر فيوقظ الناس بالصلاة فمر به فثار إليه فطعنه ثلاث طعنات إحداهن تحت سرته وهي التي قتلته وطعن اثنا عشر رجلا من أهل المسجد فمات منهم ستة وبقي منهم ستة ثم نحر نفسه بخنجره فمات قال معمر وسمعت غير الزهري يقول ألقي رجل من أهل العراق عليه برنسا فلما أن اغتم فيه نحر نفسه قال معمر قال الزهري فلما خشي عمر النزف قال ليصل بالناس عبد الرحمن بن عوف قال الزهري فأخبرني عبد الله بن عباس قال فاحتملنا عمر أنا ونفر من الأنصار حتى أدخلناه منزله فلم يزل في غشية واحدة حتى أسفر فقال رجل إنكم لن تفزعوه بشيء إلا بالصلاة قال فقلنا الصلاة يا أمير المؤمنين قال ففتح عينيه ثم قال أصلي الناس قلنا نعم قال أما أنه لا حظ في الاسلام لاحد ترك الصلاة - قال وربما قال معمر اضاع الصلاة - ثم صلى وجرحه يثعب دما قال بن عباس ثم قال لي عمر أخرج فاسأل الناس من طعنني فانطلقت فإذا الناس مجتمعون فقلت من طعن أمير المؤمنين فقالوا طعنه أبو لؤلؤة عدو الله غلام المغيرة بن شعبه فرجعت إلى عمر وهو يستأني أن آتيه بالخبر فقلت يا أمير المؤمنين طعنك عدو الله أبو لؤلؤة فقال عمر الله أكبر الحمد لله الذي لم يجعل قاتلي يخاصمني يوم القيامة في سجدة سجدها لله قد كنت أظن أن العرب لن يقتلني ثم أتاه طبيب فسقاه نبيذا فخرج منه فقال الناس هذه حمرة الدم ثم جاءه آخر فسقاه لبنا فخرج اللبن يصلد فقال له الذي سقاه اللبن اعهد عهدك يا أمير المؤمنين فقال عمر صدقني أخو بني معاوية قال الزهري عن سالم عن بن عمر ثم دعا النفر الستة عليا وعثمان وسعدا وعبد الرحمن والزبير - ولا أدري أذكر طلحة أم لا - فقال إني نظرت في الناس فلم أر فيهم شقاقا فإن يكن شقاق فهو فيكم قوموا فتشاوروا ثم أمروا أحدكم قال معمر قال الزهري فأخبرني حميد بن عبد الرحمن عن المسور بن مخرمة قال أتاني عبد الرحمن بن عوف ليلة الثالثة من أيام الشورى بعد ما ذهب من الليل ماشاء الله فوجدني نائما فقال أيقظوه فأيقظوني فقال ألا أراك نائما والله ما اكتحلت بكثير نوم منذ هذه الثلاث اذهب فادع لي فلانا وفلانا ناسا من أهل السابقة من الأنصار فدعوتهم فخلا بهم في المسجد طويلا ثم قاموا ثم قال اذهب فادع لي الزبير وطلحه وسعدا فدعوتهم فناجاهم طويلا ثم قاموا من عنده ثم قال ادع لي عليا فدعوته فناجاه طويلا ثم قام من عنده ثم قال ادع لي عثمان فدعوته فجعل يناجيه فما فرق بينهما إلا أذان الصبح ثم صلى صهيب بالناس فلما فرغ اجتمع الناس إلى عبد الرحمن فحمدالله وأثنى عليه ثم قال أما بعد فإني نظرت في الناس فلم أرهم يعدلون بعثمان فلا تجعل يا علي على نفسك سبيلا ثم قال عليك يا عثمان عهد الله وميثاقه وذمته وذمة رسوله صلى الله عليه و سلم أن تعمل بكتاب الله وسنة نبيه صلى الله عليه و سلم وبما عمل به الخليفتان من بعده قال نعم فمسح على يده فبايعه ثم بايعه الناس ثم بايعه علي ثم خرج فلقيه بن عباس فقال خدعت فقال علي أو خديعة هي قال فعمل بعمل صاحبيه ستا لا يخرم شيئا إلى ست سنين ثم إن الشيخ رق وضعف فغلب على أمره قال الزهري فأخبرني سعيد بن المسيب أن عبد الرحمن بن أبي بكر - ولم نجرب عليه كذبة قط - قال حين قتل عمر انتهيت إلى الهرمزان وجفينة وأبي لؤلؤة وهم نجي فبغتهم فثاروا وسقط من بينهم خنجر له رأسان نصابه في وسطه فقال عبد الرحمن فانظروا بما قتل عمر فنظروا فوجدوه خنجرا على النعت الذي نعت عبد الرحمن قال فخرج عبيد الله بن عمر مشتملا على السيف حتى أتي الهرمزان فقال أصحبني حتى ننظر إلى فرس لي وكان الهرمزان بصيرا بالخيل فخرج يمشي بين يديه فعلاه عبيد الله بالسيف فلما وجد حر السيف قال لا إله إلا الله فقتله ثم أتى جفينة وكان نصرانيا فدعاه فلما أشرف له علاه بالسيف فصلب بين عينيه ثم أتي ابنه أبي لؤلؤة