  1. Salam, I am a born Shia and im 15 years old. A lot of Shias make dua to Allah by asking Imam Ali((عليه السلام)) to pray to Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى) for them. In surah al Ahqaf, 46:5 in the Qur'an, it says "And who is more astray than he who invokes besides Allah those who will not respond to him until the Day of Resurrection, and they, of their invocation, are unaware." And surah yunus 10:106 in the Qur'an: "And do not invoke besides Allah that which neither benefits you nor harms you, for if you did, then indeed you would be of the wrongdoers." Please tell me if these have any correlation with asking Imams to pray to Allah for them, and if they don't why is there no correlation? Thanks.
  2. Salam, Could anyone possibly send the link of a Shia translated Qur'an, with transliteration and the Arabic? I would really appreciate it thank you

  5. I am not very good at reading Arabic and I am only 15 years old. Should I get a transliteration Qur'an? Or an english translated Qur'an?
  6. Why do some people say that Prophet Muhammad had a marriage with a girl much much younger than him? Where do they get this information from?
  7. Thank you for taking the time to read this, I’m a born Muslim alhamdullilah and I’m only 15 years of age. Recently whenever I try to picture Islam and especially Prophet Muhammad (سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى), my mind just creates a cloud and I can’t think properly and I don’t feel like I have an emotional connection to Islam and especially Prophet Muhammad (سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى). I’m not sure why this is however I have a feeling it’s due to the lack of knowledge of Islam and Prophet Muhammad (سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى). Could somebody please link a short story to the life of Prophet Muhammad (سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى) and give suggestions as to why I don’t have the emotional connection to Islam like I want? Thank you
  8. I’m a Shia but I just want to know isnt sex before marriage haram? How comes zawaj mutah makes it halal?
  9. Why do Sunni Muslims always say that Shias say bad things about Prophet Muhammad((سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى))’s wife(s)? Is this true? And if so why do we?
  10. I am 15 years olds, and I’ve been praying for a few years. However I’m concerned as to whether I’m doing wudhu right. Can someone please tell me the steps to wudhu and what you have to say(like bismillah al rahman al raheem)? Thank you
  11. Hello I am a 15 year old Iraqi boy with my family all being Iraqi. With the assassination of General Soleimani, what are the risks here in UK of attacks from Iraq and Iran and Middle East and am I safe here? Thank you very much. And how old do you have to be to join the Iraqi army?
  12. I used to(when I was 11 I’m 15 now) always come back home late as I had clubs and I would never pray the qadha for thohr and acr and I’m pretty sure I have a massive amount of qadha but I don't know what to do? What should I do?
  13. Is listening to music haram, and if it is where does it say in the Qur'an?
  14. I’m 14 year olds and I’m still learning a lot about Islam and I’m learning about the miracles of Allah and the Qur'an and I’m loving it. However I’ve been going through a lot of stress recently with family and exams so I have not been focussed on anything. I’m not sure if that is the reason or whether I’m losing imaan but I can’t explain the feeling, it feels like I’m sort of not doing enough and I can’t think straight when I think of Islam and Allah and I don't know it feels like im not taking it seriously almost.I think the best way to explain it is my mind is very cloudy with other stuff and whenever I think about Islam it’s blurry. can anyone give me tips. Thank you
  15. I am a 14 year old teenager and I love my mum more than anything, in my opinion she is the best mum. But however two days ago, she started pointing out some stuff about me that she thought were mistakes but she just misunderstood, I would say calmly, mama that’s not what happened and mama that’s different but then it really started getting to my head and I just burst saying stuff I shouldn’t have said and I can obviously tell she was upset, the argument ended but then later on that day it started again and it was pretty much the same thing. And since then we haven’t talked properly, I’ve tried to talk to her, tried to make her laugh and she would just go mhm hmm mhm. And today in the morning I was leaving for school and I kissed my mum and she usually kisses me but she didn’t and I asked her why, she didn’t reply she just nudged. Thank you for reading this, what should I do?
