  1. Yes. Its very shocking to see the blindness, dumbness and ignorance of Al-Islam.org, of shia Tafasir and of their followers. Here is the full verse. Aal Imran 83. Are they looking for a religion other than the Deen (religion and Way of Life) of Allah knowing well that everything in the heavens and in the earth, willingly or unwillingly, has submitted to Him? And to Him they shall all return. And it refers to Allah swt. Not to shia 12th Imam. To better understand consider verses from 81 to 85. As they are also explained in shia Tafsir Mizan. http://www.almizan.org/ @notme This is truth. This thread is another example on blindness, dumbness and ignorance of twelver shias. They are nothing but blind followers of ahlebait a.s.
  2. Lets make it simple. Shia version of ghadir starts with revelation of Maida 67. Sermon of ghadir is not yet delivered. Malik: O Rasool! Deliver the message which has been revealed to you from your Rabb, and if you do not, you are not doing justice to your mission. Allah will protect you from the mischief of the people. Rest assured that Allah will not let the unbelievers succeed against you. Who were unbelievers/kuffar at that time. Who also performed hajj along with Prophet s.a.w.w. Moreover if you read preceding and forwarding verses to Maida 67, you will find that they all are talking about Ahl al-Kitab. Which were unbelievers/kuffar. No need to go further. Maida 67 itself enough to refute all shia claims about ghadir.
  3. In Quran Allah swt commanded us to send salawat on Prophet s.a.w.w. In the same Quran Allah swt also commanded us to send greetings as Assalam o Alaikum to each other when we meet, which translate as peace be unto you. And we also send the same greetings to engraved people when we visit them. In Aal e Muhammad, pious believers or followers are also included. Word aal is very broad in meaning. Word aal in Quran is also used in both meanings, i.e both for followers and for progeny and also for wives as well.
  4. Brother, with this post you have again proved the thing, for which I got banned for three days. Read the narration carefully, there is not a single direct statement of Imam Ali a.s in it. Except when he said YES in answer to a question. It was actually Abbas r.a who first called Imam Ali a.s as liar, sinful, dishonest. And Umar a.s just repeated the same words of Abbas r.a in assumption. Meaning that if Abbas r.a view on Ali a.s is correct then Abu bakr a.s he himself to be also described as same. Abbas r.a said this since he was in dispute with Ali a.s regarding property. So was said by Umar a.s since at that time If Imam Ali a.s really considered them as liars and sinful etc and kafir as well (based on other shia reports) then why he came to them in interest of justice. Here in this narration Imam Ali a.s also testified that Prophets of Allah dont leave any inheritance, what they leave is charity. In other versions of same incident such insulting words from Abbas to Ali are not mentioned. Fadak was a land of sadaqah so it was not given to anyone. But Umar a.s gave Imam Ali a.s other lands, like land of Yanbu, which Imam Ali a.s gave as charity in his last will. In Sunan al-Beihaqi al-Kubra we read: عن جعفر بن محمد ، عن أبيه : أن علي بن أبي طالب قطع له عمر بن الخطاب – رضي الله عنهما – ينبع ، ثم اشترى علي بن أبي طالب – رضي الله عنه – إلى قطيعة عمر – رضي الله عنه – أشياء فحفر فيها عينا ، فبينا هم يعملون فيها إذ تفجر عليهم مثل عنق الجزور من الماء ، فأتي علي وبشر بذلك [Ja`far bin Muhammad from Muhammad al-baqir that `Umar ibn al-Khattab gave `Ali bin abi Talib – may Allah be pleased with them – the land of Yanbu`, then `Ali bin abi Talib – may Allah be pleased with him – also bought other things on top of it, and he dug a well in it, and while they were digging in it a great amount of water started gushing out from the ground, so `Ali returned and told them the good news.] So as per shia interpretation of events, Imam Ali a.s used to accept lands, share from war booty and other gifts from those whom he considered liars, sinful, dishonest, kafir etc. Same is the subject of OP. But Imam Ali bin Hussain Zainul Abidin a.s when came to know that Mukhtar Saqafi has adopted false creed, he a.s refused to accept any money or gifts from him. It is narrated from Umar, the son of Zainul Abideen, that in the beginning, Mukhtar sent 20,000 dinar to my father, and my father took them, and rebuilt the homes of Aqeel ibn abi talib and other bani hashim which were destroyed by bani umayyah. And when Mukhtar adopted a false religion, and then he sent 40,000 dinar to my father, but he didn’t accept and returned it. For more such reports refer Jilal ul Uyun of Baqir Majlisi, chapter on Mukhtar Saqafi.
