  1. If al-Baqir is infallible then why we have this Hadith in the Amaali of Ahmad b. 'Isa?
  2. And since you want to stand on your soap box, how about all the "narrations" of the Tabi'in? Like what you would find in the Musannaf 'Abd Razzaq? Those are not considered hadiths? so the words of let's say: Safwan ath-Thawri 'Ata b. Rabah Mujahid b. Jabar Tawus b. Kaysan all prominent Tabi'in that inherited from the Sahaba, not Hadith though?? but the words of Al-Baqir all the way to Al-'Askari are Hadith? they are kinda late in the timeframe don't you think?
  3. I'd accept that. No problem. still a wacky "narration" if you want to be argumentative.
  4. Here is a wacky Hadith in Rijaal Kashshi:
  5. What sounds more crazy? believing Jesus is the son of God? or believing you came from a monkey from a tree?
  6. Halal is unnecessary this is from Musannaf 'Abd Razzaq who was of the Tabi'in
  7. سلم عليكم yes, I prefer not to label myself per say because these sects all came after the Salaf. And most of the time when you are part of a certain sect you become subjected to imaginary walls that tell you what to believe. now I said I'm a zaydi because it's the easiest thing I can "relate" to when engaging in a discussion. as for what Zaydis believe, well, 2 main sects are in existence at this point in time. Mainly the group(majority) that believe in Imams having to have the "wasf" of 'Ali. Which means that they have to posses the attributes of him and what he did for instan
  8. Porn is a very difficult thing to stop, you just have to keep making a du'a and act upon it. Because of you keep going back to the same mistake it will get you further from Allah. plus, pornography is repulsive in essence, the majority of actors are filthy in nature and the porn industry is run by jews
  9. The only solid evidence one can get "infallibility" from is the Qur'an. anything other than the word of الله is second hand and requires great scrutiny. The Scholars of the past regardless of sectarian issues have unanimously agreed that the Ahlu 'l Khisa are infallible. Period... if al-Baqir for instance was infallible, the. Why would we have a Hadith from very early and credible sources showing Al-Baqir going to Jabir b. 'Abdullah and asking him questions?
  10. Is Qutayla b. Qays al-Kindiyya considered "Mother of believers"? she was prophets wife who later divorced him and became a pagan again. so to answer your question, some are and some are not.
  11. That is a real deep question... impossible to answer in this kind of atmosphere. It is a multi faceted argument between the Qat'iyya and the Isma'iliyya. in short, if they are the "pure Isma'ilis" meaning those who followed or rather believes that Isma'il b. Jafar was alive and their Imam then yes, they have evidences regarding that claim. but if it's the Nizaris that they later "turned into" then no, they have become antinomians and abandoned the Shari'ah
