AmirAlmuminin Lover got a reaction from Diaz in Can we break fast at Sunni maghrib time?
    Salaam Alaykum
I checked Ayatollah Bahjat, Khamenei, Makaram Shirazy, Sistani, Fazel, Safi, Noury, Tabrizy and Vahid.
All said the time to do Iftar is Maghrib time. Maghrib time is a time that sun is hidden in horizon and the sky redness is removed from the sky(when you stand outside, if you look above your head, you won't see the redness)
Maghrib is different than Ghroub. Maghrib happens 15-20 mins after Ghroub. This time is pray time, so you must wait till after Azan. Shiite time is correct.

AmirAlmuminin Lover got a reaction from AmirioTheMuzzy in What do you think about 1988 executions ?
    Salaam Alaykum
First of all, Wikipedia is an open source website, and anybody can change its data.
About executions, Mojahedin Khalgh were the ISIS of 1988. Did you know that? Do you know how many innocent men and women they killed and tortured?
There are a lot of pictures online showing that Mojahedin Khalgh group killed normal people JUST BECAUSE THEY HAD HIJAB OR BEARD. WHOEVER THEY FOUND ON THE STREET WHO SUPPORTS ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF IRAN, THEY KILL HIM/HER. You're probably surprised, but it is true. They were ISIS of 1988. Whenever they found a hijabi woman alone, they killed her or kidnapped her and tortured her in their houses until she becomes dead. Whenever they found a man with beard, they did same. They put used to throw hand grenade in the grocery stores who had picture of Imam Khomaini on the wall.
Do you want to know what they did for torturing religious people? Search it online. I can't tell you here. I just tell you that even an animal won't do that to human beings.
How many people did Mojahedin Khalgh kill? In a report within themselves, they declared that they killed 400 people in one month of the year in one city. This process continued from the beginning. Mojahedin Khalgh group started killing people from 1981-1988. For 7 years they killed religious people and Iran politicians. Mojahedin Khalgh killed Iran president of the time, Mr. Rajaee. Mojahedin Khalgh killed good Iran politicians like Mr. Beheshti. They bombed the location of Ayatollah Khamenei's speech, and Ayatollah Khamenei lost his right hand. Mojahedin Khalgh didn't kill politicians only. As I said before, they killed normal people as well. In fact, more than 90% of their victims were normal religious people on streets who didn't have any connection with politics. Their only sin was being religious and suppotive of IRI.
In every operation of Mojahedin Khalgh group, Iran police forces prisoned some of them. Every time police freed some of them, they killed and tortured more. It was in point that police officers and politicians came to Imam Khomeini and asked him what they should do towards Mojahedin Khalgh in prisons because they are very dangerous(they are 1988 ISIS). Imam Khomaini said:" Whoever promises not to kill people and make trouble for IRI, free him/her". Finally police officers said to those who were prisoned:" IF YOU WRITE DOWN ON PAPER THAT YOU DON'T HAVE ANY BELIEF IN ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF IRAN, BUT YOU ALSO DON'T FIGHT AGAINST THE COUNTRY, YOU WILL BE FREE". This is the minimum thing to free a person. Yes brother, those who were executed were among those Mojahedin Khalgh group that didn't write that down. The reason the police did that was because every time police freed some of them, they again killed and tortured innocent men/women. After 7 years of killing people, police decided to do that. They had no choice. Those who wrote it down on the paper, started killing people right after going out of prison. Mojahedin Khalgh went from Iran to Iraq, and then they decided to attack Iran. Remember Iran was already in war with Iraq in that time. Imagine how much trouble Iran was struggling with. Anyway, Mojahedin Khalgh attacked Iran, but Iranian forces killed them all in that war. Guess what! Almost half of the Mojahedin Khalgh who were killed in the war were those people who wrote down that paper and signed it. Yes brother, that was a minimum thing to free a person, but those cruel people acted against their promises.

This video is about "Mersad Operation" that Iran killed them all in that war.

AmirAlmuminin Lover got a reaction from Kaya in Polygamy among Shia communities
Yes, unfortunately this religious practice is rare in Iran. On the other hand, number of women who are responsible for the family increased and these women struggling with lots of financial problems. Moreover, number of Haraam relationship also increased. It's surprising that this increment in the number of Haraam relationships is normal to some Muslim men and women, but Mutah or polygamy are still taboo and unwanted. This is upsetting.
I never had polygamy in my mind before, but after I realized people are pointing out men who practice polygamy, I decided to do it. I just want to keep this religious practice alive. I know that a lot of people may backbite me in future(which is also ok to some of those men/women who oppose this religious practice), but I don't care. I don't follow their ideas, I follow my religion. Some men has different girl friends in Iran, and all those girls are OK with that. As soon as you tell them why don't you make it Halal? They give you countless astray responses to justify their Haraam relationships.
Another thing is that men must not use polygamy as a tool to leave their first wives. They must be just and fair like the way religion says. In this case, polygamy is beneficial to both the man and his wives. If polygamy was detrimental, religion wouldn't make it Halal.

The answer of your question is YES. You pay your Zakat and the Zakat of your wife and children and whoever depends on you. The proper time of paying Zakat starts from the night before Eid Al-Fitr to the noon of the Eid day, and you should pay it BEFORE doing Eid Al-Fitr pray.