  5. There are two interpretations on ghadir. Shia version says wilayah as authority/imamate. Sunni version says WIlayah as love/muwadat. Shia version has many flaws. One big flaw according to me is the revelation of Maida 67. The starting point of ghadir from shia perspective. Below is the brief truth about what exactly happened at ghadir. Also ghadir is no where in nahjul balagha. Its not used by Imam Ali a.s as an argument for his divine imamate. Sermon 3 shiqshiqyh is also free from ghadir. This also proves Imam Ali a.s himself did not consider it as divine appointment. This is not a new thing. Same thing even happened to shia tafasir and other books. Even if its not mentioned in some tafasir. But It is in others. Moreover not everything in tafasir, like history and hadith books is authentic. In books there are many versions on dawat zil ashira. WHat Ammar Nakshwani is saying is not the only version/interpretation we have. It wasnt ordered to Prophet s.a.w.w to nominate or appoint his successor at that time but to invite your nearest kin. It was same like Prophet Isa a.s said who will be my supporter in my mission. On that Imam Ali a.s stood up. http://www.shiachat.com/forum/topic/234974361-dawat-dhul-ashira/ http://www.recitequran.com/tafsir/en.ibn-kathir/26:214
  6. Whatever is in bihar ul anwar is from previous books of tashayyu. Its like all previous shia books combined in one. Just like kutub arba combined in book Wasail shia. Check this. Links from previous books are also there. http://ablibrary.net/فارسی/کتابها/7645_بحار الأنوار(29)/صفحه_545 Job of a historian is to collect data not to authenticate. They have just given their opinion. Same ibn Hadid and other mutazillah said sermon 226 is in praise of Umar (عليه السلام). So, then also accept this from historians. Sayed Razi who compiled nahjul balagha was not even a historian. He just collected data and never provided sources from where he got this data. So that we can verify.
  7. Anything else from shia books in praise of sahabah. Esp from Prophet s.a.w.w himself?
  8. Its not about merely narrations but their acceptance by Majlisi and his personal comments and conclusions out of such narrations. Here is the bottom line. from http://wilayat.net/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=1983:concept-of-ahlubait-regarding-sheikhain&catid=155&lang=en&Itemid=115 SUMMARY OF THESE AHADEETH:- from bihar-ul-anwar, vol 8, page 366 قال الصادق عليه السلام : من شك في كفر أعدائنا والظالمين لنا فهو كافر whosoever doubts kufr of our enemies and those who did zulm to us, he is himself kafir. Is this not takfir of ahlul sunnah followers. And yet twelver shia often claim we are not takfiri. Or I consider only wilayat.net takfiri. While Imam Ali a.s never did takfir of those who opposed him. Big contradiction.
  9. 1. This entire chapter is about boasters/ghullat. I just shared few narrations on what is considered as ghuluw. Book Uyun Akhbar Reza, Chapter 46, Author Shaikh Sadooq. https://www.al-islam.org/uyun-akhbar-ar-ridha-volume-2-shaykh-saduq/chapter-46-what-has-been-narrated-ar-ridha-regarding 2. What about classic scholars. And the king of muqassirs Shaikh Sadooq. Baqir Majlisi is not primary source of knowledge. Here actually you are picking. Same Baqir Majlisi also believed in tahreef in Quran. WIll you accept this. Wilayat e Takwiniyah and taqqiyah, both can not exist at same time.
  10. This is ignorance. I am not following them blindly or accepting their each and every thing. I had clarified this umpteen times but it seems you are still confused or stubborn to accept. I never said I believe Allah has a physical body naoozbillah min zalik. Allah will be seen on judgement day or in heaven but how, no body knows. May be Allah make us capable of this. For Allah nothing is impossible. We have very little knowledge about what exactly and how will happen on judgement day. True interpretation of all such verses and ahadith is only with Allah swt. Yes He swt can not be seen with these physical eyes in this world. But matters in hereafter will be very different. Everything is possible if Allah swt wants. We dont have enough knowledge on this. So dont make wrong interpretations and accusations. Against? Are you sure? or alongside?
