  1. Funny, I have never heard anyone say such a thing. What I do constantly hear is the conviction of a people to resist against occupation and liberate that which has been occupied. It was the Zionist regime who essentially wiped Palestine out, and expelled millions of Muslims from their homes and villages. What we seek is for the damage to be undone.
  2. (bismillah) In The Name Of Allah, The Benificient, The Merciful "Call unto the way of your Lord with wisdom and good exhortation, and reason with them in the best way. Lo! your Lord best knows those who go astray from His path, and He knows best those who are rightly guided." [The Holy Qur'an 16:125] Salam Syriana. I suspect you remember me. How has your journey been thus far? A call towards rationality is always the best place to begin. Indeed, let us embrace logic and rationality instead of slogans, rhetoric and intolerance. With respect to contrasting rationality and arrogance there is much to be said - particularly within the context of the Middle East and the nature of the Zionist ideology, but let me being from an Islamic perspective. The Holy Qur’an tells us as Muslims to look towards others with a degree of tolerance, as it makes clear that: "those who are Jews and Christians, and Sabians, whoever believes in God and the Last Day and do righteous good deeds shall have their reward with their Lord." [The Holy Qur'an 2:62] We are not a people who do not recognize any other religion, as if God gave us alone the keys to the heaves, and we are not the ones who choose who enters and who is rejected. Those who propagate such a perception and image of Islam are themselves unguided and in error, and those who defend or even glorify such a perception are suffering from vanity and arrogance. The Holy Qur’an tells us that all the Children of Abraham are followers of the same God and that “We believe in that which has been revealed to us and revealed to you; our God and your God is One.” [The Holy Qur’an 29:46] These are part of the tenants and ideals that we adhere to when dealing with others, and anything based on such tenants and ideals is to be respect and recognized. We believe in that which has been revealed to us and revealed to you, and that which has been revealed to us and to you says the following, “Abraham traveled through the land as far as the site of the great tree of Moreh at Shechem. At that time the Canaanites were in the land. The LORD appeared to Abraham and said, "To your offspring I will give this land." [Genisis, 6-7] The offspring of Abraham, to whom this land were given, are the Children of Isaac as well as Ishmael. For this reason, we as Muslims do not claim exclusivity to the Holy Land. We do want to define it as a “Muslim” land, or Palestine as a “Muslim” state, because holding such a perception and such and ideology would be a form of brazen arrogance and vanity at the expense of all others who have a claim to this Holy Land, and those include the Christians and the Jews whom we Muslims consider to be the People of the Book. Consequently, it is also perfectly legitimate for Muslims to view any ideology that claims exclusivity to the Holy Land, and that propagates itself as a “Promise of God” and themselves as “God’s Chosen People” as a brazenly arrogant ideology. And it is when such a brazenly arrogant ideology utilizes the means of a forced invasion and occupation of the Holy Land, under the banner of exclusivity and the creation of what they define to be a “Jewish State”, that this brazen arrogance is transformed into a form or ultra fundamentalist extremism, oppression, and terrorism. Any ideology that propagates such a notion is by definition in direct contrast to the notions of freedom and liberty and communal living and the rights of all peoples towards self-determination. We do not consider the Zionist regime as a “Promise of God” to “God’s Chosen People” because to do so would be blasphemy. No rational minded being can fathom how an intrinsically ‘good’ and ‘just’ and ‘merciful’ God could ever sanction the violent creation of a regime that propagates such a brazenly arrogant, bigoted, and indeed racist ideology whose existence was built upon the theft of a nation and the thievery of the rights and sanctities and dignities of an entire people. Islam tells us first and foremost "if they incline to peace, you also incline to it" [The Holy Qur’an 8:61], and that "God loves not the aggressor" [The Holy Quran 2:190] but when we are met with aggression and oppression, it is the right and duty of Muslims to defend themselves, and their rights and dignity and honor and sanctity and freedom of self-determination. It is not ignorance or arrogance to propagate these inherent rights of every human being. It is because we value life and dignity and honor that we hold by these rights so strongly, and the real threat to these humanitarian notions is the brazenly arrogant ideology of Zionism that is threatening them. You may dislike the fact that Muslims adhere to their rights of self defense and self determination, but this is something which we will never abandon or jeopardize. Those who propagate the message, “Death to Israel” speak not of God’s nation or Jews. They speak about the brazenly arrogant ideology of Zionism which glorified itself, out of its intrinsic vanity, as a divine nation when in fact it has nothing to do with divinity, and its history is a testament to this fact. This ideology which millions of true enlightened Jews worldwide have come to reject and point out that its nature is inherently contradictory to Judaism itself. I have a deep respect for both Jews and Judaism, and indeed all religions and the People of the Book and the Holy Qur’an requires me to do so, but no human being with a conscience and an ounce of civility and morality and desceny can ever hold any respect for anything as brazenly arrogant and ideologically regressive as Zionism. The Zionist regime is simply an abomination of civilization, and it is the duty of every proud and dignified and honorable person in this world to stand up against its occupation of terrorism, oppresion and deciet, as well as it idiology of vanity and brazen arrogance.
