If a person is mature enough to raise children, they are mature enough for marriage. Whether they choose temporary or permanent will depend on preference and life conditions.
Look, you can take measures to reduce the probability of pregnancy, but there's never no risk. If you aren't ready to raise a child, you need to find more reasonable ways to deal with your urges, not risk making others suffer for your lack of self control.

Mutah is marriage with conditions - don't treat it lightly. If you should happen to produce a child with your "western girlfriend", are you prepared to raise and teach and nurture that child as a Muslim, and will your "western girlfriend" agree to it? If you are sixteen years old, you technically can work to support a family, but it will be very difficult. No pregnancy preventative other than abstinence is 100% effective.
Parents will answer for the upbringing of their children on the Day of Judgement.

@Waseem162 Our relationship with Allah doesn't depend on what culture dictates. Let's not follow the example of Christians who abstained from sex because they felt that it brought them closer to God.
Mut'ah is allowed at the end of the day, and it's entirely up to the brother. The brother should discuss the contract with his girlfriend beforehand, and make her aware of the pros and cons. This is a legal contract, allowed by the Ahlulaby(as).

There is no need to do a big debate about that. If she is from ahl hul Kitab and you make the procedures you need to do for mutah there is absolutely no problem to do it.

Dear brother if this person has a girlfriend this is normal to have sex with her but he needs to do an Islamic legal marriage before sexual act like nikah or mutah. I just don't understand what is exactly the problem here.

do u really believe imam a.s wants a secular govt..when imam Ali a.s sent his representative to kufa ..did he say he should form a secular govt over there because he is here in medina and not in kufa?
corruption was even in the days of Muhammad s.a.w and even in the days of Ali a.s and even in the days of remaining imams as but they strived for islamic govt not for a secular one
wilayate faqih is what is teached in hawzas..u can say no islamic govt is perfect and also what is taught in hawzas isnt perfect but what is taught in hawzas and an islamic govt is much better then what is taught in secular schools about accepting homosexuality and gender fluidity and the type of govt over there where u cant express your faith without getting a label on u ..and thenceforth being denied jobs and services on basis of political correctness

I just typed out an answer that took me 45 mins to formulate and it got erased:( In sha Allah Kheyr..
So what I was saying is, we have to discern between whether the "knowledge" we have is actually based in truth or if it's a based in falsehood. This is a responsibility we have to ourselves and others.
If I get lied to by somebody, and I don't know I was lied to, and then I go out and defend that person and the lie, my Niyatt is good in that I think and believe I am defending Truth, but in reality, I'm actually defending a lie AND a liar.(falsehood) This is where our own accountability comes into play, because we need to learn the truth by researching, asking questions, analyzing, and most importantly, being able to accept the Truth and change our minds when it comes to our attention that we have in fact been wrong, not let our ego prevent us from doing so.
Regarding punishment when someones niyatt/intention was good, for this, I don't think we can know because we don't know all the factors and variables involved, only Allah سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى does.  We don’t know If a person has willfully choosen to reject Truth when it came to them, and instead chose to persist in wrongly believing in falsehood. To do so is directly opposing Allahسُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى and that will be handled in a specific manner. On the other hand, if they were honestly never convinced of the truth, or if Truth never reached them, this is a different situation. The 2 situations are not the same. Only Allahسُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى knows the truth about a persons everything. There are too many factors involved for us to know, and a persons niyatt and what their basis for it is, is really unknown to us.
One thing that we know for sure is, there are only 2 types of peope who wont be questioned and judged regarding what they believe and what they have done in this dunya, and those are children and the mentally incompetent. The REST of us are expected to strive exceedingly hard in this trial of truth vs falsehood.
Regarding: the difference between good niyaat and aimaal being shown good
This is what our entire struggle in this dunya is about, learning  to discern the Truth from shaitans  falsehood. We have to be guided correctly and use our aql in such a way that we are able to see past the fascade of immorality and injustice being deceitfully covered with a fitrah-I appearance but being nothing but falsehood in reality. In most cases, we deceive and misguide ourselves based on several factors such as our inability to critically think, willfull ignorance, stubbornness to accept haqq when it comes to us, fear, etc. Most times, its not shaitan but our underdeveloped selves that lead us to perdition.
I hope I understood you correctly,
    w/s

Of course it has limitations. As an example, Muslim bin Uqbah had the niyyah of serving the Caliph when he plundered Medina (Harrah).
Not always. It's not about more know he or less knowledge but relevant knowledge and being able to apply that knowledge appropriately.

Absolutely Hijab is a must, it’s not even religious it’s also for community and promotes interest and closeness to religion. There are more positives than negatives, and of course it’s done in spirit of what happened in Karbala. All the sisters snatched of their hijabs, the veil of Allah snatched away. No woman or girl should go through that. It’s an honorable clause and law
islamic republic is trying its best to be Islamic, humans are not infallibles but what we can do is follow the infallibles...and worship and praise Allah through our communities etc etc

This means removing or blocking non mahram men from your phone.  Not going out with men on dates, or chatting with them over the phone.
Breaking all ties with non mahrams. No shaking hands, flirty smiles, or any physical contact.
Try your utmost to live a life of chastity and haya.
Make istighfar and most importantly don't return to that lifestyle.

I have begged mum to find me a boy and I want to get married soon as. This life has depressed me and made me sick to the point it’s affected my mental health and I ended up in situation I couldn’t get out of and took me on the path far from deen. I want to change I want to be a good Muslim and I want a good akhira, can I ever be forgiven for my sins?