  11. Its not confusion. But truthfulness, justice, impartiality, fair play.
  12. Even today I am on Imam Ali a.s side. Alhamdulilah. I am following him in all aspects. He never did takfir of those who opposed him nor he called any of those a hypocrite or mushrik. He treated all those with respect. I am both his shia and a follower of ahlul sunnah. I also accept and acknowledge authentic ahadith of prophet s.a.w.w in praise of others.
  13. This is not merely on the basis of narrations present in books of majlisi but mostly on his acceptance of such narrations, personal comments and opinions which are everywhere in his books like Haq ul Yaqin, Jilal Ul Uyun, Ain ul Hayat etc. And books of majlisi are not classic shia books. Check yourself from his books. http://shiamultimedia.com/urdubooks2.html http://www.ziyaraat.net/findbook.asp?Tema=All&srchwhat=All&orderby=titulo&idioma=All&submit=Display+Books&Escritor=Allama Syed Muhammad Baqar Majlisi
  14. On Shaikh Sadooq as well? If he is not a muqassir then there is no any muqassir. Source: Book Uyun Akhbar Reza, Chapter 46, Author Shaikh Sadooq. https://www.al-islam.org/uyun-akhbar-ar-ridha-volume-2-shaykh-saduq/chapter-46-what-has-been-narrated-ar-ridha-regarding IMAM ALI REZA A.S says… Those who believe in transmigration or reincarnation are unbelievers. 46-2 Muhammad ibn Musa al-Mutawakkil - may God be pleased with him - narrated that Ali ibn Ibrahim ibn Hashem quoted on the authority of his father, on the authority of Ali ibn Ma’bad, on the authority of Al-Husayn ibn Khalid As-Sayrafi, “Abul Hassan Ar-Ridha’ (a.s.) said, ‘Whoever believes in transmigration is an unbeliever.’ Then he (a.s.) added: ‘May God damn the boasters. I wish they were Jews! I wish they were Magi! I wish they were Christians! I wish they were of the Qadarites! I wish they were of the Marja’ites! I wish they were of the Harawies!’ The Imam (a.s.) then added, ‘Do not associate with or be friends with the boasters. Despise them as God has.’” Those who believe Allah has turned over the affairs of His Religion to His Prophet (S) or to Ahlebait are polytheist. 46-3 Muhammad ibn Ali Majilawayh - may God be pleased with him - narrated that Ali ibn Ibrahim ibn Hashem quoted on the authority of his father, on the authority of Yasir - the servant: I asked Ar-Ridha’ (a.s.), “What do you think about turning over the affairs?” He (a.s.) answered, “The Blessed the Sublime God has turned over the affairs of His Religion to His Prophet (S) and said, ‘…So take what the Apostle assigns to you, and deny yourselves that which he withholds from you..’ God, however, will not turn over the affairs of Creation and provision of the sustenance to the Prophet (S).” Then Ar-Ridha’ (a.s.) added, “In fact, the Honorable the Exalted God said, ‘…Allah is the Creator of all things…’ God also said, ‘It is Allah Who has created you: further, He has provided for your sustenance; then He will cause you to die; and again He will give you life. Are there any of your (false) ‘partners’ who can do any single one of these things? Glory be to Him! and high is He above the partners they attribute (to him)!’” 46-4 Muhammad ibn Ali ibn Abi Bashshar - may God be pleased with him - narrated that Abul Faraj al-Mudhaffar ibn Ahmad ibn Al-Hassan al-Qazvini quoted on the authority of Al-Abbas ibn Muhammad ibn Qasim ibn Hamza ibn Musa ibn Ja’far (a.s.), on the authority of Al-Hassan ibn Sahl al-Qummi, on the authority of Muhammad ibn Khalid, on the authority of Abi Hashem al-Ja’fari that he had asked Abal Hassan Ar-Ridha’ (a.s.) about the boasters and those who believed in (God) turning over (all) the affairs. The Imam (a.s.) replied, “The boasters are unbelievers and those who believe in (God) turning over (all) the affairs (to the Prophet (S)) are polytheists. Whoever associates with them; visits them; eats or drinks with them; becomes related to them; gives a daughter in marriage to or marries with one of their daughters; grants them immunity; considers them honest in keeping what they are entrusted with; or acknowledges what they say or assists them in what they say has exited from the circle of the Mastery of the Honorable the Exalted God, the Mastery of God’s Prophet (S) and the Mastery of us - the Members of the Holy Household.” Those who say Ahlebait cannot make mistakes or cannot forget are liars. 