  1. I am saying that Ibn Timmiya considered philosophy haram but he explains things by making use of philosophy, like brother also said that he rejected logic but traces his own beliefs by using it.
  2. Interesting questions, Q:1 : - It is straight forward no need to answer. Q:2: - God gave him choice to choose heaven or hell, it does not matter to God what he answers because what he chooses would be beneficial or harmful for him and not to God. However, sending guidance is helping and God does not leave anyone without it and if someone does not listen to what Prophet says, it is really his choice. There can be various reasons for God not helping him more: a) God has already fixed that he has given him intelligence and guidance, it, therefore, gives him control on himself to choose what he likes. b) God would not interfere in his choices and force him to accept what God likes because if God does that then what is point of giving them authority to choose between good and bad and Rewards and Punishments. c) God may not help him to choose for Him because he would want to show to his creation what is result of those who chooses other than Him. Q:3: - God did the necessary part for satisfying both physical and spiritual needs of his creation, for physical he provides food and for spiritual, he provides guidance through Prophets. Human is held responsible because he is granted the quality of choice between good and bad. He is responsible because he has authority to choose good for him and if he chooses bad for him, he is to get punishment, God does not exercises his choices. So for what he does, he is responsible not God. Perhaps you may say that God created him, creating something does not define that inventor did wrong, it depends upon user such as Knife is used for both cutting vegetables and slitting a throat, so the blacksmith will not be questioned abouts its use but the one who uses it.
  3. Ibn Timmiya didn't know that he is using logic brother, his belief that man's weakness requires him a powerful being who could solve his issues, is itself prove that human always need assistance is based on reason and logic, hence, he does not know what he was saying lolz
  4. wow Nani Aman, It was actually a worth a million advice, I agree with both of your id and your advice that no one can win from a woman in advice if she is Nani Ama.
  5. Nah, I have seen very religious among them, they debate and after debate is over, there is nothing among them. So, you say that they are indifferent and I accept it. And I say that it is better to be indifferent than to be hateful, at least it keeps peace in the society.
  6. But now they are peaceful towards each other. So, why can't we be ?
  7. I see, but don't most Christians knew that Prophet Jesus (عليه السلام) was considered as blasphemer by most of Jews ? I think they know it. But Christians are better in this thing but Most of Muslims are not.
  8. Yes, true 12 Imams and 4 Caliphs have nothing to do with hatred. Problem is of patience, Jews and Christians accept each others beliefs but we have never compromised even on names such as Shias and Sunnis. Beginning from you, why do you think that a Shia or a Sunni has no right to call himself Shia or Sunni ? are these bad words in meanings ? if not then why do you insist not to call Shias or Sunnis ?
  9. @Noor Taleb I think, this question was based on speculation and conjecture, how did he thought that one comes from many lolz
  10. I corrected the 3rd one again. re-read it. further you can also read this: 3. Many comes through one but one does not come from many and if many tries to minus one, they lose its value, even mathematically, such as 0+1=1. 1+1 =2. 2+1 = 3......
  11. well there is no doubt that being called a Muslim should be the norm. But eventually, you will require the terms to define that one who believes in 12 Imams and one who believe in 4 caliphs. If not for social purpose then for literary purposes. I believe that terms does not cause division but state of mind does. One should be patient to others who make choice for themselves if they are not violating other's rights.
  12. Praise be to Allah (عزّ وجلّ), he gave me opportunity to explain you from what He (عزّ وجلّ) taught me. You are welcome, I will try to help you till I run out of my memory and then we will find it together by swimming in the sea of Internet.
  13. lolz, everyone calls himself or herself Shia or Sunni after Muslim. Problem is that we are asked often in what teachings we believe and we say that we are Sunni or Shia what is wrong in it ?
  14. 1. God is infinite in words as well, it is said in Qur'an: "Even if all trees be pen and all seas be ink and there be seven seas to add them, the name of your lord will not be fully praised"....It shows our incapability that we consider that this one word of God is limited, Allah (عزّ وجلّ) is one but his power in infinite and everyone that describes him by one word such God, if he thinks that he has understood this one world God is mistaken because it contains infinite meanings and all beautiful qualities for which you do not have time to explain and if you do you will die without completing his all meanings concealed within such word. 2/ Being one does not define that it is selfish, it defines that others are weak that they cannot come into being without his permission. 3) One is distinguishable from none and not from many. For example: - If there are so many people in a room, you would say that there are many people in the room and will not say that there are one and many people, but if there is no one in the room, you would say that there is there is none in the room. But if there be one in the room, you would say there is none in the room except this one. And, God is not insecure but knowledgeable, just and punishes on evidence whatever he created which you have regarded as partner with Him, He (عزّ وجلّ) has not complained about worshiping others than Him except on the ground that they are limited and are they do not deserve to be called God as anything which is limited is not God, so that guy is probably trying that God may give someone respect without merit lolz for that. 4. Let us understand this, Universe is one in its essence but cannot be restrict it by your brain as it expands both at micro level and macro level that is if you start from grain, go on counting bigger bodies than grain, you will exhaust but it will not end, and like wise if you start from grain and go out counting smaller bodies that is atom and sub-atomic particle you will end. Since you cannot limit the boundaries of universe, how could you restrict him ?
  15. I am not saying you denied it, I am speaking about them.
  16. One who accepts Ahlebait (عليه السلام) has indeed accepted them due to the Prophet (PBUHHP) because he said to love them. And one who respects the quote of Prophet (PBUHHP) and is obedient to him is indeed a Muslim.
  17. He followed Sunnah like Imam Ali (عليه السلام) and was Shia like Mola Ali was Shia of our beloved Prophet.
  18. @Issam also do ask IslamQA, if Imam Jafar al Sadiq is Sunni like them, why aren't there so many hadith in Sahih Bukhari and other Hadith books ? while he was grandson of Prophet PBUHHP and near to him and also ask them why is that Imam Jafar al Sadiq believed in 12 Imams which is in your own books also but you deny 12 Imams ? So, if you have such contradiction with him, how do you consider him to be believer like you ?
  19. Ask IslamQA how many Imams they have ? they will say 4 but Imam Sadiq was our 6th Imam and he claimed it and we agreed to it, Sunni brothers accept his disciple as Hazrat Abu Hanifah as Imam, but do not call him Imam, so tell me who is near to Imam Jafar al Sadiq ?
  20. Brother, in fact, our Sunni brothers do not admit of Hadith of Sahih bukhari that says there will be 12 Imams, and we have 12 Imams but they fall short of following this hadith. Truth must be told.
  21. Yeh, he is Shia and Sunni of Muhammad PBUHHP and our Khalifah. about whom Prophet pbuhhp said that he will open seas of knowledge.
  22. We call ourselves Sunni but our love for Ahlebait gave us new title that is Shia
