Hello, I was trying to resist the urge to masturbate, and then I gave up and then I told myself that if I do this then I will be worshipping satan, but I still masturbated, will Allah forgive me if I sincerely repent?

No. It just means you need to study the basics. Do you need links of some online books?

    Salam Alaykum,
Do you think the Arabs in pre-Islam Arabia did extensive research and then they were qualified to become Muslims? They were very simple people, I would say they had lower IQ than the average person in this generation.
But once you become a Muslim, then you have to strengthen your faith by acquiring knowledge. You acquire as much knowledge till you become certain of the tenets of our faith. It's possible to reach that stage where you know that there is a day of judgment, like no doubt exists.
Also, no you are not required to study other religions, unless you wanna gain expertise in this field and compare Islamic teachings with the teachings of other religions.

What if someone is a born shia muslim, and they believe everything in Islam and they embrace it, do they need to deeply research about Islam and look at other religions to find out why Islam is the truth, or can they just believe and embrace it ?

Salam Vanillin is Halal which is two kind one from beans & second kind is synthetic  which contains alcohol  in molecular which is not a byproduct from Alcohol so it's level of alcohol is not intoxicant  but generally everything that is intoxicant & makes you drunken  in any quantity is Haram  whether a drop of vine or a cup of it is Haram but vanilla & chocolate naturally are  not intoxicants .

We have a shower curtain that has random crosses all over it, some are christian, some are normal and some are random.
So can we keep it if we don't know if the manufacturer or the product vendor didn't intend to put christian crosses on the curtain ?
And also we have a Quran in the house as well.

razkjgty5 reacted to Mohamad Abdel-Hamid in Why did ayatullah khameini say attack on US troops was a "day of God"
So is the Grand Ayatollah, may Allah lengthen his life, supposed to just sit back and say: "Oh, we're a peaceful religion" while great and pious Muslims are killed mercilessly and without shame by the USA ?
When the mushriks broke the treaty of Hudaibiyyah by slaying innocent Muslims, did the Holy Prophet (S) just sit back and say: "I won't do anything, since I don't promote violence and I don't want to cause trouble" ? Of course not ! Likewise, the USA is committing international terrorism by blowing up everyone that opposes them, wherever they may be (as if America owns the world). Sayyid Khamenei is right to call this a Day of God, the same way that Badr, Khandaq, Khaybar, Hunayn, etc. were Days of God.
I think it's really important to understand something. Saying "Islam is a religion of peace" is the wrong statement. It should be "Islam is a religion of justice". If Islam truly was a "peaceful, non-violent" religion, then Islam would have never existed since the mushriks would have no trouble eliminating the Muslims, who, because they were so "peaceful", never raised arms to defend themselves.
Don't get me wrong, Islam truly doesn't promote violence. But when someone is coming to invade your land and cut your head, Islam clearly allows you to defend yourself and to eliminate the threat. And that's what happened through Islams history. The Holy Prophet (S) never started a battle, they were all defensive, or because treaties were broken, etc.

Yes, it is permitted to eat vegetarian.
It's always a good idea to read and understand food labels if you're going to eat processed foods.
It is not permitted to claim that your religion forbids eating meat, and it is recommended but not required to eat meat at least occasionally.

Just be careful around cheese products as cheese counts as vegetarian as well. Some cheese products can have pork enzymes.
However, if you read "Vegan" then know it is 100% plant and you can eat anything vegan fearlessly.
Vegetarian and Vegan are two separate things: the first includes dairy, the second abstains from every animal inclusion.

Alcohol that transforms into vinegar is pure (as well as its container up to the level where the wine reached at the time of fermentation) and permissible to consume.

You can also eat "Kafir fish". Okay jokes aside.
Fish is fish. It doesn't matter who is slaughtering it. You can consume it. Just stick to the fish that is allowed by Shi'a Fiqh such as trout or salmon etc.
Kosher fish is just any other fish which has fins and scales if I remember correct. It's not specially slaughtered in any special way.

Yes it's halal including wine vinegar.
Vinegar is produced by two successive microbial processes. The first being an alcoholic fermentation (which is Haraam) and the second an oxidation of alcohol by aceto bacter, when it’s molecular structure is changed and it ceases to be an intoxicant. Other varieties of vinegar are produced from beetroot, tarragon and alcoholic spirits. In vinegar the intoxicating factor is destroyed by the microbial process of oxidation hence it becomes permissible. Islam permits any variety of vinegar to be used as a condiment or preservative. Sami'allaahu liman hamidah is mustahab. If you mispronounce it by accident then your prayer does not become invalidated. Btw, you do not pause where the apostrophe is. The apostrophe is actually the letter 'ayn (ع).