46-5 Tamim ibn Abdullah ibn Tamim al-Qurashi - may God have Mercy upon him - narrated that his father quoted on the authority of Ahmad ibn Ali Al-Ansari, on the authority of Abi Salt al-Harawi that he told Ar-Ridha’ (a.s.), “O son of the Prophet of God! There are people in the vicinity of Kufa who think that the Prophet (S) never made any mistakes when saying his prayers.” The Imam (a.s.) said, “May God damn them! They lie. The Only One who makes no mistakes is God - the One and Only.” Abi Salt al-Harawi added, “O son of the Prophet of God! There are people among them who think that Al-Husayn ibn Ali (a.s.) was not killed and God made someone else called Handhala ibn As’ad ash-Shami look like him (and be killed). And He raised Jesus (a.s.) - the son of (the Blessed Lady) Mary (a.s.) and the reason they present is by using the following verse, ‘…And never will God grant to the unbelievers a way (to triumphs) over the believers.’” The Imam (a.s.) replied, “They are lying. God’s Wrath and Curse be upon them! They have disbelieved in God by denying what the Prophet (S) has said about Al-Husayn ibn Ali (a.s.) being killed, ‘I swear by God that Al-Husayn ibn Ali (a.s.) will be killed.’ There is no doubt that Al-Husayn ibn Ali (a.s.) has been killed. Even the ones better than Al-Husayn ibn Ali (a.s.) - that is (Ali) the Commander of the Faithful (a.s.) and Al-Hassan ibn Ali (a.s.) were killed. There is no one of us who does not get killed. I swear by God that I will also be killed by being poisoned by a tricky unmanly person. I know this from the Trusted Covenant which we have inherited from God’s Prophet (S) that Gabriel delivered to him (a.s.) on behalf of the Lord of the Two Worlds. And the verse stated by the Honorable the Exalted God, ‘…And never will God grant to the unbelievers a way (to triumphs) over the believers’ provides the proof. This means that God has not granted the unbelievers any proofs superior to those of the believers. There is no doubt that the Honorable the Exalted God has informed us that the unbelievers have unrightfully killed the Divine Prophets without having any proofs or reasons. Thus God has not left any ways for them to have any proofs against His Prophets (a.s.).” Taraiful Maqal by Ayatullah Burujerdi, Volume 2, Footnote on page 357 by Allama Syed Mehdi Rijai It has been reported in a sahih (authentic) hadith (in Rijal Kashi, Volume 2, Page 614) from Abdullah b. Muskan, who said: Hajar b. Zaidah and Aamir b. Khaza'a al Azdi entered upon abi Abdullah (as) and said to him: "May we be your ransom, indeed al Mufadal b. Umar says that you people (i.e. the Imams) provide rizq (sustenance/blessings) to the people."......Imam (as) said: "Allah .....la'nah (damnation) be on him, I dissociate from him." Narrator asked: "Should we also say la'nah on him and dissociate from him?" Imam (as) said: "Yes!" Prayer of Imam Ali Reza (A.S) cursing all those who have lied and committed shirk with Allah just on the name of their love for ahlebait. O Allah, verily, i disassociate myself before you from the strength and power. There is no strength and power except with you. O Allah, verily, i seek refuge in you and disaasociate myself before you from those who claim for us what is not true for us. O Allah, verily i disassociate myself before you from those who say regarding us what we have not said about ourselves. O Allah, to you belong the creation and from you is the provision. You do we worship and from You we do seek help. O Allah, You are our creator and the creator of our first fathers and our last fathers. O Allah, lordship is not suitable except with you. and Divinity befits non except for You. O Allah, verily we are your slaves and sons of your slaves. We have no power over ourselves in respect of benefit or harm, nor death, life or resurrection. O Allah, whoever claims that we are lords, then we are free from him, whoever claims that to us is the power of creation and providing sustenance, then we are free from him. We are free from him like Issa is free from the christians. O Allah, we have never called them to what they claim, so do not take us into account fro what they say and forgive us for they claim. My Lord do not leave upon the earth from them an inhabitant, indeed if you leave them they will mislead your servants and not beget except wicked one and disbeliever.
