  1. My parable post wasn't published... [Mod Note: This is a serious topic. No fantasy parable (joke) allowed.]
  2. This is very puzzling. In fact it is illogical. A martyr is someone who dies for someone else's cause. Because they believe in that cause. Hussain died to become caliph... was this martyrdom or vain egotism? I wonder if dying to become caliph is the central message of shiaism? But on the other hand, hypocritically, shias don't want Sunnis to support caliphs.

    Question to Sunnis - Kerbela

The heart, if it is not open to others, like shia, becomes lonely in its vast loneliness. Then one seeks out friends.. debate.. profound thought.. and finally accumulation. But what of propriety? Where are the seekers of joy from sadness to be condemned for open greed and gain?

    Question to Sunnis - Kerbela

The heart needs us to understand in an emotional way, we need to understand ourselves but the rub is that we don't understand this.

    Question to Sunnis - Kerbela

Hardness is not what Imam Hussain advised...

    Question to Sunnis - Kerbela

Why is no one on topic? The point is why none of the sahaba's turned up to Hussain's martyrdom? Well, it is an interesting question and we must applaud the questioner for asking what many shia ask in their hearts. Why do the Sunnis not come? They have hard hearts?
