  1. Why did Ali (as) allow Shura when he was divinely appointed by Allah (swt) ? Also some Sunnis calim Shia killed him ie the Khawaarij ? Surely this cannot be true ? If so, an infallible cannot make a mistake right ?
  2. If the infallibles are so important (as) why didnt Allah tell us to follow them and give names. He gave Abu Jahl by name so why not Ali, Hassan, Hussain, or Fatima (as). Why 'code names' such as Kauthar ???
  3. Maybe that was his feeling ? Seeing as he called Ali (as) the prince of the believers, it is unlikely he is a nasibi.
  4. Whats this student [Edited Out] about ?!
  5. Seeign as the teacher of Ibn Kathir is Tamiyah...... now answer how the hadith makes him a nasibi. Oh and sister, becasue i challenge some Shia i am suddenly a nasibi ? I love Ahlel bayt (as).
  6. Brother i have said this before and i will say this again. I only wanted to counter your saying that Ibn Tamiyah is 'foolish'. In another thread it is said he is 'nasibi' ; when clearly i provided proofs he loved ahlel bayt. Also say he is a kaffer right ? Cant a kaffer love Ahlel Bayt ?! Simple counter i posted : you took this too far. I was talking to mansab... lol.
  7. W/salam Mansab, brother i do not know why you made another topic for such as simple query i made. You called Ibn Tamiyah a nasibi and i provided quotes of his love for Ahlel Bayt.
  8. Im not discussing what the Sunni scholars said or am i playing games. It isnt realted to the subject but yo one of your posts that Ibn Tamiyah is 'foolish'.
  9. ''According to this hadith, one day a woman brought a gift of a roasted bird to the Prophet. Before eating it, the Prophet, raising his hands, invoked Allah thus: "O Allah! Of your whole creation, send the person who is the dearest to you and to me, so that he may partake of this roasted bird with me." Ali then came in and ate the roasted bird with the Holy Prophet. '' And this proves HOW ? That Ibn Tamiyah is a nasibi ?
  10. Your slander of Ibn Tamiyah is flawed. Please anser me this ; why would Ibn Tamiyah say the folllowing if he is a 'nasibi' ? Ibn Taymiyyah was so aggrieved by the death of Husayn at Kerbala, that he said the following: “May Allah curse his killers, and whoever was glad with his murder!” (Ibn Taymiyyah, Majmoo al-Fatawa, Vol.4, pp.403-404) “They (the believers) accept what has been reported continuously from the Prince of the Believers Ali Ibn Abi Talib…” (Ibn Taymiyyah, Al-Aqeedah Al-Wasitiyyah, Chapter 4) (Ibn Taymiyyah, Al-Aqeedah Al-Wasitiyyah, Chapter 4) In regards to the Prophetic Household, Ibn Taymiyyah said: “The Ahlus Sunnah should love the Prophet’s family, give them support, and honor the Prophet’s will in regards to them, as he said at Ghadir Khumm: ‘I ask you by Allah to take care of my family; I ask you by Allah to take care of my family.’” (Ibn Taymiyyah, Al-Aqeedah Al-Wasitiyyah, Chapter 4)
  11. Such baseless slander. Ofcourse he didnt hate ahlel bayt. Open your eyes people; dont be 'typical Shia' : They (the believers) accept what has been reported continuously from the Prince of the Believers Ali Ibn Abi Talib (Ibn Taymiyyah, Al-Aqeedah Al-Wasitiyyah, Chapter 4) In regards to the Prophetic Household, Ibn Taymiyyah said: The Ahlus Sunnah should love the Prophets family, give them support, and honor the Prophets will in regards to them, as he said at Ghadir Khumm: I ask you by Allah to take care of my family; I ask you by Allah to take care of my family. (Ibn Taymiyyah, Al-Aqeedah Al-Wasitiyyah, Chapter 4) Ibn Taymiyyah was so aggrieved by the death of Husayn at Kerbala, that he said the following: May Allah curse his killers, and whoever was glad with his murder! (Ibn Taymiyyah, Majmoo al-Fatawa, Vol.4, pp.403-404)
  12. Didnt Musa (as) make a mistake in killing somebody ? What about the story with Khidr (as) in which he makes multiple mistakes in patience and understanding ?
