  1. A ghali is automatically a liar because he (la) associates with Imams (as) things which Imam never said for themselves. So if he can distort and lie about the aqaed teachings of Imams (as), what makes you think he won't be doing the same with fiqh? How can one even think of taking fiqh (or ANY narration) from someone who is considered worst than Jews, Christians, fire worshippers, Kharijites or ANY of the ahlul-bidah? We have been asked not to sit with them, not to eat or drink with them, not to shake their hands and yet you are trying to justify their acceptance in fiqhi hadith. SubhanAllah.

  4. Following a strict system of scrutiny which makes sense is better than not having a system and blindly accepting reports from liars or unknown people which will obviously turn one into semi-ghulat or take one to such an extent that he starts believing in the tahrif of Qur'an. Nauzubillah.

  6. ^How can you say for sure that this is from the teachings of Imams of Ahlul Bayt (as)? The above narration you quoted has reached us through weak sanad. . . First, there are different opinions regarding the reliability of Ibn Abdallah Muhammad b. Khalid al-Barqi. Najashi and Ibn al-Ghadheiri considered him daeef and Shaykh Tusi (ar) considered him thiqa. Second, the sanad has majhool narrator Jafar b. Muhammad al-Sufi. 9. Deception? I didn't say anything which contradicts your above points. When did I say it's allowed to have intercourse with a minor? You wouldn't have said this if you had read the posts I linked in my second last post, where the translation clearly says that it's the foreplay etc. which is allowed with a minor and not the intercourse. w/s
  10. We do have explicit evidence in sahih hadith that it is permissible to marry a female minor. See: w/s

  19. It's not about the view of majority or minority of Ulama. Even if majority believes that the tafsir is authentic, it doesn't change the fact the the tafsir has reached us through a majhool narrator (العباس ابن محمد بن قاسم بن حمزه بن موسى) and that's the reason it is weak. Btw, Syed Khoei didn't rely on Tafsir al-Qummi: Shaykh al-Radhy, his student, also doubts its authenticity. w/s
  20. ^Already mentioned that the problem is not with the chains in Tafsir al-Qummi but with the taraiq to the tafsir.

This is the correct chain. . .
