  1. Nahjul Balagha is not 100 percent authentic but the last of the sermon i.e. 'So beware of the evils of women. Be on your guard even from those of them who are (reportedly) good. Do not obey them even in good things so that they may not attract you to evils' is mentioned in sahih hadith from Imam Jafar as-Sadiq (as). . . More ahadith here: w/s

Hence, if one among us came to you and called upon you to revolt, think carefully and find out for what purpose he has revolted. Do not simply say [to justify his revolt by saying something like:] "Well, Zayd b. 'Ali also had arisen before!" The reason is that Zayd was a learned and truthful person and had not called upon you to acknowledge his own leadership; rather, he was calling towards a person who would be acceptable and endorsed by the ahl al-bayt. Had he succeeded, he would have acted upon his promise and would have handed over the power to its owner. Zayd revolted against the government so that he could overthrow it. But what is the one who has emerged today calling you? Is he calling you towards a person who is acceptable and endorsed by the ahl al-bayt? No, absolutely not. . . . w/s

  11. ^They are not really ahadith; they are just mursal reports propagated by Sufiyyah under the name of Ahlul Sunnah. They exaggerated the status of all four caliphs. And these reports aren't considered authentic by Shias nor Sunnis.
  12. We do have narrations where trusted Imami companion asked Imam about adhan, and yet Imam (as) didn't mentioned the third shahadah in it.
  13. I'm avoiding it b/c its useless to argue with someone who has no idea about basic usul al-Fiqh. Just because verses in Qur'an and its tafsir proves the wilayah of Imam Ali, it doesn't give us the authority to insert wilayah of Imam (as) in adhan when our Imams didn't do it. The sahih hadith in our books about adhan are very clear and there is no mention of wilayah in it. And no, they are not even taqiyyah hadith because the companions who narrated it from Imam were hardcore Imamis of their times. w/s
  14. ^Yea it's sahih and the arguments of Shaykh al-Maiad here are not really convincing, but isn't the opinion of Sallar Daylami (ar) here goes against the above sahih hadith as he considered it permissible for fuqaha to establish the hudud in the absence of Imam?

  17. ^It does contradicts the authentic sunnah of Imams of Ahlul Bayt (as) b/c they didn't mentioned the third shadahah in adhan they (as) taught to the reliable companions(shias) of their times which you can find in the sahih hadiths in our books.
  18. ^Shaykh Mufeed went against Shaykh Saduq in the issue of sahv of Prophet (saw). But in this matter, all early Imami scholars agreed with Shaykh Saduq. That's why even Shaykh Tusi said that there is no fadilah in reciting third shadadah in adhan and the one who does this is in error. That narration in ihtijaj isn't even about adhan. So it's nothing but qiyas to use that narration to insert third shahadah in adhan and considering it mustahab. Secondly, it's not known to have been narrated by corrupt people b/c it's mursal and mursal narration in usul al-fiqh are considered as daeef as one with corrupt narrators. 49:6 is indirectly instructing us to determine whether the report is coming from corrupt person or not. It's only your assumption that this mursal has reached us through non-corrupt people which shows that this is the case of uncertainty, and in case of uncertainty the best is to do it ihtiyat and not to add anything in the original adhan taught by the Imams of Ahlul Bayt (as) as mentioned in sahih hadith. Third, our early scholars were also aware of such narrations, yet they considered it bidah or error to insert third shahadah in adhan. w/s
  19. Then how come we have thousands of narrations from Imam al-Baqir and Imam al-Sadiq in our books praising Imam Ali (as)?
  20. The mufawwida [who a/c to early Imami scholars fabricated the adhan and added third shahadah] wouldn't come under this category? Now you prefer to follow the fabricated narrations of suffiya in sunni books [which btw is weak a/c to both shi'a as well as sunnis] instead of clear sahih narrations from Imams of Ahlul bayt (as)? æÈÅÓäÇÏå¡ Úä ÇáÍÓíä Èä ÓÚíÏ¡ Úä ÇáäÖÑ¡ Úä ÚÈÏ Çááå Èä ÓäÇä ÞÇá: ÓÃáÊ ÃÈÇ ÚÈÏ Çááå Úáíå ÇáÓáÇã Úä ÇáÇÐÇä¡ ÝÞÇá: ÊÞæá: " Çááå ÃßÈÑ¡ Çááå ÃßÈÑ¡ ÃÔåÏ Ãä áÇ Åáå ÅáÇ Çááå¡ ÃÔåÏ Ãä áÇ Åáå ÃáÇ Çááå¡ ÃÔåÏ Ãä ãÍãÏÇ ÑÓæá Çááå¡ ÃÔåÏ Ãä ãÍãÏÇ ÑÓæá Çááå¡ Íí Úáì ÇáÕáÇÉ¡ Íí Úáì ÇáÕáÇÉ¡ Íí Úáì ÇáÝáÇÍ¡ Íí Úáì ÇáÝáÇÍ¡ Íí Úáì ÎíÑ ÇáÚãá¡ Íí Úáì ÎíÑ ÇáÚãá¡ Çááå ÃßÈÑ¡ Çááå ÃßÈÑ¡ áÇ Åáå ÅáÇ Çááå¡ áÇ Åáå ÅáÇ Çááå And by his isnad from al-Husayn b. Sa`id from an-Nadr from `Abdullah b. Sinan. He said: I asked Abu `Abdillah (as) about the adhan. So he said: Say “Allahu akbar, Allahu akbar, ashhadu al-la ilaha illAllah, ashhadu al-la ilaha illAllah, ashhadu anna Muhammadan rasulAllah, ashhadu anna Muhammadan rasulAllah, hayya `ala ‘s-salah, hayya `ala ‘s-salah, hayya `ala ‘l-falah, hayya `ala ‘l-falah, hayya `ala khayri ‘l-`amal, hayya `ala khayri ‘l-`amal, Allahu akbar, Allahu akbar, la ilaha illAllah, la ilaha illAllah.” (sahih)
  21. Already explained in other thread, that these ahadith doesn't means that we should not investigate the authenticity of report and take ahadith from ghulats, sufiyyah, unknown or any daeef narrators just because they speak good about Ahlul Bayt (as) or about some reward. This goes against 49:6. The correct interpretation of those narrations is that one should investigate the authenticity of report and then follow it, and then even if it was not from Prophet (saw) or Imam (as), he would still get the reward. If the way you are interpreting those narration was correct, then Shaykh Saduq and his teacher wouldn't have rejected the weak hadith which is about the reward of mustahab prayer and fast on the day of Ghadeer. . .
  22. ^All these narrations are either mursal or comes from sufi or weak sunni sources and isnad which are not hujjah for us. That's why our earliest Imami scholars didn't even use these sources and considered the addition of third shahadah in adhan as bidah. w/s
