al-Khomeini is talking about the nawaaSib and them being considered "najis". He said there is no daleel (proof) of them being najis, and he talks about those who fought Imaam `Alee, and then he says nawaaSib and those who fought were not najis, but they were "more malicious than dogs and pigs".

Can you find some hadeeth that claims he is a Prophet, and I will be able to analyze it. Since I have already provided 2 SaHeeH hadeeth saying he is not Prophet, just an `aalim.

I am sorry, I still don't see the explicit hadeeth stating that al-Khidr was a Prophet. Please copy and paste whatever hadeeth you see in that that and send it to me via PM.

Yes, but I will say a lot of hadeeth about Al-Qaa'im (AS) are da`eef or they go through waaqifees. So finding saheeh hadeeth on him is very hard already, and about thsi specific thing, would be harder. I'll have to see.

Yes, I saw this post already. It is speculative reasoning. Not even Al-Majlisi, who knows more than any of us about arabic tried to reconcile it this way. It is a classical attempt to have a certain view on something, then change meaning of hadeeth to suit your preconceived beliefs.

My Muharram has been good so far, I haven't gone to any lectures, I rather do my own reading at home. Majority of the stuff said on the minbar is usually weak, so I take my chances on learning my own.
