The constitutions of these countries below are much older than 40 years. Should these countries have referendums too, since nobody alive today voted for their initial passing? Were any of these constitutions even voted by popular referendum in the first place?

    Salam
May God rest his/ her soul and give you enough power and patience to overcome your grief.
I lost someone whom I loved a lot 2 years ago and the only thing which makes me hopeful is that this separation is not eternal and one day I can see him again.
We need to remind ourselves that death is just a journey to a better world and we all will exprience it.
I dont know how those who dont believe in the next life can be patient when they lost those whom they love.

Suter is a military computer program developed by BAE Systems that attacks computer networks and communications systems belonging to an enemy. Development of the program has been managed by Big Safari, a secret unit of the United States Air Force. It is specialised to interfere with the computers of integrated air defence systems.[1][dead link] Suter was integrated into US unmanned aircraft by L-3 Communications.[2]
Three generations of Suter have been developed. Suter 1 allows its operators to monitor what enemy radar operators can see. Suter 2 lets them take control of the enemy's networks and direct their sensors. Suter 3, tested in summer 2006, enables the invasion of links to time-critical targets such as battlefield ballistic missile launchers or mobile surface-to-air missile launchers.
The program has been tested with aircraft such as the EC-130, RC-135, and F-16CJ.[1] It has been used in Iraq and Afghanistan since 2006.[3][4]
U.S. Air Force officials have speculated that a technology similar to Suter was used by the Israeli Air Force to thwart Syrian radars and sneak into their airspace undetected in Operation Orchard on September 6, 2007. The evasion of air defence radar was otherwise unlikely because the F-15s and F-16s used by the IAF were not equipped with stealth technology.[2][3]

It is difficult to answer but based on the videos I watched, in some towns there were not many protestors but in cities like Tehran there were many.

The operator had 10 seconds to decide whether to shoot or not. What if it was an American missile or a hijacked plane used for attacking, for example, Milad tower?!

    Salam,
Have you heard about the fact that the US drone killed 30 Afghan civilians recently? Apparently no one cares. Where's everyone?
Is it because it doesn't fit the western imperialist agenda? Is it because you don't have an opportunity to bash Iran.
Honestly I've seen some people on social media who act like they care because now all of a sudden because they have a point to make (when Iran accidentally shot down the plane). What is this selective empathy? Do we really feel this sadness inside us when people die? If we do, then why are we so selective?
These so called "Muslims" don't even care about what's happening to our Shias brothers and sisters in India? I haven't even heard one Arab, Iranian or middle eastern notable leader raise their concerns. Muslims in India are being tortured by Modi and no one gives a damn. Shame on you people.
General Solemaini got martyred and some of our Shias couldn't even unite cause of their nationalism. The man who killed ISIS and saved so many innocent people from being killed! Yet some Shias were so salty towards his death. Some Shias took that moment to bash Iran instead of uniting.
Now all these keyboard warriors are taking interest like they feel hurt. Just because it gives you a chance to attack Iran, doesn't mean you care about all those innocent people killed. Just reflect this horrible state. The world is turning us into monsters who are so selective. It's all about poltiics, no one genuinely cares about innocent people being killed.
    Again, shame on you people.

I think the evidence was there, and was ignored.
Iran is attributing it to 'human error', which basically means some SAM operator couldn't hold it together and let his nerves get the better of him. The reason, I suppose is the all-in attitude that had gripped everyone, preparing for WW3 and the ultimate showdown. The differential in military capabilities between the US and Iran means every dust-up is to be treated by Iranis as a potential all-out war, because they can't really be resting if/when the time comes. In a such a scenario, the cost of a bomber over Tehran, the operator perhaps thought, was greater than the weight of the evidence in front of him.
To bring in Pakistan again, here's how it reacted when an Indian civilian jet with a military signature crossed the border.

Even after the age 2, the child must not be separated from her mother (if the father decides so) unless the mother is abusive.
