  1. Salam, how should one perform missed prayers from few months or years ago according to sayed Sistani, the intention/neyat should be Qadha (i.e. after the lapse of time) as wajib qurbatan il Allah or just qurbatan il Allah? thanks alot for the answers
  2. Salam, I am so sorry for my ignorance, what do you mean by intermediary? You mean Iraq Embassy in USA? Thanks so much and I appreciate alot your help!
  3. Salam, Thanks so much for the information and your kindness is very much appreciated. Do you by chance have the contact information like web address, email or phone for Interior Ministry in Iraq and Iran and any information on how to apply for permission from Interior Ministry? Once I get a Visa from Iraqi embassy, do you think with this visa I can also visit Iran or I need a different visa from Iran embassy in order to visit Iran? If I get some type of document from my home country's embassy, do you think I would still have to get Iranian guide? Because I do not want a guide. I do not want to go study in Iran but want to live there permanently. Thanks alot again and I am so sorry for asking too many questions.
  4. Thanks so much, But any information about living and traveling to Iraq and Iran is welcome and appreciated.
  5. Salam, I have few question if someone can please help me answer them, It would be very much appreciated. I would like to know if any type of visa is required to travel to Iran and then to Iraq with a USA passport? or from Iraq to Iran? If the person is intended to stay three or more months. What Type of visa and how to apply for the visa? Can a woman travel to those countries alone? Is there any way a woman could live alone permanently in Iran Mashad or Qum? Would people rent a single woman a room or apartment etc? What are some of the ways to live permanently in Iran for someone who have USA passport? Your responses would be very much appreciated! Thanks alot
  6. Salam, for namazi shab, is it ok not to do the Qunoot for last one rakat and just recite this ayah for the Qunoot and is it ok not to recite these duas for the Qunoot Laa ilaaha illallaahul Halimul Karim (In each case saying, Allahummagh Firli …….) You may include Ulamaa names v) Continuing with the Qunoot, while still raising the left hand, recite the following Istighfar seventy [70] times: اَسْتَغْفِرُ اللّهَ رَبِّي وَ اَتُوْبُ اِلَيْهِ I seek forgiveness of Allah my Lord and I turn to Him vi) Still continuing further while raising the left hand, recite the following Dua seven [7] times: Haadhaa Maqaamul 'Aaidhi Bika Minannaar هذَا مَقَامُ الْعَآئِذِ بِكَ مِنَ النَّارِ This is the position of one who seeks refuge in You from the fire [of Hell] (I ask for) forgiveness There are many Optional duas in witr from Sahifa Alaviya & Baqiyatus salehat etc http://www.duas.org/tahajjud.htm
  7. Salam, please everyone remember me always in your duas and pray for me so Allah (SWT) forgive me, I am always in need of Dua!
  8. Salam, I know the exact date of Laylat al-Qadr is unknown. We believe either it is on 19th, 21th, 23th of the month of Ramadan or the 15th of Shaban. I have this feeling that the exact date of the Laylat al-Qadr is the 21th of month of Ramadan. Has anyone ever think something similar, where they thought about one of the three Laylat al-Qadr nights could be the exact date of Laylat al-Qadr? Please everyone remember me in your Duas and pray for me so Allah (SWT) forgive me!