  3. The Qur'an says that any person who kills even a single innocent; it is as if he killed the entire people of this world. Do not compare evil to evil with fractions and percentages. Islam tells us to reject that which is evil FULLY and enjoin that which is good FULLY. There is no compromise. Do not attempt to justify your support of this American Baathist stooge (whom the Americans constantly defend and promote) by comparing his evil to the evil of Saddam. They are one and the same.
  4. ^la3anallahu ummatan sama3at bi kulli thalika fa radiyat bih.
  5. Would that include the oppresive un-Islamic (SUNNI) Wahhabi ruliers in Saudi Arabia, who openly discriminate against Shias in society? Would that include the SUNNI American's dog-on-a-leash King of Jordan, who want peace with the Zionists? Would that include the SUNNI Egyptian tyrant ruler Mubarak? Would that include the THOUSANDS of SUNNI Al-Qiada terrorists and their like whose actions have given the imperialst Americans an excuse to wage war against Islam and invade our countries? Would that include THOUSANDS of SUNNI terrorists who have killed THOUSANDS of Shia Muslims, even while the pray in Mosques in Iraq? Would that enclude the ENTIRE IRAQI SUNNI POPULATION that PROSPERED UNDER SADDAM'S RULE, while they watched the genocide of the Iraqi Shia majority IN SILENCE? The Holy Prophet (pbuh) said "Al Sukoot 3alamatul rida" or Silence is a sign of approval. The Sunni minority approved of Saddam's regime and tyranny, just as they approved of the GENOCIDE of the Shia masses, simply because they beniffitted under Saddam's rule. The fact of the matter is that they didn't care who Saddam butcheres, just as long as they stayed in power and got their piece of the pie. They are too anti-Shia to even speak out against injustice and opression, as Islam teaches us. ======================================================= Nowhere in the world do you find resiliance and honor like you do among the Shia masses. Give me a country, a single Islamic country in the world that has done what Iran has done. Give me a single Sunni leader that rendered the American vice upon their country HELPLESS only with the power of his voice just as Ayatollah Al-Khomeini did. Give me an example of a Sunni country that supports Palestine (who are mostly Sunnis) as much as Iran does today. Give me a single group or faction that Allah SWT has granted vicotry over the opressors and occupier, as He (SWT) has granted Hezbollah. "In tansorollah yansrukum wa yuthabit aqdamakum." And if you cannot, then you are truly a munafiq.
  6. It is ironic how the two biggest critics of Iran in this thread have the Baathist American CIA-tarined stooge Allawi, and American technology (at the exence of the Pakistani people) in their signatures as if these things are sources of pride for them. That in itself speaks volumes.
