To be fair, other scholars also say this or similar things about Nahj ul Balaghah.
IMO the Arabic Nahj ul Balaghah is alright(I don't claim Sahih). It is rather the poorly translated versions, english, persian and other, with a lot of wrong translations and interpretation of the translator in it.

Adab of Dua(Methods of Dua) or how you supplicate so that is accepted by God Almighty.

    Part II of the list:
9)Make the Dua whole-heartedly, convinced that God has seen you and listens to your voice and after making Dua grants you your Hajat(wish).

10)Never be tired of making Dua and being insistent, and keep on asking your Dua insistently.

11)Before starting the Dua, remember God’s blessings(Ni’ma) to you and then recognize your sins towards Him and repent for your sins.

12)Cutting one’s hope from enyone, except for God and having no hope with anyone except for God and knowing that no one is capable of giving your Hajat but only if God wishes is one of the condictions.

13)The clothing and food of him must be halal(Islamically allowed, i.e. not stolen and not haram), as one of the most important conditions of responding to Dua is halal provision.

14)Commiting sins is one of the reasons why Duas are not responded.

15)During supplication make sure you mention your Hajat specifically and don’t say “God knows what is in my heart and therefore I am not saying it”.

16)During supplication don’t only make Dua for yourself, but also mention others in your Dua

    17) Weeping during Dua is one of the major conditions of Dua.

18)Don’t make delay in supplicating until one is in trouble, instead always make Dua, even if you don’t have a certain wish and keep requesting from God.

If you follow the above advice, you will reach your goals faster, God willing.

    Here is the list:
1)search for the right time, there are very important times for supplication(Dua), like the night of Thursday, Friday, Day of Arafah, Month of Ramadhan, in the morning(after morning prayer), Nights of Qadr, etc.

2)search for holy and pure sites and places, like holy mosques, Masjid al-Haram(the Holy Mosque), Holy Shrines of Imam Ma'someen, especially Haram/Shrine of the Holy Prophet(s) and the Shrine of Aba Abdillah al-Hussain; the acceptance of Dua in Holy Shrine of Imam Hussain is guaranteed in traditions, Haram of the sons and daughters of Imams, etc.

3)during Nuzul of Rahmah, while God's mercy is bestowed upon us, like during rain and snow and ... between Adhan and Iqama, after Wajib Salaat(five obligatory prayers) and ... are states in which responding(Istijabat) of Dua is very close

4)wearing pure clothes during supplication, tahir, good smell etc.

    5)having Wudhu(ritual purity)

6)facing the Qibla is one of Adab(etiquette) of Dua

7)begging like beggars towards God, keeping up the hands to the sky, while supplicating

What would you suggest, non-Western Muslim girls living in the West do then?
Or you think they are not compatible to get married to a non-Western man who are usually lower in social status than themselves?
I agree that non-Western Muslim women living in the West need too long to get married, also due to social and cultural reasons. They are usually better educated and earn more money than their male counterparts, hence no urge to get married...
But they need a solution as well to get married, don't you think so?
The West has put things upside-down for Muslim society. And Muslims need to adapt new methods to survive there.
The situation is somehow similar in Iran, with similar number of unmarried women who want to explore the (Western) world!

Sunnis, Zaidis and Waqifis if they ever exist, are all equal.
An example of hadith that is accepted from Sunnis is hadith of Ghadir
An example of hadith that is not accepted from Sunnis is hadith about virtues of Mo'awyiah
Any opinion of Sunnis even if it was in accordance with Ahlulbayt teachings, is wrong as long as it is an opinion.
An example of opinion vs narration is the hadith of ghadir, although we accept the hadith of ghadir (at least as historical fact) we do not accept their interpretation of the hadith ( That it meant that Ali was prophet friend).

Same rule can be applied on any sect. There were men called children of fadhaal , they were good hadith narrators and compilers but they had another extra imam, a son of Imam Sadiq, plus our imams. Our Imams orders were to take their narrations but leave their opinions.
The Waqifi selection in that site is not really waqifi per se. It is a 12er traditions that been compiled by 12ers, taught by 12ers imams, filtered and corrected by 12ers imams, copied and distributed by the order of 12ers imams.  Although some of the men of their chain are waifs but the content of the hadith is the words of Imam Sadiq and the content plus the meaning when coupled in categorized books were approved by the later Imams.

Parents.! When it comes to getting married they can be a real pain in the arse.!

Personally, starting when I was in high school, I started hearing this cwap. So, ten plus years later, when I did find someone, I heard this (literally) screaming and cursing about "you can't marry this girl". The girl herself got the same routine. Why? Because she is Chinese.
So a few years later I got a job in East Asia, and as I was going out the door, my mother tells me that she and my father talked about it and if I came home with an oriental wife it was OK with them. I remember exactly what I thought: "You can't hit her, she's your mother." I almost did it anyway.

If you'd like some practical advice from me, an old guy, just ask.

    Oh, I forgot.

Marriage Sites: These a basically a good idea. The problem is you get "stock answers" and "stock profiles".

Reason, it is very hard for people to articulate what they want in a spouse. And both sexes can be wandering around in some idealistic state.

Really, if I was a girl I would not decide for some guy holding for my hand and losing my family over it and later have the risk that the man finds a better one. There are families who accept multicultural marriage and as a guy I would go there if I insisted on marrying someone from another culture. That's it about marriage, nothing more nothing less.

Do some research on your own and don't blame me for what other Ulama have stated.
Here just some start for your research about my 'absurd, unjustified statements':

Look up the "Opposition from Grand Ayatollahs" part and the links where the right citations are and then come back and accuse me of whatever you want. And please don't say as an excuse that it is Wikipedia. I said, do your own research on his Ijtehad(means not how good or bad he was).
And please don't miss the Shaikh Jawad Tabrizi part.

