    Hawza Life

Before I started a Hawza life I used to do lot of research online How to get admission and stuff but I’ve never get enough information about it. So today I’ll tell you all the steps.

Ps:  It’s better to have some worldly education (At least High school or even Masters) not because they will not accept you.But If you have worldly education, you’ll have better understanding of Islamic Knowledge.

Al Mustafa International University Iran Is the head of all Hawza’s across the globe

Almost all Hawza’s are under Al Mustafa University

    Admissions

There is no specific time to get admission you can take whenever you want. If you have any of following passport you might not get admission as quick (Pakistani, Indian) not because that they are racist but actually there are lot of Pakistani's Indians studying here and there space is almost full for these countries.

    How to get Admission?

There are three ways to get admission

1: If there is a Jamatul Mustafa branch in your country you should contact them and fill the admission forum and wait till they accept you and send your student visa.

2: Apply Online on “rsampa.miu.ac.ir  . Fill the forum and wait till they contact you (Normally it will take around 3-9 months)

3: Visit Iran for Ziarah and visit Jamatul Mustafa in Qom and fill the online forum and wait till they do your work (it’ll take about a month) They might provide you temporary accommodation

    After you get admission

They will provide you temporary accommodation and after that they will send you to Farsi Learning School.

    You’ll have 4 options

    1: Qom

    2: Mashhad

    3:Esfahan

    4: Ishtian

You can choose from following!!!From where you want to learn Farsi and Tamhedia(Basic Islamic Laws)

Rooms are quite normal you’ll get your own bed with a small wardrobe. And you’ll have to live with other 7 students in one room

    Timing

    Breakfast: 7:15am

    Class: Usually it’s from 8am to 1pm

    Lunch: After 1pm

    Dinner after Maghribain/ 8pm

    Lights off 11pm

    What will they provide?

    Hostel

Pocket money 48 Dollars (per month)

3 time food (Thursday only 2 times and Friday no food)

    Health Insurance

Ps: For married couple things are quite different

They have limited houses for couples (You might have to wait for your turn)

To Rent a house it may cost you around  45$ a month for 2 rooms but you’ll have to gave Rehen(Security) this depends on House/Area where you’re living it might be from 2000$ to 15000$ (You’ll get this money back when you’ll leave the house)

What will you do after finishing Persian & Tamhedia?

Then you’ll have to choose which Madrasa you want to go.

There is only Two options Farsi or Arabic Madrasa for advance Islamic Studies

For Example: Imam Khomenai University, Hujjatiya (They are Farsi Madrasas)

Ahlulbayt & Imam Sadiq (as) Madrassa are Arabic Madrasas

In these Madrasa they will teach you advance Islam.

Can I get a job after becoming a Scholar?

Well first of all remember that you're on Allah's way and sacrificing yourself for Allah you shouldn’t think that you won’t get a job.

There are options if you want to live in Iran as a student they’ll provide you money (Hardly enough).

Other than that there are few other options

For Example: You can be a writer, You can be a Translator, You can be a public speaker (most of the Hawza students becomes speaker)

You can go back to your country and serve your community.

Ps: If any sister wanted to start a Hawza life there are also Hawza's for sister ,,, Bint ul Huda in Qom etc

    Best of Luck
If you still have any questions, feel free to ask!

I am being firm, not strict. This is the stuff that misguided me when I was a Sunni, made me hate people that I never met. It's a waste of time, Sid, in my opinion but if you want to refute this garbage, go ahead, just don't expect people to behave like adults and use reason and logic.
I don't know what kind of Shia would be misguided by anti-Majoos videos but it won't happen if guided properly. It's kind of hard to take a YouTube channel that insults your beliefs on a daily basis seriously.

It is important that we stop feuding and start dialogues and discussions. We have enough fitna's and beefs going around our Muslim Ummah as it is. We don't need anymore especially not within our own sect!
As a general rule, let's please not fall for any divide and conquer tactics.
    May Allah guide us.

    What's all this rumble bumble?
Just ask this, past 2-3 years, how many lectures on/related Hazrat Zaynab has the Shirazi affiliated scholars given? And ooooooh whyyyy so little????

From there....do some math......if you do the integrals and derivatives right, you will see things clearly. If not, you will always find them on Satellite TV and between Gucci and Dior shops in London!

    Good luck peoples!

On Mujtaba Shirazi and his obvious extremism, I think @DigitalUmmahhas already spoken my thoughts.
As for videos attacking Sayed Khamenei, made by many channels such as Pearls of Islam, AbuBakrZindiq and Aisha Kafira, that should definitely be condemned. And as for videos done by many WF'ers calling Yasser al Habib, Sayed Shirazi, so on agents of the West, as even Sayed Nasrullah has stooped down to that level, is a lame excuse, really. These people make their earnings off of donations from their followers, not 100 Shekel bills stuck in love notes from the FBI. It also doesn't help referring to Khamenei as "leader of the muslim ummah," as the bulk of the Muslim Ummah does not follow him in matters of fiqh, etc.
If we don't recognize that there are extremists on both sides, then we will get nowhere. The two Sayeds are grown men. Their followers are grown men. Why not meet up and resolve this! Issues regarding some Shirazi affiliates like Al Habib and Tawhidi can be discussed. Khamenei's stance on Muslim "unity," and his relations with Hezbollah which many Shirazi followers are critical of, can be discussed. We need to end this stupidity and extremism and replace it with dialogue.