  7. Well then I'd better not post my analysis exposing Sheikh Bukhari and his "sahih", lest it be clear who he was, what he did, and what his motives were.... Unity is more important you know.... ^_^
  8. Salam, LebaneseShi'ite, your opinion is respected and welcome, and the source of your anger is completly justified, just as the anger of others over the death of Tuini is justified for example. While you are free to hold your own views and express your opinion, it is essential to point out that the vast majority if Lebanese do not the the "partition" concept as part of their vocabulary, and that includes Amal and Hezbollah. While I respect the premise fo your debate with CDP_, i beleave it is essential to point out that this descussion does not refelct the reality of most Shias opinion on the ground, just like a Christian or Druze or Sunni calling for a partition does not reflect the reality of Lebanese positics respectivly. While this debate is well founded and argued, it should not be used (by any means) as a basis of characterizing the opinions and views of Shias in Lebanon today, and it does not change the facts on the ground. I mean no disrespcet to you or anyone else, but I feel that this point is worth noting. Lebanon today as many issues to deal with, and the partition concept is not among them. Wassalam.
  9. Salam. LebaneseShi'ite, I think that you are placing too much emphasis about the "partition" concpet when in reality it is not what the Shias want or wish for Lebanon, and it is not part of Hezbollah's vocabulary. It should be made clear that not only do Hezbollah (and all Shias as a whole) want a strong, unified, free, democratic, developed, independant Lebanon, their entire existance and history and being and resistance and struggle for Lebanon in the name of Islam is for the SOLE PURPOSE of achieving these goals, and noone has sacrificed more and given more and withstood more than they have. There is no question about this. Infact, the intrinsic nature of Lebanese geography and sociocultural status as an inherently diverse and mixed society makes any partition an impossibility and the civil war outlined this explicitly. This talk of a partition should not be attributed to Shias, and if it is forced upon them by the opposition and international community in an effort to alienate them and weaken the threat they pose to the Zionist regime, (in accordance with the Neocon US Administration and their pro-Zionist foriegn policy that fathered the "Securing the Realm" stratedgy that was initially presented to Netenyahu's government, and adopted by Bush, Sharon, and co) then the outcome will be nothing short of devastating for Lebanon. All Lebanese should immediatly recognise this issential threat on our nation, and put sectarianism and whimsical fantasies of "westernizing" Lebanon aside; and instead go back to focusing on internal dialoge and agreement with ALL Lebanese parties and factions, as they were doing before the chaotic situation than ensued the assasination of the staunch anti-Syrian MP and An-Nahar editor, Jubran Teuini. Wassalam.
  10. Satyaban, noone denied that the Holocaust actually took place. WHAT ALL MUSLIMS DENY INCLUDING AHMADINAJAD is this FABRICATED ZIONIST MYTH (OR FANTASY AS AHMADINAJAD CALLED IT) THAT ONLY JEWS WERE TARGETTED IN BY HITELR'S REGIME. Hitler killed anything non-aryan. That includes Muslims, Jews, gypsies, blacks, opposition to his regime, etc. You are quick to throw insults at the President and accuse him of denying that the holocaust took place, but that is innacurate to say the least. He is not denying that Hilter's regime massacred millions of people. Perhaps you would be better advised to think about it a little. The Zionist regime has exploighted the events of the holocaust to fuel sympathy towards their "cause" of stealing other peoples land, and have effectivly employed a massive propoganda campgain, which includes thousands of books and documentaries written by Zionist Jews that portray the Holocause to be something that is exclusivly anti-semetic (which is false) and to portray Zionism as semitism (which is false) and to portray the Jewish faith as a semetic faith (which is false), effectivly making a theology or religion (Judaism) synonimous with a race (semites) and and idiology of terror (Zionism) and attributing their justification of their actions be drawing upon the sympathy of the world towards the events of the holocaust which they portray to have olny targetted Jews (which is false!) That in itself in extremely dangerous. That is the fabricated legend under the name of "the massacre of the Jews". The message of Ahmadinajad is that its time to move beyond chutzpah (Yiddish for BRAZEN ARROGANCE) and some whimsical fantasy about the world being "anti-semetic" and look at things in a fair light. Like I said, its getting old. Insted of calling people clowns and idiots Satyaban, you might want to start looking past literal translations (and again as it turn out, he was misquoted) and try to understand the real message behind what he said, instad of taking ONLY the literal connotation and alluding it to what you want it to refer to, like my kid brother would have done. Peace!