Shiabro reacted to Waiting for HIM in Syria - No End In Sight.
Yes end of takfiri terror is very near in Syria. Gone are the days of hands in the glove approach of Shia towards Salafis. Shia by their religious makeup are extremely lousy at killing/hurting other Muslims (Sunnis or Salafis) but are top level fighters when it comes to defending their ground against non-Muslims (as we have seen in Lebanon, Pakistan, Afghanistan).
Salafis were lucky that they had Shia as their imaginary foes so they killed them and destroyed their lives and communities without the fear of reprisal.
Of late, Salafis messed with moral less, less ethical peoples. Thence comes the pictures of 'Morsi in the clown cage', 'free for all live bullet showers on Ikhwan in Egypt', some factions of Saudi thugs abandoning some of Salafi gangs so wait for evaporation of Salafis in certain parts of the world.
But the real fun would begin when secular Syrians will be done with protecting their keep. The Baathist Syria reprisal would be brutal, would be merciless, would be non-ethical. It won't surpirse me if all, 100% of, the Salafi mosques would be blown into pieces in Syria, anybody caught with a shaved mustache and long beard would be skinned alive in the Syrian prisons, all burqa clad would be chased off to the hell and so on.
Salafi honeymoon of terror was over when they moved away from killing only the Shia and started messing up with so called secular regimes.
Meanwhile when the gutters are being cleansed, just hunker down and watch the show, just like our righteous ancestors did when Banu Abbas were given blood ghusl by invading Mongols.
I agree but disagree, one thing I've learned about Lebanese' method of doing things (by following the news for past decade or so), contingency planning is given 100x more weight than a blind jump into the fire pit. All those who thought they got involved in Syria on a religious-emotional pretext to protect 'just' the Sayeeda Zainab are mistaken. It was a very calculated and thoughtful move. One dividend has already been showing up in the form of trained legions among Shia Arabs of greater ME, something which was unheard of 3 years ago.
Those who are tasked with contingency planning would already be aware of the 3rd, 4th, and 5th plans of the Saudi psychos and would be preparing accordingly.

The most, it is going to take the Syrian government and its allies is (2 years) to finish the job. By the end of summer-2014, the entire rebel strongholds will fall... then it is going to be pockets ambushes or bombings across the country for another 16 months or so...
After Yabroud, I think Aleppo will be the target of the Syrian government.. which after a month or so of bloody battle will fall..once that happens, the rebels are done... East Syria and Kurdish regions are out of control because the government let it be and it does not want to be involved across the country.. those regions are easily controlled when the right times come... 1 year ago ppl on this forum or outside never seen the current developments and acheivements coming... they all believed Syria is not going to be under the 'regime' control again by force... BUT, the Syrian government and its allies FORCED the terrorists out of many cities!

In case you guys did not notice, Saudi, Qatar, Turkey and other Gulf states are already scared of the outcomes and they are enlisting them as terrorists and trying to distance themselves from them something that they don't enjoy, but out of helplessness!

And thank God, it is not going to spread to Lebanon or Iraq.... they wish! And that was the plan, but they lost it. They will never have the courage to go into an open war in Iraq (they could not even do it in Anbar with the backing of many locals) and in Lebanon even the terrorist groups like Azam brigades is announcing that it is sorry for Shia-civilians death that happened under their bombings some weeks ago.

All the Syrian government needs to do is to go strong against these ppl, never give them a chance, never stop ambushing them, going after them repeatedly every day! 2 years is the max I believe.

And as we speak, I got news from some sources that militants and Takfiris in Yabroud came to conclusion that they can no longer hold onto the areas and they must find ways to exit the areas and give up as they did in Qusayr. The west and Saudis or anybody else is in no position to help a divided and animal-like juncle boys or to organize them for current battles or the wars that will be imposed on them soon!

OP: you are giving in too much to these Salafi jungle boys with a lot of creditd to say they can hold on for "a decade" to fight in Syria. That is not going to happend.

No, he doesn't, he is neutral towards Habib's public appearance and his channel. Sayed Sadiq Shirazi has this approach to never publicly go against Shia. He never explicitly mentions anyone.
Sayed Mujtaba and Sayed Ahmad Shirazi approve of his channel. But do not confuse all the Shirazis and put all in the same pot.
Also why should we waste our times condemning Habib, while Salafis and Wahabis see us as Kuffar and our blood as halal, whether we are Habib supporters or not.
If Sunnis are reasonable they do their own reasearch and know that Yasir Habib is a noone in the Shia world.
Do Shia go around and call all Sunnis supporters of Mullah Umar or Taliban? No.

You need not think out of the box to know where the roots of poverty lie.
Take all the Arab and Muslim governments(like Busta Rhymes say "Arab Money". All those natural ressources sold, who gets the money? It is Arab governments. That money belong to people - it is called Bayt al Mal and is an Islamic term, it is supposed to be used for building a good infrastructure, and give the people.
Take Lybia - Gaddafi and his clan who had billions in Switzerland, Italy and South Africa
Take Iraq - Saddam and his clan same (and all that money is gone, never get it back from those banks)
    Saudi Arabia - worst
Afghanistan - has natural ressources worth 3 trillion dollars, making it the richest country in Asia - all gone to corrupted politicians who put it in offshore bank accounts
Palestine - Yasser Arafat, having billions in Switzerland, Hamas corrupt government etc.
    and and and
Where does the roots of all this lie in Islamic history? With Holy Prophet? He declared who should be after him so that no corruption happens, but did Muslims obey? Till this day? Did the Prophet take the money for him self on bank accounts or did he spread it among the people?
