  1. Aslaam Alaikum brother. So I get this sometimes as well. I am acc a lot like you in this case bcuz I am above avg in religiousity or I am religious despite my young age. And there are a few things which I think you should consider. First of all as you said First of all a thing I do everynight when I dream or when I think about my future in spare time, I think about my future wife. I don’t pinpoint exactly she would be like internally and externally but I like to think about how much we would love each other for the sake of Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى) and how much we would get around in the house and the way she is so modest as in a bit of my personal preferences are that she would be good- looking, doesn't wear makeup or tight clothes(skinny jeans, short sleeves, high heels etc) WITH A HIJAB.. I would love if she wore a Chadar bcuz I feel like hijab for the body is also important. She would wear what I would say "The brand of Taqwa". This is externally by the way. Internally if she is strong devouted lover of Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى), Rasullulah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) and Ahlul Bayt (عليه السلام) and that she is caring and affectionate with you but rough and doesnt go near others much as Imam Sahib Asr Wa Zamman (عجّل الله تعالى فرجه الشريف) describes the perfect wife. And obviously qualities and virtues are very important as well. For e.g Humility, patience, gentleness, forbearance, affection, generousity etc. Again Im not going to pick every single one this qualities and virtues but a mix of some would be nice. You know so thats number 1. You're goal should be getting closer to Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى), fearing and loving Him (سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى) more, increasing you closeness of Ahlul Bayt (عليه السلام) and loving Ahlul Bayt (عليه السلام) Number 2 I would say that if you are a good looking guy or the way I would put and would describe myself as well to be pleased with the way Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى) created you, then no matter how hard it is lower your gaze, and if you are not shy act shy. Show a face that shows a face of ascetism, of humbleness, of desperately waiting and sadness of not seeing Imam Sahib Al Asr Wa Zamman (atfjs). If you sincerely feel this in your heart then do it otherwise there is no point in being or acting two faced for a girl. And Imam Ridha ( as) said that "If you us Ahlul Bayt (عليه السلام) then prepare to live a life of austerity". If you are like this then look for a future wife that you would want. That you long for to be with. For the reasons mentioned before loving, fearing and get closer to Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى), loving and getting closer to Rasullulah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) and Ahlul Bayt (عليه السلام) and having the I guess Halal fun that you always wanted. Number 3. Im personally like purifying my intentions. For example I now go gym with the intention that I look good in front of Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى) and am in my best form possible. IA will achieve it. I wear oud, attar when I pray namaz so I smell good in front of Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى). don’t get me wrong I still like playing football, tennis and stuff btw lol. Anyways hope this helps brother.
  2. Aslaam Alaikum Everyone. How are you all? Hope you are well. I wanted to ask does anyone know about how much Hazrat Abbas (عليه السلام) loved Imam Hasan (عليه السلام) other than the time of his (عليه السلام) Shahadat. We normally hear about Hazrat Abbas' (عليه السلام) love for Imam Husayn (عليه السلام)
  3. And I also agree that girls should be modest and chaste.
  4. Aslaam Alaikum Sister Was just looking through this topic and saw your comment. I agree with you 100%. I strongly believe that Muslim girls shouldn't wear paint job makeup,3/4 sleeves and showing barefeet. Then on top of that they put the hijab on top. I have strong opinions against make up. I think naturally beautifying yourself with natural products, creams, moisturisers, oud, attar, face washes and the traditions from Ahlul Bayt (عليه السلام) is a very good thing and should encourage it more. Girls out of fear of what they look like in the community put on makeup. What happened Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى) didnt create you beautiful enough?( insult to Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى)?) Or it gives them confidence or strength? If I ask them to take their makeup off them they get triggered. Sheikh Azhar Nasser said “God is beautiful and He loves beauty.” - Prophet Muhammad. The beauty of the body will eventually fade but the beauty of the soul endures & carries into the next life. You spend so much time beautifying this temporary body. When will you beautify the part of you that is eternal?