  11. David Ben-Gurion, first Prime Minister of Israel: "We must expel Arabs and take their places." David Ben-Gurion, first Prime Minister of Israel: "We should prepare to go over to the offensive. Our aim is to smash Lebanon , Trans-Jordan, and Syria . The weak point is Lebanon , for the Moslem regime is artificial and easy for us to undermine. We shall establish a Christian state there, and then we will smash the Arab Legion, eliminate Trans-Jordan; Syria will fall to us. We then bomb and move on and take Port Said , Alexandria and Sinai." David Ben-Gurion, first Prime Minister of Israel: "We must do everything to insure they (the Palestinians) never do return." .... "The old will die and the young will forget." Golda Meir, Prime Minister of Israel: "How can we return the occupied territories? There is nobody to return them to." Golda Meir, Prime Minister of Israel: "There was no such thing as Palestinians; they never existed." Menahim Begin, Prime Minister of Israel: "[The Palestinians are] beasts walking on two legs." Yitzak Rabin, Prime Minister of Israel: "We shall reduce the Arab population to a community of woodcutters and waiters" Yitzak Shamir, Prime Minister of Israel: "'The Palestinians' would be crushed like grasshoppers, heads smashed against against the boulders and walls." Ehud Barak, Prime Minister of Israel: "The Palestinians are like crocodiles: the more you give them meat, they want more." Ariel Sharon, Foreign Minister, Prime Minister of Israel: "Everybody has to move, run and grab as many hilltops as they can to enlarge the settlements because everything that we take now will stay ours... Everything we don't grab will go to them." Ariel Sharon, Foreign Minister, Prime Minister of Israel: "Every time we do something you tell me America will do this and will do that . . . I want to tell you something very clear: Don't worry about American pressure on Israel . We, the Jewish people, control America, and the Americans know it." Benyamin Netanyahu, Prime Minister of Israel: "Israel should have exploited the repression of the demonstration in China, when world attention focussed on that country, to carry out mass expulsions among the Arabs of the Territories." Moshe Katzav, President of Israel: "There is a huge gap between us (Jews) and our enemies. Not just in ability but in morality, culture, sanctity of life, and conscience. They are our neighbors here, but it seems as if at a distance of a few hundred meters away, there are people who do not belong to our continent, to our world, but actually belong to another galaxy." ================================================================= For some reason, none of these comments ever got the same scrutiny. Compared to these, what Dr. Ahmadinajad said was NOTHING. Tell me Rawsni, did all the Prime Ministers of "Israel" also suffer from a lack of sagacity, persipacity, insight, vision, sense of direction and purpose, statesmanship, simple political acumen, just plain common sense, or is it just the Iranian President? Were all the Prime Ministers also "Mall people"?? ^_^
  12. Every single time reuters has "quoted" him, they end up changing what he said around. Im sure this is no exception. As for the Zionists exploighting the "holocaust" for their own motives, and holding the event higher that God Himself, religion itself, and the Prophets themselves; this is no exaduration. Every time they want the world to feel "sorry" for them they say "But, but, but, the Holocaust..." And every time they commit another crime or massacre they say "But, but, but look...terrorist!!!" Its getting old.
  13. "In tansorollah yansurukum wa yuthabit aqdamakum" That is how.