جارية صغيرة تدعي الإسلام فقتلها فأظلمت المدينة يومئذ على أهلها ثم أقبل بالسيف صلتا في يده وهو يقول والله لاأترك في المدينة سبيا إلا قتلته وغيرهم وكأنه يعرض بناس من المهاجرين فجعلوا يقولون له ألق السيف ويأبى ويهابونه أن يقربوا منه حتى أتاه عمرو بن العاص فقال أعطني السيف يا بن أخي فأعطاه اياه ثم ثار إليه عثمان فأخذ برأسه فتناصيا حتى حجز الناس بينهما فلما ولي عثمان قال اشيروا علي في هذا الرجل الذي فتق في الاسلام ما فتق يعني عبيد الله بن عمر فأشار عليه المهاجرون أن يقتله وقال جماعة من الناس اقتل عمر أمس وتريدون ان تتبعوه ابنه اليوم ابعد الله الهرمزان وجفينه قال فقام عمرو بن العاص فقال يا أمير المؤمنين إن الله قد أعفاك أن يكون هذا الأمر ولك على الناس من سلطان إنما كان هذا الأمر ولا سلطان لك فاصفح عنه يا أمير المؤمنين قال فتفرق الناس على خطبة عمرو وودى عثمان الرجلين والجارية قال الزهري وأخبرني حمزة بن عبد الله بن عمر قال يرحم الله حفصة إن كانت لممن شجع عبيد الله على قتل الهرمزان وجفينة قال الزهري وأخبرني عبد الله بن ثعلبة أو قال بن خليفة الخزاعي قال رأيت الهرمزان رفع يده يصلي خلف عمر قال معمر وقال غير الزهري فقال عثمان أنا ولي الهرمزان وجفينة والجارية وإني قد جعلتهم دية Abdur-Razzaq narrated from Mu'ammar from al-Zuhri who said: Omar bin al-Khattab did not allow anyone of Ajam (non-Arabs) to enter Medina, so al-Mughayra bin Shu'ba wrote (a message) to Omar that I have a man who is carpenter, engraver and metalworker, and he would be helpful for the people of Medina, so if you allow me to bring him then I will do, so he (Omar) allowed him (to bring this man), and he used to give two Dirhams (the currency of that time), and he was called Abu Lulu'a, and he was originally Majoosi (Zoroastrian) man. So he (Abu Lulu'a) had been staying in Medina for a long time, until he came to Omar complaining that his Kharaj (the Islamic taxes that non-Muslims pay) is too high. So Omar said to him: What of works you are competent with? He said: Carpenter, engraver and metalworker. So Omar said: Your Kharaj is not high for the works you are competent with. He (the narrator) said: Hence he left while he was complaining. Then he moved beside Omar who was sitting, and he (Omar) said: Haven't I heard you saying if you would create a mill that works with wind, you can do it? So Abu Lulu'a said: Verily, I'm going to creat a mill that would let people talk about it. Then Abu Lulu'a left, so Omar said: As for the slave (Abu Lulu'a), he promised me before. Then when he was willing to do what he planned for, he took a dagger and concealed it, and sit there for Omar in a corner of the corners of the Mosque, and Omar used to go outside before the noon to wake up the people for the prayer, so he move beside him, and Abu Lulu'a stood up and stabbed him three times, one of those times was under his navel, and that stab which caused his death. Then he stabbed twelve men (more) who were in the Mosque, but only six of them died, and six survived, then he slaughtered himself with his own dagger. Mu'ammar (the narrator) said: A man from Iraq threw a rob toward him (Abu Lulu'a), and when he found himself arrested, he slaughtered himself. Mu'ammar said: al-Zuhri