I have often thought about niya recently. Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى) says in the Qur'an اقم الصلاة لذكري so shouldn't the intention be something like "Zikran Allah" rather than "Qurbatan ilaAllah" ?

Ok, since منع means to forbid or interdiction, I get the idea that a manaat is something that you vow to never commit and if you do then you must pay some kaffara ?

As long as it is not haram, why even bother ? Just find a balance. One just cannot make all his actions revolve around the agreement of Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى), just think about how people move going to restaurants, play sports, tell jokes etc. I think nobody should restrict their creativity. Again, as long as it has ethics and morals.

I am not being negative here, rather pointing a fact that SC admins seems to ignore. SC was unavailable for almost 2 weeks in a row for some users, at least me. I am not convinced that it crashed for organic issues otherwise I would not have been the only one mentioning the issue. There might be an issue related to my location that might want to be solved, because it is not my first rant about such issues and all I ever get as an answer is 'that worked fine for us'.

Dear brothers and sisters and fellow believers. Not blaming anyone nor throwing the stone. But how could SC, the major Shia website crash and not be accessible during a crucial time as Muharram ? I spent at least a weak trying everyday to load a page but failed. But I see no one mentioning it, was it only me ?

People go with what suit more to them, or at least what they consider more suitable. And sometimes they just want some change. So if situation was, say, better under Rohani, then they will vote for what will take them back to that period and vote reformsists.

This immediately reminded me of a song by French group IAM titled 'Pharaon Reviens' which has audio excerpts saying the exact same thing. One of the two rappers' scene name is Akhenaton btw. It was a nice song, had some mystical (ismaili / druze) stuff in it.

What a filthy person. Stay away from him. It is their lexicon that their filthy shuyukh use in their Q&A session on the theme 'Are Shia Muslims ?' and when they explained that we are in two groups the laymen who are just astray and the worst ones who openly curse Aisha and Mu`awiya - like it is even the same thing. Again, these folks do not even deserve to be lent an ear. Their minds are as awful as their beards.
