  1. I have seen many sunni brothers sharing references of hadiths regarding refrain from plastering of graves and celebrating urs and writting on graves. References(Sahih bukhari 1330, abu dawood 3225,3226,2042).While these all traditions are commonly being practised in our community. As we are aware of fact that maktab e tashaio is a school where all answers are given with logic and reference so can anyone give me a clear answer that why do we practice these traditions ? Note: I know some of you will say these hadiths are not right but i want a logical answer please
  2. Yes sir i know that and in that case we dont even need a fatwa as jihad kifai means jihad for defense but i am not talking about jihaad kifai i am talking about someone who has not attacked you who is not harmful to your life but to Islam like salman rushidie
  3. I wanted to ask can a mujtahid give fatwa on killing someone? And if he can give command of performing jihad against evil forces or only imam(a.s) or rasool (s.a.w.s) can give this order
  4. Why Allah uses different names for the fire ? Like sometimes naar, sometimes hutamat ( surah hamza ayat 4) and some times havia(surah alqaria ayat 9)? What is the differnce between these names ?