  14. You bet i do. And for those who want to learn the truth about the jews, and not the lies/propaganda from the jew-haters like this individual, go to: http://www.science.co.il/Israel-history.asp Jew hater? No, I have admiration for many Jews like Bohr and Einstein for example. I am not a hater old man. I am not down at your level. Nice Zionazy-propoganda website. But dont worry. Attacking the "source" of the web-page's contents is worth nothing to me. I dont need to. The web-page raises two points. First that the Jewish people trace their heritage back to Abraham. So do the 1 billion Muslims worldwide. Not a feasable argument. They also raise some nonsense about excavations. Here's a quote from the Jewish Bulletin on July 1, 1998: “Recent archeological digs have provided evidence that Jerusalem was a big and fortified city already in 1800 BCE...Findings show that the sophisticated water system heretofor attributed to the conquering Israelites pre-dated them by eight centuries and was even more sophisticated than imagined...Dr. Ronny Reich, who directed the excavation along with Eli Shuikrun, said the entire system was built as a single complex by Canaanites in the Middle Bronze Period, around 1800 BCE.” You were saying something about the truth of the Jews? This is the Jews own publication in their own Bulletin, and the product of the excavations of their own people. Not lies. The second point they bring up is a timeline that starts only in 587 BCE. The Canaanites were there from 1800 BCE, (like I siad over one century before any Jewish immigrants). Clearly they "start" history where it suits them best (or when the Hebres first migrated there) and conveniently leave out everything before. They want to play the "I was there first game". Thats fine by me, the Arab descendants of the Canaanites were there more than once century before the Hebrews (NOT Jews) migrated. Like I said, don't you just love ancient hisotory? ^_^ Funny how the UN is soooo useful to the jihadists when there is a resolution against israel - like every other week - but the org suddenly loses its relevancy when the 47 partition plan is mentioned. And in an org where it is outnumbered 57-1, the only true victim here is israel, given how the jihadists like to use every UN event to attack israel. The propaganda you spew has the same depth as cotton candy, and is just as useful in a well-balanced diet. We never look to the UN for verification or confirmation of anything. To Shias, the UN is nothing more than a puppet-show with its big-shot permanent council members fighting to the pull the strings their way. Sometimes the US gets it way, and sometimes it doesnt. Furthermore, if you really are as old as you keep boasting, I think you will remember that most of the UN resolutions passed "against" "Israel" (especially the ones that deal with border demarcation) were in favor of the Zionists at that time, which is why the US let them pass! But the greedy bloodthirsy fools never got enough until today. Always annexing more land, razing more homes, and building new settlements. Dont make me post their recent crimes against humanity. Nice non-answer to my post with a question. To answer yours, they have been reclaiming what is theirs - and re-joining their brothers who had lived there for thousands of years before islam existed. I answered your question. Your old eyes must be working against you again. Put your glasses on and go back and re-read. Yes, the Germanic, Russian, Indian, and Native American converts were there thousands of years ago. I guess the little green men from Mars celebrated passover with them back then, didn't they? Definition of "reclaiming what is theirs": The expulsion, genocide, imprisonment, torture, rape, and ethnic cleansing of an entire people, and building a cement-armed-to-the-teeth warfort with American tax dollars and branding it with a blue six-point star. Call it what you want, but terror is terror.
  15. Except jews were in israel 5000 years before islam existed. Before the Hebrews (NOT "Jews") first migrated to Palestine (or Canaan as it was called) it was occupied by the Canaanites in 1800 BC. When Rome occupied Palestine and the surrounding land and expelled the Jews from Jerusalem in the second century A.D., those who remained were a mix of farmers and vineyard growers, pagans and converts to Christianity, descendants of the Arabs, Persians, Samaritans, Greeks and old Canaanite tribes. All these different peoples, weather Persians, Samaritans, Greeks, Arabs, pagans, Christian converts, or Hebrews, were additions integrated into the Canaanite heritage tree. The flourish if Islam in the 7th century made Muslim converts of the of Canaanites and they are now so completely “Arabized” that you can’t tell where the Canaanites fell off and where the Arabs began. So essentially the Canaanites that originally occupied this land are the Arabs of today, and if you want to play the “I was there first game” then the Canaanites predated the Hebrews (not Jews) by almost a century. Don’t you just love ancient history? Except israel was created by the UN, which represents the entire planet. The UN represents the people who pull its stings and their agendas. My kid brother could tell you that. Who are you trying to fool old man? And what have muslims been doing to jews and westerners for 60 years? Resisting the occupation and invasion of their countries. What have the Zionists been doing since the advent of Zionism?
