You know what, there's an easy solution to your problem - just have lots of your non-Muslims friends join you, and then you'll blend right in :) More seriously, many converts complain of the opposite issue - that after the initial warm welcome to the Muslim community, they're left out in the cold and remain without former friends or family who had abandoned them as they converted. So I think as members above said, the solution is to politely communicate that you're a private person, and would like the calls and other contact to stop. Different people have different appetites for social interaction, which is quite understandable. For the community as a whole, it would seem like the widespread risk of people being left lonely is of greater importance than some being annoyed by to much contact.
