Yes, for some people it is difficult to lose weight. Stress also can have a negative effect.
As far as I know, frying kills vitamins. I think it is ok if you don’t add too much water and put the lid on the saucepan.
When I cook rice (which I do almost everyday except when I am going to cook spaghetti or we are invited for launch/ dinner), I add olive or other good oils to the rice.
Which spices? Some of them are very good for health. They have anti-oxidant (anti-cancer substances).

I try not to eat unhealthy foods or eat them rarely but I have never been on any special diet because I don’t become fat and I have almost the same weight I had about 15 years ago. Just once I followed a diet in order to cleanse my body of possible toxins.
When I cook, I don’t fry the ingredients and instead I boil them. I have 2 main reasons for it: 1. Boiling them is easier and you don’t have to constantly check the food 2. It is more healthy.
I rarely use white sugar in my foods and rarely eat fast foods such as pizza.

Yes you can but from my experience most times we go somewhere unexpected or unknown.
Here is a good step by step YouTube audio recording guide on how to have an OBE  which  I found today. At one point it actually asks you to decide where you want to go anywhere on Earth or the universe.
It's similar to the way my body prepares and feels when I have OBE's. I almost took off out of my body while listening to this recording and fell asleep a couple of times. I think its best to listen in bed in the dark with headphones to be as relaxed as possible. I listened for about 30 mins but my phone battery ran out. I am planning to do it next time.

    Walakum a Salam,
    Jazakallah for the further information.
That's okay, I understand. I look forward to your future contributions.

You might be talking about lucid dreaming. It starts with entering a dream, perhaps one would try with strategies for quite some time before they can do this, but you enter the dream and you are aware that now you are dreaming.
I have had this experience I think 2 times, but it was quite exciting or something else when I realized, which ended up in me " failing ".

So there are different levels etc. First one would have to be able to enter it, then one one shoud be able to stay calm etc. etc. until they have full control and are now capable.

I haven't had a serious goal in achieving " Lucid Dreaming " but I am pretty sure most people can achieve this with the right efforts and strategies.

These types of dreams can have benefits but can also result in a headache after you wake up and perhaps other things.

So if you decide to travel to, for example, Antarctica in your dreams, can you do it?

First of all, a Muslim woman can't marry a Christian man. The marriage is void.
But yes, a Muslim parent would have custody of the child according to Islamic law. To be safe, the mother should check local laws so she isn't accused of kidnapping.

In a public thread EXPLICITLY about Hasan Nasrallah she says she doesn't like him and agrees that he is two faced and then can't come up with anything? Except a secret hatred??
[Edit] two faced = Munaafiq. So the two members here accusing a Muslim of being a Munaafiq in his absence better come up with some solid argument to defend what they said.

It is interesting that the name Buraq is very similar to the word "barq"! Was it really a horse???

I have memories from the time I was around 2. Once I was in a glasshouse with my father and my uncle. Then I saw a broken window. I became curious and approached it. Then I injured my forearm and cried. Then we got in my father's car. I can remember his car and its colour. My uncle went and bought some red and orange candies. But I didnt stop crying and then we went to my aunt's house and gave the rest of candies to other kids.
When I was at this age, sometimes I emptied my father's bookshelves and lay there.
I can remember the house where we lived when I was about 2 or 2.5. Our landlord lived downstairs and I used to play with their daughter. They had a bird which they kept in a cage.
Then we moved to another flat which was more beautiful and we lived there until I was 4. I have some memories from there. For example the toys my uncle bought for us and my orange trike.