said: When Omar feared of bleeding, he said: Let Abdur-Rahman bin Awf to pray with the people. al-Zuhri said: So Ibn Abbas told me: So me along with some of Ansar took Omar to his house, and he fainted after a while.A man said: You won't be able to wake him up except by (mentioning) the prayer. Hence we say: The Prayer o the commander of the faithful. So he opened his eyes and said: Do I have to pray with people? We said: Yes. He said: A man who leave the prayer has no place in Islam, then he prayed while his wound bleeds! Ibn Abbas said: Omar told me to go out and ask how stabbed him? So I said: Who stabbed the commander of the faithful? They've said: Abu Lulu'a, the enemy of Allah, the slave of al-Mughayra bin Shu'ba. So I came back to Omar while he was waiting for me to tell him, so I said: O the commander of the faithdul, the one who stabbed you is the enemy of Allah, Abu Lulu'a. Omar said: Allah Akbar! Praise be to Allah who did not give my killer a proof against me in the day of Judgement that he prostrate a prostration for Allah. I knew that Arabs are not going to kill me. Then a doctor came to him and gave him a wine, but it came out of his body, so people said: This is his blood! Then another (doctor) came and gave him milk, and also the milk came out (of his body), so he (the doctor) said: O the commander of the faithful, say your will. al-Zuhri narrated from Salim, from the son of Omar who said: He then called the six men, Ali, Othman, Sa'd, Abd al-Rahman, al-Zubayr. And (the narrator said) I don't remember if he mentioned Talha with them or not. He (Omar) said: I looked at people, so I saw no disputes among them, so if there is a dispute, it is because of you, so go and discuss between yourself and let one of you be the sucessor. Mu'ammar said: al-Zuhri said: Hamid bin Abd al-Rahman told me, from al-Musawwar bin Makhrama, who said: Abd al-Rahman bin Awf came to me on the third night of the Shura (the discussing) days on the night, so he found me asleep, so said: Wake him up. So they woke me up, and he said: By Allah, I won't see asleep, I didn't sleep at all in these three days. Go and call so and so from the people of the Ansar (to come). So I called them, and the Mosque was filled of them for a long time, then they'd left, and he said: Go and ask Zubayr, Talha and Sa'd to come. So I asked them, and he had a long talk with them, and then they'd left. and he said: Ask Ali to come for me. So I did, and he also had a long talk with him, then Ali left. He said to me: Ask Othman to come for me, so I did, and Othman came and had a talk which had not stopped until the Azan of Fajr, and Suhayb prayed (as an Imam) with people, and after this, people gathered beside Abd al-Rahman who praised Allah and said: So to say, I looked at people, and I found that they don't want anyone but Othman, so don't think about it o Ali. Then he said: O Othman, you're responsible to rule according to the book of Allah, and the teachings of his Prophet and what the two Caliphs (Abu Bakr and Omar) after him. He said: Yes, indeed. So