  3. Yes Allah is All merciful. Everything is for the best intention, thank you brother for reminding me of this, it is very comforting
  4. Thanks for kind words, means a lot. Sometimes death seems easier than living Allah always does what is best, alhamdilillah
  5. Whatever Allah wills is best. She was beyond physical help in drug addiction was in the final stage. But alhamdilillah she tried hard with spirituality. The lord works in mysterious ways
  6. Salam everyone i want to thank you all for your kind messages. It really means alot. With a heavy heart my sister sadly passed away in february. Thank you all for trying to help, inshallah Allah will have mercey on her.
  7. And when they do ask, they are criticized and automatically judged
  8. NO ONE is asking you to glamorize ir accept it. Again, the OP has asked a question, and most people are trying their hardest to answer it in a fair and peaceful way, NOT straight on generalizing an entire group of people. Somehow, you have gone from generalising all homosexuals to basically generalising the god knows how many millions of muslims that live in the west. Hats off!
  9. But how do you know gays were just lying andhiding (like some sort of gay taqiya) and the statistics obviously can’t show this. I also question the authenticity of gay being completely natural. I think not all cases of homosexuality are genuine, but surely by enforcing such radical rules, you are just suppressing gay feelings. Not curing them
  10. I understant in Islam execution is permissible in certain contexts, for example war. I am a very ignorant person when it comes to the Quran, and my Allah forgive me for this. But i have never come across anything in the quran which mentions killing ALL gay people. Arent there better ways? Like trying to guide thoe people back, or speak to them? I am not completely sure on this, but didn’t prophet Lut offer his daughters to the homosexuals? If all gays were meant to be killed, i’m assuming he wouldn’t want his daughters to marry them
  11. As for this i question whether this is 100 percent true. That is absolutely horrible. How can anyone have a right to execute anyone. Of course, homosexuality is a great sin,but who is anyone to KILL them.
  12. @yasahebalzaman.313 did you see this? Now she might have said it with the best if intentions, but when read it sounds extremely rude, arrogant and judgemental
  13. I apologize for causing drama, and i was a bit emotionally charged last night. Laayle might be sweet in person but the way she words certain things makes her sound VERY judgemental. And i believe i am not the only person here that believes this, Also I’m not seeking attention. That is just your assumption. If i was i would have said WAY worse.
  14. Okay. I’m not a brother, and I hope you do in the future get to understand that sadly, not everyone is as exalted in iman as you are. And i guess the countless times you have offended with your so called “truth speaking” doesn’t need an apology and also, using a passive aggressive smiley face emoji does not change anything
  15. It is not necessarily about knowing the person. It’s about how you phrase your post and the content of it. for example the “pick up the dusty quran....” can be taken to sound very judgemental and arrogant on your side (which i’m hoping wasn’t your intention) And also, saniyeh is obviously looking for an answer catering to her- she is an agnostic. If i quoted from the Bible to you to answer a question you asked , would you be satisfied’
  16. I think you should at least apologise. Assuming the word sorry actually does exist in your vocabulary. While i do apolgise on my side for getting quite rude, I think you need to have a much more open mind in the sense 1) you are not God nor the most islamically qualified person 2) you don’t know who is sitting behind that screen and what they are going/ have gone through 3) you have not got an iman-o-meter
  17. You are making matters worse. Maybe sitting idle in your case would be the kindest and most loving thing to do. For everyone’s sanity.
  18. She asked a QUESTION. Clearly you haven’t got an actual answer. No one is trying to make homosexuality legitimate. You just assumed that because she asked a question. Again IF YOU DON’T HAVE AN ANSWER, what are you trying to accomplish? And also shes clearly an agnostic. Bringing in her faith and belief is not going to chang anything. It’s like quoting yoda
  19. She is already confused. Unless you have anything nice or helpful to say, just take your finger off the keyboard and leave
  20. I see we are Back at it with the holier than thou attitude again. who on God’a earth do you think you are. Of course, the sister has asked an arguably stupid question. But she is simply asking a question about her faith with reasoning, something islam encourages us to do. second of all, on what basis are you judging her? Do you know about her faith and how dusty her quran is? Do you know how she was raised? Do you know her circumstance? The answer is no. So if you aren’t going to answer her question in a respectful and decent manner, maybe you should just keep your arrogance to yourself.
  21. “Women are not created for physical hard labour”. Ironic. What about child birth? If that isn’t hard labour then i don’t know what is...
  22. Reading this Dua is really helpful too
  23. If i am correct this page is run by the same brothers who ran revisiting the Salaf and ShiaPen. Mashaallah both were immaculate and converted so many people. I hope the best for this channel too
  24. I agree @ali_fatheroforphans Please try your hardest to seek professional help. If not, yoi just need some way to vent out your feelings. Letting them build up makes everything so much worse. Here is some things that i hope help : ) 1) talk to anyone willing to listen. Maybe you can start off small. Try writing a diary about how you are feeling, or talk to us even 2) it is so much easier said than done but try to do some rigorous exercise like running or rowing 3) take a looooooong shower/bath 4) eat fruits. Blueberries have been proven to be very good fir depression 5) keep your faith in Allah. He is testing you, and Allah only tests us with what we can bear. He has more faith in you than you have in your self take care sister, hope Allah gives you Shifa soon
