  5. Even though the routes are multiple, but it doesn't really reach the level of tawatur and maybe that's the reason many scholars don't consider this narration as hujjah. Here's Ayatullah Montazeri's view about its isnad.   6. There have always been difference of opinion on this matter. One view is that in the absence of Imam (as) it's permissible for the fuqaha to establish the hudud. Otherwise it would imply that it's forbidden for Imams before al-Qaim (as) too to execute the hadd/

  8. There are different opinions among Imamiyah. A/c to Shaykh Mufeed and many others, the date of birth of Prophet(saw) is 17th of Rabi al-Awwal. w/s
  9. It's not about taqleed. But it's stupid to consider someone scholar or Shaykh who questions the adalah of Syed Khamenei and insults scholars like Mutahhari and Syed Baqir as-Sadr (ra). w/s

  15. ^How can you say it doesn't contradict the sunna when we have nothing sahih in our books which proves that its sunnah to beat ourselves for Imam al-Hussain. I don't mind accepting this narration if you can show any other sahih narration which recommend us to beat ourselves for Imam al-Hussain. But AFAIK, there isn't any. ^Even this narration is daif. w/s

  17. It's permissible to marry a minor i.e. non baligh child whether 2, 5 or 9 year old or any age. This is what sahih hadith of Imam shows and also mentioned in the rulings of many scholars. w/s

  20. The narrations which mentions this are daif. AFAIK, we don't have any sahih narration which says that she supported Marwaan in this act. w/s
  21. ^Yes few scholars in case of aqaed or historical or non-fiqhi ahadith. But you should also mention that when it comes to fiqh they all [atleast majority among the marjas] follow this method. Strange how a weak-chain narration is not acceptable in fiqh but when it comes to aqaed it becomes perfectly acceptable. Nothing more than a double standard. Better to be a pro-akhbari like you than to be a double standard Usuli. w/s