he touched his hand and gave him his allegiance, and then people also gave gave him allegiance, and Ali also gave him allegiance. Then he moved out, and Ibn Abbas said: I've been deceived. Ali said: Was this deception? He (Ibn Abbas): He would rule like how his two friends (Abu Bakr and Omar) ruled with no any differences for six years. al-Zuhri said: Sa'eed bin al-Musayyab told me that Abd al-Rahman bin Abu Bakr said: When Omar was killed, I went to Hormozan, Jufayna and Abu Lulua, and a dagger felt down from them. Abd al-Rahman said: Look at how he killed Omar?! So they'd looked and found it is a dagger like how Abd al-Rahman said. So Ubaydallah bin Omar went out while having his sword, and he told him: Come with me to let you look at a horse of mine - and Hormozan was expert in horses -, so he moved in front of him, and Ubaydallh killed him by his sword. Then he went to Jufayna who was Christian and became Muslim, and he killed him too. Then he came to the daughter of Abu Lulu'a, who was a little girl claims to be Muslim, and he killed her! So the Medina became dark on this day for its people. Then he said: I won't leave anyone without killing him. And he likely meant al-Muhajireen. So they kept saying: Throw your sword, and he refuses. Then Amr bin al-Aas came and said: Give me the sword o the son of my brother. So he gave it to him. Then Othman came to him and had a talk with him.When Othman became the ruler, he said: (O people) point out at the man who violated the teachings of Islam. And he meant Ubaydallah bin Omar, so the Muhajireen asked him to kill him. So a group of people said: Omar was killed before, and today you want to kill his son?! Amr bin al-Aas: O the commander of the faithful, Allah absolved you from doing this, so forgive him o the commander of the faithful. So the people left the gathering after the words of Amr. al-Zuhri said: Hamza bin Abdullah bin Omar told me: May Allah be merciful for Hafsa, she encouraged Ubaydallah to kill Hormozan and Jufayna. Al-Zuhri said: Abdullah bin Tha'laba told me: I saw Hormozan praying behind Omar. Mu'ammar said: Othman said: I'm the responsible of (the blood) of Hormozan, Jufayna and the girl (Lulu'a, the daughter of Abu Lulu'a), and I ask (as a punishement) a Diyya (paying money). MUSANNAF ABD AL-RAZZAQ, HADİTH 9775TRANSLATED BY BROTHER ALİ İRAQİ The notes: The Hadith is very important, and it proves some points:1- Ibn Abbas believed that the so-called "Shura" was a deception, and when Ibn Awf declared that Othman is the sucessor, he did not warn anyone but Ali. Deception contradicts the alleged justice for ALL Sahaba, hence Ibn Abbas didn't believe that all Sahaba were just. 2- Othman contradicts the requirement of his allegiance that he has to rule according to the teachings of Abu Bakr and Omar. He did this for just six years as Ibn Abbas himself said. 3- Othman was negligent in implementing the Islamic punishments upon Ubaydallah bin Omar who killed Hormozan, Jufayna and Lulu'a after being encouraged by Hafsa. These notes are more advanced. If