  1. Salam Alaiykum All answers were great. I will keep in mind the advices. Anyways I am not looking for a job right now (I am in highschool btw) But my plan is to finish the python course, then take a course for AI which is a great field for coming years. For know I don't plan on taking up the networking part. That really confuses me. For now I should focus on term exam lol.
  2. اللّهُمّ صَلّ عَلَى مُحَمّدٍ وَآلِ مُحَمّدٍ Allahumma salli 'ala Muhammad wa 'ali Muhammad O Allah: (please do) bless Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad.
  3. Asalam Alaiykum Brothers and sisters! Anyone here learning computer programming/coding? Which languages are you interested in (python/Java/c )? Which career do you want to choose? What are your views about IT? Comment your thoughts here. PS . As for me i am currently a beginner in python.
  4. Salam Alaykum Brother. First find out what triggers lustful thoughts. It could be - watching haram (p**n), fantasizing about sex, or looking at na mehram. Try your best to lower your gaze, it would appear to be difficult at first but after a while it would become second nature. Any means through which haram could be accessed should be blocked. Keep your mind occupied with other thoughts, take up sports or any other hobby you like. If possible, surround yourself with pious friends as much as you can. Fast at least once a week , and eat less spicy foods. Take up Salat al lail At start it would seem very difficult. The accursed satan magnifies such task in our minds, so we wont leave sin. Practice continuosly for at least 40 days to build the habit And ofcourse , ask from Allah(سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى). “There is no power nor strength except Allah”
  5. Yes these problems are everywhere. I just mentioned india because that's where I live. Also I have seen that even the very religious people don't speak about it. The people need to devise some solution for it. But sadly most people are now considering religion to be a secondary thing, which can sidelined for more 'important' task...
  6. Aslamun Alaiykum brothers and sisters I am wondering what is happening to the shias these days, especially in India. The weddings are full of haram. All rules are being relaxed. No one caring about hijab, music playing, extravagance. Our weddings are also full of hindu inspired customs (like shoe stealing etc. ). On top of this the parents force us to attend such gatherings. And if you try to protest you are dragged into fruitless arguments. Concept of na mehram has dissappeared. Mixed interactions in name of 'family'. High expenditures are a norm. The only Islamic thing left about weddings is the haditn e kisa, nikah and a few mankabat. If you try to follow rules , you are seen as extremist 'mullah' . WLot of food is being wasted while there are so many starving Muslims in the world. I don't know where we are going. At this rate we would end up becoming like christians and jews . I am feeling very guilty of being involved in such sinful activities. Any thoughts about this?
  7. Aslamun Alaiykum I am trying to improve my self and being more pious. But some habits keep hold of me. Any tips to stop procrastination and laziness. Thanks
  8. Facebook has now rebranded to meta and will be releasing metaverse a combination of VR, AR and other technologies to create a virtual world where you can do anything meet people etc. This appears suspiciously like the heaven dajjal would offer to his followers What are you thoughts about it?
