  1. One of the reason why I'm a little curious about Samir Kuntar. However, how true is this? I haven't seen any thing from Hizb's side to explain this.
  2. I'll tell you what the UN and the other countrys affected will do. Basically nothing.
  3. You're correct! I thought you meant the unmodified Katyusha rockets.
  4. (salam) Can't believe what I read on some forums. Some muslims are slandering al-moqawama left and right.
  5. Hey don't be so harsh towards the Jews. ^_^ I have Jewish friends and I'm very good to them. [shakir 29:46] And do not dispute with the followers of the Book except by what is best, except those of them who act unjustly, and say: We believe in that which has been revealed to us and revealed to you, and our Allah and your Allah is One, and to Him do we submit. But since you brought up the issue about being truthful: Israeli tanks, troops massing at Lebanese border 21/07/2006 9:22:53 PM CTV.ca News Staff No one was injured when the UN post near Zarit, just inside the Israeli border, took a direct hit. The Israeli army said that the facility was struck during the continuing hail of rockets fired by Hezbollah into Israel. However, a UN officer said it was hit by an Israeli artillery shell. Of course this doesn't mean Arabs don't lie. Now about Samir Kuntar, I personally do not know whether to say he is good or bad so I won't comment.
  6. Bas weynak Birri? Just out of curiosity of course.
  7. What are the chances that Israel offers help to bolster the Lebanese Army to help displace the muqawwama and Saniora agreeing to it under the pretext of "in the interest of Lebanon" ? Haaretz says that Israel may offer assitance to the Lebanese Army.
  8. Oh yeah Hajji, thats' right. I think his facial features was what gave him away
  9. Haaretz says Qassam rockets landed in Ashkelon. Ashkelon is more south of Tel Aviv.
  10. Does anyone have any info on Sur? My friend is there with his 2 kids. I thought both of them in Sunday school, I hope they are safe. :( .
  11. Basically they're not allowed to fully represent themselves :)
  12. Sometimes Israeli newspaper are less economical about the truth than FOX or CNN.
  13. http://www.jpost.com/servlet/Satellite?cid...icle%2FShowFull Looks like Syria isn't interested in backing Lebanon? But in another report .... http://www.jpost.com/servlet/Satellite?cid...icle%2FShowFull
  14. (salam) Angels is probably a very general term for a group of creation. If you read the tradition, I forgot which one (probably via Sheikh Saduq RA), which speaks of the Angel named Fitrus you can see that Fitrus disobeyed a command and had to seek the intercession of Imam Hussein. Like brother Link have said, they have ranks.
  15. Exactly. The soldiers acted in bravery! Pride of the nation... I suppose.
  16. The term Salafi may have been hijacked by Wahhabis. They even call themselves sunnis sometimes. The term itself doesn't mean anti this or that. Salaf As-saleh, that's where it originates from. But in today's context you could kind of infer that it has a ring of wahhabism to it, but it is not the general rule. BTW, when you say "salafi doesn't match with Shia", if you imply HAMAS is salafi (in the context of wahhabism) then did you see the photos of Khalid Meshal and Sayyid Khamenei? You can google it.