anybody can translate please do so. أقول : الحديث مهم جداً وهو يثبت أموراً عدة : أولها : أن ابن عباس كان يرى أن شورى الستة هي خديعة ضد الإمام عليه عليه السلام والنص صريح في ذلك وليس فيها مواربة وكلمة ابن عباس هي : (فلقيه بن عباس فقال خدعت ) ونلاحظ هنا أن ابن عوف لم يلتفت إلا لعلي دون غيره قبل أن يعلن مبايعة عثمان وعبارته هي (فلا تجعل يا علي على نفسك سبيلا) وهذا يعني ضمناً أن علياً هو الشخص المتخوف منه فقط حين صرف ابن عوف الخلافة إلى عثمان ولا شك ولا ريب أن الخداع والمكر للمؤمنين أبعد ما تكون من صفات العدالة، فلا أحد بعد هذا يدعي أن الصحابة جميعهم عدول في رأي ابن عباس ثانياً : نقض عثمان لشرط بيعته وهو العمل بسنة الشيخين أبي بكر وعمر ، فالنص صريح في أن عبد الرحمن بن عوف أخذ شرطاً واضحاً على عثمان حين مبايعته وهو العمل على سنة الشيخين ، وعندنا نص صريح أن عثمان لم يعمل بسنة الشيخين إلا فقط ست سنوات من حكمه ثم ضعف ورق وغلب على أمره والنص صريح وواضح لا يقبل التأويل ( فعمل بعمل صاحبيه ستا لا يخرم شيئا إلى ست سنين ثم إن الشيخ رق وضعف فغلب على أمره ) ثالثاً : التهاون في تنفيذ حد من حود الله وهو القتل للقاتل الغادر عبيد الله بن عمر التي قتل بتشجيع من حفصة فقد قتل الهرمزان (المسلم كما في النص) وجفينة المسيحي وابنة أبي لؤلؤة الصغيرة الطفلة المسلمة التي لا ذنب لها والنص صريح هنا وواضح (ثم أتي ابنه أبي لؤلؤة جارية صغيرة تدعي الإسلام فقتلها ) وفي الأمر عدة أشياء : - الثأر من المشتبة بالقتل دون محاكمة ودون عودة إلى السلطة - الغدر حيث غدر عبد الله بن عمر بالهرمزان والحديث يقول الإيمان قيد الفتك - المثلة بالقاتل ، إذ إن عبيد الله بن عمر عندما قتل الهرمزان (صلب بين عينيه) - قتل طفلة مسلمة بريئة لا دخالة لها - تشفع عمرو بن العاص في حد من حدود الله ( فاصفح عنه يا أمير المؤمنين ) وهذه طامة بحد نفسها ونلاحظ هنا مع أن عثمان رغم أنه عبر عما قام به عبيد الله بن عمر من أنه فتق في الإسلام فتقاً ، ولكن مع ذلك بدلاً من أن ينفذ الحد من حدود الله جعل ذلك يستشير في ذلك وكأن حدود الله تحتاج إلى أخذ ورد.. ثم ماذا.. بدلاً من قتل القاتل تركوه ودفعوا دية القتلى أخيراً : لم ينقل لنا النص موضع الخديعة ضد الإمام علي عليه السلام في شورى الستة ، ولم يعلمنا لماذا خص عبد الرحمن بن عوف الإمام علياً عليه السلام بالتحذير من عدم مبايعة عثمان دون غيره من الطبيعي أن تكون الأمور دائماً مبتورة ومحذوفاً منها فلا يجب أن ننسى أن الحذف والبتر والتحريف وإحراق الأحاديث وإخافة المحدثين الذين يروون فيما جرى بين الصحابة وتبديعهم وتكذيبهم أمر أصيل في منهج سلف القوم فكيف يرجو أحد أن تكون الصورة كاملة والأحداث واضحة؟!

  7. It is almost impossible to find any single Salafi writer or speaker on Shi’ism who will not mention one ‘Abd Allah b. Saba as the founder of the Shi’i madhhab. This Ibn Saba is their bogeyman, through which they seek to scare away the truth-seekers from objectively researching the origins of Shi’ism. Expectedly, Shaykh Ibn Taymiyyah has played this same card in his infamous Minhaj al-Sunnah. He is never left behind in such matters! This book therefore is a reply to Ibn Taymiyyah first and foremost, and then to his ilk. We have compiled and critically examined all the primary Sunni and Shi’i reports about Ibn Saba. We have equally proved, through in-depth rijali investigations, that it is impossible to establish his existence in the Sunni books, to begin with.
