  8. I think this Abu Muhammad al-Ansari is Abdallah b. Hammad al-Ansari and his narrations are considered hasan. From Khulasa of Allama Hilli(ar). . .   11. ^They are not really ahadith; they are just mursal reports propagated by Sufiyyah under the name of Ahlul Sunnah. They exaggerated the status of all four caliphs. And these reports aren't considered authentic by Shias nor Sunnis.
  12. We do have narrations where trusted Imami companion asked Imam about adhan, and yet Imam (as) didn't mentioned the third shahadah in it.
  13. I'm avoiding it b/c its useless to argue with someone who has no idea about basic usul al-Fiqh. Just because verses in Qur'an and its tafsir proves the wilayah of Imam Ali, it doesn't give us the authority to insert wilayah of Imam (as) in adhan when our Imams didn't do it. The sahih hadith in our books about adhan are very clear and there is no mention of wilayah in it. And no, they are not even taqiyyah hadith because the companions who narrated it from Imam were hardcore Imamis of their times. w/s
  14. ^Yea it's sahih and the arguments of Shaykh al-Maiad here are not really convincing, but isn't the opinion of Sallar Daylami (ar) here goes against the above sahih hadith as he considered it permissible for fuqaha to establish the hudud in the absence of Imam?

  17. ^It does contradicts the authentic sunnah of Imams of Ahlul Bayt (as) b/c they didn't mentioned the third shadahah in adhan they (as) taught to the reliable companions(shias) of their times which you can find in the sahih hadiths in our books.
  18. ^Shaykh Mufeed went against Shaykh Saduq in the issue of sahv of Prophet (saw). But in this matter, all early Imami scholars agreed with Shaykh Saduq. That's why even Shaykh Tusi said that there is no fadilah in reciting third shadadah in adhan and the one who does this is in error. That narration in ihtijaj isn't even about adhan. So it's nothing but qiyas to use that narration to insert third shahadah in adhan and considering it mustahab. Already explained in other thread, that these ahadith doesn't means that we should not investigate the authenticity of report and take ahadith from ghulats, sufiyyah, unknown or any daeef narrators just because they speak good about Ahlul Bayt (as) or about some reward. This goes against 49:6. The correct interpretation of those narrations is that one should investigate the authenticity of report and then follow it, and then even if it was not from Prophet (saw) or Imam (as), he would still get the reward.   22. ^All these narrations are either mursal or comes from sufi or weak sunni sources and isnad which are not hujjah for us. That's why our earliest Imami scholars didn't even use these sources and considered the addition of third shahadah in adhan as bidah. w/s