I also remember another Fatawa from Ayatollah Sistani that whatever is preventing water to touch skin even for a very small amount, must be removed before doing Wudu or Ghusl.

This video is based on Sunni books and shows that Ali Ibn Abi Taleb was born in Kaaba. All hadeeth are Sahih and proved to be correct. All authors are Sunni scholars. I have a question from my Sunni brothers and sisters:
Why should I leave a person who was born in Kaaba and follow persons(Abubakr and Omar) who took Khilafat by force and talking about Khilafat while prophet was not buried yet?

AmirAlmuminin Lover got a reaction from Revert1963 in Racism
I had been subject of recism before because I'm Hazarah. Hazarah people have some common traces with people of Afghanistan. If you look at them, you notice that from their faces. Hazarah people are hard working and sincere, BUT they are subject of racism from some immature Iranian people in Iran and outside of Iran. Afghani people and Hazarah people sometimes being tortured emotionally from the eyes and sharp words of some people in Iran. I remember that a guy at school used to disrespect me just because I'm Hazarah. It's SO unjust. I can't describe how a person feels when he/she is racism subject. People who do racism are small pitiable people.
Racism is a huge topic, and it's pretty common in west. I remember when a bomb attack happened in France, YouTube used France flag on its website. A week before that, there was a terrorist attack in middle east (I think Lebonan), but nobody said anything. This is racism. If they are concerned about humanity, middle easterns are also human. Another example. You probably saw that when an Indian or Afghani person converts to Islam, people are not that much excited compared to when an American person converts to Islam. This is racism. Racism is far more common than what we think. I noticed this a lot that some Iranians think they are much better and more human than Afghani people. So stupid idea. Afghani people and Iranians are talking same language, same religion, and live in almost same geographic location.  My friend who claimed to be religious told me one time:" Amin, whenever I see an Afghani person in the bus, I want to go and beat him". See how inhumane is his comment. I hate racism and people with racism mentality.

Helping her is Mustahab, but gradually making emotional relationship and falling in sin is Haram. If you are concerned about her, next time talk with her in a formal way and try to convince her that this habit is not allowed in Islam. Be formal, so that you are not in emotional contact with her. Protect yourself as well.
Best method is asking your sister or your mother to go and talk with her to stop this habit. A woman who knows her, and she knows them as well

I listen to it at least one time every week, sometimes everyday. I hope you know a bit of Arabic because knowing what it says makes it more beautiful

    2. Last time I saw my parents face to face was over 3 years ago (I live in US, and my parents in Iran). I don't remember to be honest, but I remember one time clearly that my mother shouted at me loudly and said:" You are stupid". My brother was there. He also heard. I was looking at the ground the entire time and didn't say anything. My brother was surprised because of my reaction. From that time, my mum always says I have good temper

I live in Chicago, and I do have some activities at Shia Mosques here. There is one shia mosque in Chicago called MASOM. Here is the link(you can see address and Sheikh of the mosque):
    http://masom.com
There is one Shia mosque at Streamwood called baitulilm which is one hour drive from Chicago. Here is the link(baitulilm is جامع mosque):
    http://www.baitulilm.org
There is one Shia mosque at Glendale Heights(one hour drive from Chicago). I don't know the link. Most people over there are from India. I attended this mosque several times.
There is one Irshad Learning Center at Naperville (one hour drive from Chicago) which are mostly Iranians. I am active in this mosque and help in their programs. They send emails to all members regarding programs. They also advertise in Telegram(social media).
If you ask me where you should go, go to a city which is good for your children. I personally like Dearborn, but I don't know anything of their programs. There is one Shia school, full time, at Schaumburg Illinois called Hadi. This is very good, since your children can go to Shia school and you don't need to be worried about inappropriate normal school teachings. Some people send their children to Christian or Sunni schools, but I don't recommend it. One Iranian said my child asking about Jesus.
It's very important the place you go and the school you send your children. If you have shia school in that area, you have peace of mind. Moreover, I saw that you are looking for a perfect place which is good both in economy and religion. You need compromise. Otherwise, you spend a lot of time on this and I don't think you can find such a place. I personally like Dearborn, but as I said I don't know that much of their programs. I want my children to have Shia friends. Plus I want my family to have access to mosque easily. That's why I said Dearborn.

AmirAlmuminin Lover got a reaction from PureExistence1 in How to increase fear of Allah (SWT) ?
    Salaam Alaykum
Having fear of Allah is very good and our religion recommends it. It prevents us from doing sin. I remember a story from the prophet Moses. Prophet Moses saw two prisons, one very healthy and the other one skinny and weak. Both of them freed later. Moses asked the healthy one:" why are you healthy and in a good shape at prison?" He answered:" I had good view of Allah in prison that I'll be freed". The skinny one said:" I had fear of Allah". Moses asked Allah:" which one has more Manzilat in front of you?" Allah said:" The one that has optimistic view of me".
I didn't say this to say Allah fear is bad, No. As Imam Sadegh said, we should always be in خوف and رجا. This fact helps us in life, but always be optimist, have positive view of life and Allah even if something bad happens. Trust him. Allah knows what hes doing.