Woe onto you O! you who says to love Ahlebait a.s,
Have you did all what they told you!
Did you fast every day and feel the pain of the orphans who are starving,
Do you pray and prostrate in the manner that they told you?
Did you weep in the sujood and every Ruku by remembering your sins,
Remembering that how negligent were you in saying thanks to God!
Woe unto you! Who says I am Shia-e-Ali,
While you have not stopped lying and fooling others,
Woe unto you! Who says I am lover of Ahlebait a.s,
Have you given up long desires?
Woe unto you! Who Says I am servant of Ahlebait a.s,
Who stay silent and does not do anything,
And do not do acts to shorten the occultation of Imam e Zamana a.s,
Woe unto you! Who believes that he is immune from hell due to love of Ahlebait a.s,
Do not you remember your previous sins among which, a single sin is sufficient to put you in hell.
You should have dug deep and put your face into soil and buried it, so, that your lord would not see it.
Alas! Ya Rab, forgive me for my sins, for the sake of Ahlebait a.s,
I was fooled by my nafs and this world and forgot you while sinning,
While now that I abhor my sins and my past, and understood that you are watching me always do not turn me away.
O! Ali ibn Abu Talib, I tried my best but could not prove myself to be as good as you wanted your shia be,
Now that my own hopes are exhausted as regards my actions, I request you to pray for me and intercede on my behalf so that I be as good as your real Shia.

HM07 reacted to mesbah in Why didn't Imams cure cancer?
On the day of Ashura, at noon, a faithful Jinn came to Imam Husayn Úáíå ÇáÓáÇã and said "allow me to kill of your enemies"
The Imam said "I have more powers, but how they'd be tested?"
    Your question has different dimensions.
Q1:Why the Imams didn't show miracles here and there? they could get everyone to accept them as divine Imams.
A:No, many prophets showed a lot of miracles, yet they were denied. Because simply, the problem of some peiple and its solution is not a miracle:
Whenever some sign comes to them, they say:" We will never believe until we are given the same as God's messengers were given." God is quite Aware as to where He should place His message; belittlement by God and stern torment will strike those who commit crimes because of what they have been plotting. 6:124
Even though We sent you down something written on a papyrus scroll so they might touch it with their own hands, those who disbelieve would still say:" This is just sheer magic!" 6:7
They will not believe in it, even though the custom of early people has already preceded it.
Even though We opened up a gate to Heaven for them so they might keep on climbing into it
they still would say:" Our eyesight has been dazzled-in fact, we are enchanted folk!"  15:13-15
Q2-Why God doesn't show us (human-beings) miracles any longer? (as if miracles only existed in the ancient world)
A: Witnessing a miracle would make your responsibility even greater and more serious:
When the disciples said: 'Jesus, son of Mary, can your Lord send a Table down from Heaven for us? ', he said: 'Heed God if you are believers! '
They said: 'We want to eat from it, and for our hearts to feel at rest, and so we know that you have told us the Truth, and that we should be witnesses for it.'
Jesus the son of Mary said: 'O God our Lord, send us down a Table from Heaven so it may be a recurring feast for us, for both the first of us and the last of us, and as a sign from You! Provide for us, since you are the best Provider.
God said: 'I shall send it down to you. Any of you who disbelieves afterward, I shall punish with such torment as I have never punished anyone in the Universe! '" 5:112-115
Miracles sometimes have opposite effects, like Israelites turned more barefaced after witnessing several miracles. 2:40-47
Nothing has prevented Us from sending signs except that early men rejected them. We sent Thamud the she-camel to open their eyes, yet they mistreated her. We merely send signs in order to frighten [people]. 17:59
Or you may say:" If the Book had been sent down to us, We would be better guided than they are." Evidence has now come to you from your Lord, as well as guidance and mercy. Who is more in the wrong than someone who rejects God's signs and even evades them? We will reward those who evade Our signs with the worst torment because they have acted so evasive. 6:157
Whenever Our verses are recited to them, they say:"We have heard [it] already; if we wished to, we'd say the same as this. These are only myths by primitive people!" 8:31
When Our clear signs are recited to those who do not expect to meet Us, they say:" Bring some other Reading than this, or else change it!" SAY:" It is not up to me to change it of my own accord, because of whatever I may encounter in it on my own. I merely follow what is inspired in me. I fear torment on an awful day if I should disobey my Lord!" 10:15
Q3: Why God doesn't intervene in horrible situations?
A: He should make room for test, according to His wisdom:
Blessed is He in Whose hands there rests control; He is Capable of [doing] everything,
the One Who created death and life, so He may test which of you is finest in action. He is the Powerful, the Forgiving" 67:1-2
Every soul shall taste death. We will test you [all] with something bad and something good as a trial; then to Us will you be returned! 21:35
Do you suppose that you shall enter paradise though there has not yet come to you the like of what befell who went before you? Stress and distress befell them and they were convulsed until the apostle and the faithful who were with him said," When will Allah's help [come]?" Look! Allah's help is indeed near! 2:214

    (salam)
welcome to islam and shiachat brother.
I'm sorry to tell you this but this person you and your friend look up to is a hate mongerer, the worst thing you could do is try to be anything like him. I'm quite suprised, most people come the islam because they assume it is a peaceful brotherly religion and they wish to get close to Allah, not because they wish to insult other people at every chance they get- and as a result of this person, there is no doubt that people have been killed as a direct result of this person's lectures.
If want people who represent the true spirit of islam watch Hassanain Rajabali, Sayed Ammar Nakshawani, those two are the best, but there are others. Do me a favour, watch some of their lectures, and then decide which path you wish to walk down.
May Allah guided you and help you make the right choice insha'Allah
