Even people who don't have cancer can be helped by eating healthy foods, avoiding inflammatory foods, gently walking or exercising moderately, while de-stressing to remove fear. What a comprehensive summary of excellent research! This is completely positive and healthy--the opposite of chemotherapy and radiation, which result in being immunocompromised instead of healthy. What a gift you are to us cancer readers. God bless you, Hameedeh!
