I took my Shahada on Wednesday it was wonderfull..im now trying my best to learn salah. I get confused with the words..i know it's early days. Does anyone have advice..i can just about do the movements but it's what words go where

I suffer from mental health issues BPD and Schitzoaffective disorder..and some days are worse than others. I suffer from mood swings and other things which makes it hard to concentrate on prayer what is the ruling regarding salah?

Am waiting for the imam to contact me..once I become a muslim I would like to learn how to pray. I've gone to youtube and watched on there about prayer..due to Illness I cannot bend down to put my head on the floor..can I pray Sat down?? And what else should do...?

I'm still waiting for the mosque to contact me...am not patient so I'm hoping that they contact me. Due to the mosque being far and my disability I can't go in person but can I become a muslim via phone.

Thank you to all who answered my last question. I've been online and the nearest Shia mosque is Manchester and apart from my illnesses it's a good long way. I've sent the imam a message asking about reverting to Shia Muslim. I know a little about Sunni Muslim from a friend and I was told a little. But I feel that Shia Islam is the correct way to go. Any advice would be appreciated.

I am an older woman who is disabled and I'm interested in learning about Shia Islam and how to revert. Can you advise me on how to do This??
