  1. Doesn't the fact that they are narrated by the Imams make them authentic
  2. to be honest I know this might come off as mean but the website is filled with creepy men
Yazid from a man from our companions who has the kunya AbuAbdillah going up from Abu `Abdillah عليه السلام. He said: Amir al-Mu’mineen عليه السلام said: In contradicting (khilaf, variance, opposing) women is the blessing. [ 25371 ] 2 ـ وعنهم ، عن أحمد ، عن الجاموراني ، عن الحسن بن علي بن أبي حمزة عن صندل ، عن ابن مسكان ، عن سليمان بن خالد قال : سمعت أبا
  4. I have seen some pretty sexist hadith from al kafi regarding women being feeble minded, and not to consult women. Are these hadith true and what is the basis for them?
  5. I have heard parents say before that they will be punished for anything their kids do wrong therefore they are really strict on their kids. I'm not sure if that is true as I have never seen evidence of parents being punished ( by Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى) )for what their kids do. Does anyone know if that is true?
  6. Lack of regulation and competition is what allows them to raise the prices that much in fact like the article I quoted stated that only 17% of their costs are for research and development. After the FDA approves a drug there are minimal research and development costs if any (most of the time there isn't any). So Americans are just supposed to take the beating just because these companies are working on research? They are not going to magically stop their research just because medicare for all is enacted because it benefits them too. The military budget is outrageously large (close to how
  7. That's not the reason why. They are raising prices on drugs that already exist (see article below)..so that's just an excuse made by the pharmaceutical industry. Also that is only part of it as healthcare is not only about pharmaceuticals but this is about comprehensive health care coverage. In short, these companies are ripping people off. We spend so much on military budget (more than the 7 countries after us on the list combined) but refuse to treat healthcare as a human right. The whole thing against Medicare for All is just companies trying to continue to rip people off. Unfortunately, I
  8. Maybe I'm wrong but I did see that consistently over the history that nationalism (encouraged by all cultures) has been pretty toxic and caused racism and a lot of people to die for no good reason.
  9. A lot of Muslim parents unfortunately don't know how to raise their kids and pressure or force them to uphold cultural, social, and religious rules instead of being more open minded, forgiving and empathetic to their children. I'm not saying let your kids loose, have some rules but being strict will most likely just result in your kids hating you and running off doing worse stuff as soon as you let them off the leash.
  10. It's an American holiday. It comes from pilgrims and native Americans supposedly celebrating the harvest together but this is an article of the full story https://www.nytimes.com/2019/11/27/opinion/thanksgiving-history.amp.html
  11. The YouTube algorithm is pretty strange so you might not be able to get much views for a long time and have to be persistent and consistent in your videos. I recommend you start an original channel as it can get you more attraction as you won't be lost with the hundreds of videos with similar content.
  12. I think this actually happened to Ali Dawah (eventhough he is a salafi)
  13. This is duaa for worrying/anxiety https://www.duas.org/worries.htm
  14. As many of you know and understand Islam tends to be implemented culturally. This of course does not exclude Arabs as they are major offenders (I'm Arab) but we like to pretend that we don't implement Islam culturally as we speak Arabic. I even had a relative tell me that we are superior to people who aren't born speaking Arabic as their first language just because its the language of the Qur'an which angered me. But anyhow in cultures things are halal but culturally are "haram" and vice versa. Many eastern cultures still teach women to think that they are inferior to men because that is what
