Salam!
I would like to know, is it's necessary for a Marja to have a Tauzeeh ul Masail?
Also, someone told me that Ayatullah Khamenei does not have his own Tauzeeh, hence he cannot be a Marja.
These are not my words, It's just something I've heard. I would like to know if this piece of information is credible enough to be held true.
Assalamualaikum.
My vacations have just begun and I've planned to make it productive by reading good books both Islamic and fiction, so I'd love it if you all can help me by recommending some excellent books.
And also, I am planning to read books by nadia hashmi and jenny nordberg, what are your reviews on their books?
Jazakallahu khair.

That's what every one's suggesting but I want to go for both of 'em as major so that I don't have any regret in future regarding my choice. I want to do a double major actually but I don't think it's available in India
Assalamualaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatahu.
I am looking forward to read some good shia books which are highly recommended for youth. I am not interested in e-books though, I prefer paperbacks but I don't know if there are any Islamic book stores nearby where I can get books at reasonable rates. Is there any islamic book store in Mumbai,India ?

Recently I've been thinking a lot about my career. Since, I am a first generation college student in my family, I really don't have much guidance. Though Personally I am very much fascinated by psychology and economics. But, I don't have much knowledge about these streams and also no idea if I'll be able to do good. I am in great need of some guidance and I also want to know if i can take both economics and psychology as my major together.
FYI: I'm in last year of my highschool and I'm in commerce stream.
Assalamualaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatahu.
Excuse me for my ignorance, but I just wanted to know whether wearing socks is compulsory as per the rulings of ayatollah sistani (ra)?
I heard it somewhere that it's a part of hijab and without covering our feet, our hijab is incomplete.
Was salam.
Can you please share the reference?
I need to help my friend as well and for that I need some reference as proof. When I went through ayatollah sistani (ra)'s site I didn't get the clear answer. All I saw there was one shouldn't talk to opposite gender if he is not sure that he can control his nafs from indulging into haram stuffs.
Btw...jazakallahu khair for the answer!
