Salam Uhty,
Inshallah you'll get through this bad spell (American idiom: for a short, unpleasant time).
l had a happy thought today. I was working on a fence and as l finished and went towards the house l sensed it was close to Asr (which it was and l do not keep timepieces on me). As l went on into the house, l thought, "Remembering the time for salah (each time) is like remembering the Last Day."

I’ve come here to say I have so much respect for Shia chat members I’ve joined discord and teens reek ! They have no sense of manners they are insolent and disrespectful creatures and must be slapped few times . Older people are amazing !!!

Well, it is a subject on its own, vast. I wouldn't know much about its vastness for I haven't had an opportunity to study it( was busy studying football in the field of play
). It is said to be necessary though as it gives 'something' as a target to be rid off. So you see, it being not there how are we to remove it?

@Noor Taleb Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, it means that you get compulsive thoughts which leads to various unwanted obsessions, we call it "وهم" or "وسواس" in Urdu. It started at the age of "15" in my case, when I saw the video of Nadeem Sarwar's Noha when I was watching Imam Ali (عليه السلام) being hit with sword in Sujood and the thought that triggered this very hurtful disease was what would you do for Imam Ali (عليه السلام) if you were there to save him. It is as old as hills for me. I am now 33 and living with it and Allah (عزّ وجلّ) is helping me to fight it.
