I don't think it makes it an error, you certainly don't bomb mosques just like this with the flimsy justification that it's "terrorist infrastructure" without good undeniable evidence, it's a barbaric thing to do, it's just as barbaric and savage as bombing a hospital and in the case that some terrorist happened to be in one of the few mosques they bombed, that doesn't justify it either, you bomb these places when theyre being used to store ammunition and it's impossible to kill the people using that ammunition in another way, otherwise india is violating basic international law here and basic morality.
