  1. thank you so much Hassan! May God reward you
  2. Salam brothers & sisters, I would like to get informations about prayers in the last 10 days of ramadan. Should we do Ghusls before prayers or just wudu ? I know it's musta7ab to perform +/- 100x rak3at but how should we do them ? 2x rak3at/prayers or 4x rak3at/prayers ? and what are the surahs we should recite ? Thank you.
  3. Thank you so much guys for the answers, I appreciate it a lot, may God protect you.
  4. Salam, You can check here there's like 4 duas. http://www.shiachat.com/forum/topic/235049282-dua/#comment-3045628 You can also make dhikr and also pray Salat al layl (the last part of the night before fajr) If you really want this thing, make dua for it every day, on every prayer, wake up in the middle of the night and ask Allah and never give up, Allah told us to be patient so He will sometimes delay the answer just to see how much you want this thing, so if one day you decide to give up, it means you never wanted it. Allah answers in His Timing, not ours.wishes, amen.
  5. Hello everyone, So I'm actually kinda lost with all this dikhr and taraweeh thing I already heard that only sunnis do taraweeh so can you please guys explain to me if us shi3a do that too ? Thank you
  6. ali_fatheroforphans: thank you for your reply and I always try as much as I can to ask God to grant my family, and friends wishes and to forgive them. But what I was asking is you know sometimes you have personal wishes, I was just asking if it's true that Allah accepts those duas too in Ramadan... like i said, i have read more than once that when you break your fast, Allah will answer your dua.
  7. congratulations and alhamdullilla, I will make dua for you, don't forget us in yours. May God protect you and make your Journey with Him easy, and grant your wish, ameen.
  8. It is true that making dua is better that not making one at all but I want to be sure bc I read that when we break our fast most of us are unaware of this great blessing (which is getting all your wish granted) bc we are to busy thinking about food at this time. I wanted to be sure that it's not just a story and that's true bc it's such a blessing from God so please if someone can help, don't hesitate.

Salam guys, thulfiqaar, Hassan, EhsanR : I appreciate your replies a lot, thank you so much and I hope God will accept your duas Do you guys recommend me to read them all in one day every day or one every day ? Thank you
  10. Salam brothers and sisters. we all heard once at least that Ramadan is the best time for duas to get accepted. Is it true ? And if so, is it not selfish ? Because we should do things to get closer to God, and making dua for our own desires (I'am not talking about the ones where we ask God forgiveness and thank Him), is it not considered as selfish ? Thank you very much.
  11. Thank you very much for your reply, you are right but sometimes you need something to hold on because you feel like maybe what you want is not what Allah wants you to have because He has something else for you. That's why I wanted to hear some stories.
  12. Salam dear people, we all know sometimes we feel like our dua will not be answered the way we want to and we feel like giving up because we think Allah decided to give something else. Allah asked us to call upon Him, He will respond. Can you please share some of your story where your wish has been granted after a long time, atfer you feel like giving up and that there's no way you get what you pray for ? and how did you do ? Thank you very much.
  13. Salam 3leykom, I don't know if this is the right place to ask my question but I need your help guys. What are the best dua you say when you want to ask forgiveness to God, when you want to Glory Him, when you want to thank Him and when you want to ask Him Something ? Thank you very much.
  14. it's called the qurya but I didn't find any source for this in the quran
  15. w 3aleykom el salam, I read we should take a bottle of water and olive oil and read surat before we drink it to remove the evil eye, is that true ?
