  4. Bro JawzofDETH, I never said that this was Imam Ali (A.S.) burial place. I merely referred to the history in which some locals believe. But I think, it is wrong to call it a Sunni Mazaar because of the shia influence in the area Wasalam
  5. Brother (salam) I hope you are doing well. If this is the Mazar e Sharif of Afghanistan, then this is not a Sunni Shrine... Mazar e Sharif, according to some historians and locals is the place where the commander of the faithful Hazrat Ali (A.S.) is buried.. You can find more details here.. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mazar-i-Sharif Wasalam
  6. (bismillah) (salam) Recitation of Surah Al Baqarah coupled with Surah Al Yaseen is most beneficial. If you have not shifted into the house, go to it one evening before you shift, ideally around Asar prayer time. Recite complete Surah Al Baqarah, sitting in one central location of the house so that the voice of the recitation is able to go into maximum areas of the house. After completing recitation, lock the house down before you leave. However, in the kitchen, leave a couple of toasts of bread, some honey and some salt in a plate. When you return the next morning, take the toasts, honey and salt and put it at a crossing where 4 roads meet. Once these items are placed, do not turn back and look. Insha Allah, this amal will rid the house of any supernatural beings which may have been present in the new house! Wasalam
  7. (salam) You are most welcome! Iltemas e Dua!
  8. (salam) Let me clarify for your sake here.. - First of all you do not have to recite up just the 5 ayats.. You have to continue recitation of Surah Yaseen, only "STOPPING" at the ayats ending in "Mubeen" to say the Azaan. - Scenario Room # 1: Recitation of Surah Yaseen done till the 5th "Mubeen" - Move to next room. Corner Number 1. Recitation till 6th "Mubeen". Stop and recite Azaan. - Corner # 2: Recite till 7th "Mubeen". Stop to recite azan - Corner # 3: Recite till end of Surah. Bismillah and restart recitation of Surah Yaseen. Stop at 1st 'Mubeen" again. Recite Azan - Corner # 4: Recite till second "Mubeen" and then recite Azaan - Center of Room # 2: Recite till 3rd "Mubeen" and then recite Azaan - Move to next room: Corner # 1. Start recitation till 4th "Mubeen". Stop and recite Azaan - Continue repeating this procedure till all the rooms have been finished. There should be no break in recitation in the Surah Yaseen. Only "Stop" at the 7 "Mubeen" to recite Azaan and continue. - In the last room, when you are in the center, recite till the "Mubeen". Stop to recite azaan. The keep standing there and continue recitation of the Surah till the end. Once Surah ends, recite salwaat (11 preferable) and the wazeefa is finished Any confusion, please write back. Iltemas e dua!
  9. (bismillah) (salam) The second procedure is as follows: 1. Procedure should be performed by male family member(s). Procedure can be performed by more than 1 male family members but should be well coordinated 2. The member(s) performing the procedure must be bawadhu 3. The procedure is quite similar to the first one but Surah Yaseen is also used in it 4. Start from the ground floor / basement and move upwards. Reason for this is that when this wazeefa is performed, the Jinn / Shayateen move to the floor above and once the recitation is done there, they have to leave the house. If the procedure is reversed i.e. upper floor first, they are trapped inside the house / building 5. Start from any room on the ground floor / basement (whichever is the lowest) 6. Recite 11 times salwaat. 7. Stand in one corner of the room and start recitation of Surah Yaseen. Surah Yaseen contains 7 ayats / verses ending in "Mubeen". (Verse #s 12, 17, 24, 47, 60, 69 and 77). 8. As soon as yo reach the ayat / verse which ends in "Mubeen" stop and give complete azaan / adhaan 9. After completing azaan / adhaan, blow into the corner where you stood and recited and move to the next corner 10. Continue recitation of Surah Yaseen (the ayat / verse which follows "Mubeen") 11. Again stop at the next ayat / verse which ends with "Mubeen" and give complete azaan / adhaan 12. After completing azaan / adhaan, blow into the corner where you stood and recited and move to the next corner 13. Continue recitation of Surah Yaseen (the ayat / verse which follows "Mubeen") 14. Once the 4 corners of the room are completed, move to the center of the room 15. Continue recitation of Surah Yaseen (the ayat / verse which follows "Mubeen") 16. Again stop at the next ayat / verse which ends with "Mubeen" and give complete azaan / adhaan 17. After completing azaan / adhaan, blow overhead towards the center of the room where you stood and recited and move to the next room and repeat the same 18. After the 7th "Mubeen" continue recitation till the end and then restart the Surah to stop at the first ayat containing "Mubeen" 19. Bismillah to be only recited at the beginning of the Surah each time 20. Once the basement / ground floor is complete, move to the floor(s) upstairs. For those living on single floors, just doing this action on your own floor will suffice 21. No talking should be done while doing this. Once the last room is completed, finish the Surah and end with 11 salwaat Any confusions, please email me back. Iltemas e Dua / Farhan (salam) My answers to your questions, point-wise 1. Yes bawadhu means that the person should perform wadhu before performing this 2. Personally, I am not in favor of playing Surah Jinn daily from your laptop until and unless you have been allowed by a proper Aalim or Aamil. Surah Jinn is a very powerful surah and attracts Jinn towards it 3. Doing Zikr is fine but again excessive zikr could be harmful. Actually whenever any Quranic verse is recited, it produce and energy / charge which is food for moakals. When done excessively, it tends to attract such beings towards the reciter which is evident by the fact that she is the one who is being teased by such presence 4. No the azaan has to be recited by you and not just in the 4 corners of the house but in the 4 corners of each room 5. Since you are inhabiting the basement only, it will suffice recitation in the basement only and there is no need to go to the floors upstairs. Had they been in use by your family / household, then you would have had to do this in the rooms upstairs too Wasalam / Farhan
  10. (salam) You are most welcome. I am in a hurry now but will post the second procedure in a few hours from now. Wasalam
  11. (salam) There are 2 procedures to rid a house from Jinns and I shall state the easier one first. If, god for bid, you still feel the same, let me know and I shall let you know the detailed one; Start from the ground floor of the house and then the first floor (presuming you have a double storey house). Start from any room. It is advisable that this procedure is done by any male family member and not a female. The family member who is doing this procedure should be bawadhu. Recite complete Azhaan in all the 4 corners of the room (1 Azhaan in each corner) and then move to the other room and repeat the same. Once the ground floor is completed, repeat the procedure in the first floor rooms as well. Insha Allah, by the grace of Allah SWT, your house will be rid of Jinn and Shayateen. Wasalam / Farhan Please remember that this procedure must be done in one go.. No breaks in between.. Wasalam
  12. Dont worry, I shall keep this thread up to date!