  5. Try and do wudhu everytime you go to the toilet. Eat yellow daal to soften the heart if you find it difficult to cry for Ahlul Bayt (عليه السلام) You can use miswaak instead of gum after meals. It cleans your teeth and leaves your mouth smelling amazing and the smelling effect lasts longer than gum. Pair that with some oud or attar and you will smell amazing overall.
  6. I don’t know any hadith but I read that he was on Imam Ali (عليه السلام) side at the Battle of Jamal. I read it on wikipedia. I think it could be wrong then
  7. Aslaam Alaikum Everyone. Hope you are all well. I wanted to ask what is the opinion of Abdul Rahman bin Abu Bakr in Shi'I thought. I heard he fought with Imam Ali ((عليه السلام)) at Jamal. I know his brother Muhammad was loyal to Ahlul Bayt (عليه السلام) but was he the same or not?
  8. Aslaam Alaikum Everyone. Hope you are all well. I had a question. Would anyone know what any of the Imams (عليه السلام) looked like in terms of their physique, appearance and height?
  9. What Ouds and Attars are among your favourites? Or do you like wearing? Im really into attars and ouds as well. I heard ouds are good for the Summer. But in general which ones would you recommend? Jazakallah brother. Will look at these. These all sound amazing.
  10. What Ouds and Attars are among your favourites? Or do you like wearing? Im really into attars and ouds as well. I heard ouds are good for the Summer. But in general which ones would you recommend?
  11. Allah Huma Salli Ala Muhammad Wale Muhammad wa'ajil farajahum
  12. Aslaam Alaikum Everyone. I just wanted ask if anyone would know beauty and self care tips for men. If you could recommend your favourite ittars and ouds and the brands or scents or tips for the hair, eyes, face, skin, beard. What health remedies are good on a daily basis for well-being. Would love to hear from you all. May Allah bless you all
  13. Aslaam Alaikum Everyone. Hope you are all well. I had a question about different soils of different shrines of the Imams of Ahlul Bayt (عليه السلام). I heard that you can eat the soil of Karbala. Can you eat the soil of Jannat ul Baqi (if you can get it) like the soil on top of the graves of Imam Hasan, Imam Sajjad, Imam Baqir and Imam Sadiq (عليه السلام)? Or the soil on the graves of the Imams (عليه السلام) at Mashhad,Kadhmain,Samarra or Najaf or the soil near their graves
  14. I will try finding the picture but instagram wont come up here. If you try putting Imam reza face on google images and look at the picture by eaworldview.com. And what I meant by being martyred from the inside is that the poison was so severe that he his whole body on the inside was hurt. Imam Hussain (عليه السلام) was massacred on the outside of his body whereas Imam Hasan (عليه السلام) was massacred on the inside of his body. Lanat be on the enemies of Ahlul Bayt (عليه السلام). muawiah la ,yazid la and joda la and the rest of the enemies of Ahlul Bayt (عليه السلام) .
  15. Aslaam Alaikum Everyone. I hope you are are all well. I had a few questions regarding Imam al Hasan (عليه السلام) Why is Imam Hasan not praised as much as Imam Hussain (عليه السلام) and why do people cut the face of this picture of Imam Reza (عليه السلام) and insert it along with his name to make him look bad. And why don’t we give 10 nights to both Imam Hasan and Imam Hussain (عليه السلام). 3 days for Imam Ali (عليه السلام), 3days for Bibi Fatima (s), 10 nights for Imam Hussain (عليه السلام) and *1 Night for Imam Hasan (عليه السلام). Imam al Hasan may have not been martyred from the outside but he was martyred from the inside. And why do we not say ya Hasan al muthanna or ya Umar bin Hasan or ya zayd? And did Zayd fight at Karabala? Btw I love The Ahlul Bayt (عليه السلام) equally and have zikr of Allah, Rasululah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) and the Ahlul Bayt (عليه السلام) and their companions and remember them daily. I just signed up and am willing to learn from you all.
